Trip was excellent, although we thought the boat trip was 90 minutes, but was only 60 mins, but was still very entertaining. The bus trip was extremely good, the driver was incredibly knowlegable, and made the 3 hour ride worth every penny._br/_ we had to chang the date of the trip the night before, to two days later, spoke to a very pleasant lady on phone who said it would not be a problem. She was true to her word and we have to give her a big thank you._br/_ To anyone thinking of booking with this Company, GO FOR IT - this particular tour is excellent value for money_br/_ Pete in England

The cruise part is excellent. The crew make the trip informative and fun. The city tour is not as good as other city tours we have booked with Viator. 95% of the tour is just driving around the city listening to the driver pointing out points of interest. On other tours you get off/on the transport to take pictures and take a look at stuff. Not on this tour!

Could not be any better. The bus picked us up on time. The driver/local guide very courteous and knowledgeable. Made all of the visitors feel very comfortable. The boat ride was very nice too but it had some speaker sound issues. I would still recommend this tour.

I expected better from Viator. The pick up location (Bayside Market Place) was huge and with no sign for Miami Nice Tour bus stop. There were signs for other tour buses. We asked a lot of people and no one could help, finally one gentle man guessed a location. The tour guide was okay not great.

Not very impressed, started by being given a time 2 hours early to meet the bus. bus was uncomfortable with just a little padding on the wooden seats. seriously rethinking our options when we visit Washington and New York next year. The cruise portion was better, with a good acknowledgement of the different guests that were aboard and a knowledgeable commentary.

We enjoyed the tour especially the Biscayne Bay Cruise. However, there were a lot of transfers for us to be able to get on our tour bus as well as having to wait for the tour bus at a specific location and so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the Bayside Market Place.

The City Tour bus airconditioning wasn't very good so everyone on the bus was very uncomfortable. The tour guides first language wasn't English so it made it difficult to understand at times. The Bay Cruise was a lot better which bumped up the review overall otherwise I would have given it a lower rating.

This was well worth it, we saw things we couldn't have seen ourselves. Crew were very very friendly and funny...we had a wonderful time and saw all the celebrities houses on the cruise!_br/_ Well worth it for the price!

very disappointed to be left at Bayside for an hour prior to the boat trip and 2 hours after, the company blames a race that was on but the cruise never sales before 11.5am. This should have been explained on the itinerary - left in an area to entertain yourself for 3 hours out of a 6 hour trip is very misleading

Even though we had confirmed our booking over the telephone with the tour company when we arrived in Miami and been given a pick up time at the hotel they did not turn up and when we telephoned to find out what the situation was they did not appear to be bothered about the inconvenience of us waiting over an hour, we found out the tour had gone without us. We arranged for them to pick us up the next day and we thought this was very unprofessional. The tour and cruise we enjoyed very much when we finally got to go on it but we believe there are a number of different companies who do this tour, so if you are thinking of taking the tour we suggest you book with a different tour company. Perhaps Viator may be better booking a different tour company to book with because this company appears to be so unreliable.

It was very good experience. The driver/guide presented the highlights of thecity well. The boat cruise was also nice. I will recommend this to friends, who are going to Miami for sightseeing, not just for relaxing on the beach.

We were told to be at the front of the hotel 15 minutes prior to pick up. Bus was over an hour late so we were standing out the front of the hotel for over an hour and 15 minutes waiting. No apology or anything. Driver was talking on two mobiles whilst driving the mini bus at the same time. Tour was OK. Not very informative. Boat cruise was nice.

The itinerary was changed without notice. I called the day before the tour to reconfirm. At that time the itinerary was confirmed--city first and then cruise. In any event. I was told to arrive by 945 expecting to begin a tour of the city at 1000. Instead I told that the cruise would be first and leave at 1130. I would be more understanding if it did not mean sitting around until 1130. A waste of time. When I voiced my concern to the bus driver, she was rude. The operator at your company was no better. I was told my money would not be refunded or a voucher given for another tour, I travel a great deal and book with tour companies that offer similar tours I have never experienced what happened with your company. I have expressed my concerns on other websites -- no one should use your company. I will never use your company again.

Would have liked to hear and learn more about the history of Miami and the Miami area. Bus tour guide did not seem interested in telling others about his city. Boat ride was great!

Three different trips on 1 bus - was totally disorganised and several people complained. City tour was cut short, but bus was too full and had to sit at table in the rear and could not see very much. Extremely uncomfortable! Guide had to say everything in English and then German, so was very rushed and could not understand everything.

The bus driver and tour guide was mumbling all the way. Also, he made really unnecessary remarks about people outside the bus. That's not professional. Not to mention that we thought before receiving a voucher we would be going around with Viator; in the end we went with another company who I had declined to book online. If I knew this in advance, I would not have booked with Viator as they take a lot of commission. Would definitely never do it again. I've been almost all over the world and have never been deceived as I was here. Be careful folks!
