After a very long day travelling there was no one there to meet us. We did as instructed and looked out for the man dressed as described. No one in sight so after being told by someone who was obviously a rogue taxi driver that super shuttle no longer operated in miami airport I decided to ring them on my mobile. I got an answer and was assured our pickup was on his way and to go back to our carousel. Got fed up waiting and rang again and was told this time it was a woman we should look out for. By now the arrivals hall was practically empty and the only thing we could see was a woman pushing a luggage trolley with a sign that was not visible and the way she was dressed was nothing like as smart as we had been led to expect. The same can be said for the level or lack of communication. the luggage trolley was not for our cases. when the bus came the driver was as disorganised and along with all the other disgruntled passengers we eventually gor to our hotel!!_br/_ .

The shuttle came very early, at 7.25 am, although we had only 15 min to drive to the airport and my flight (domestic) was planned for 11am !? (I was the last person who got picked up). Otherwise everything was perfect :-)

Took a while (about 45 mins) for my transport to arrive since I was going to the financial district (Downtown Hyatt). _br/_ Had i known, I could have taken a cab and paid and paid about $17 more.

Driver was there within a few minutes of calling. We landed in a thunderstorm and driver was careful in getting us to the airport. We would use this again and it was much cheaper than doing the transfer off the cruise ship.

I reserved the shuttle, telephoned for time confirmation and told them I had an international flight. They agreed to pick me up 2.5 hours before the flight, but the driver turned up 15 minutes late I had barely 2 hours for check-in.

Although the driver arrived for pick-up before time we were not rushed by him. The driver was very helpful but spent a long time filling in paperwork then checking and double checking all was correct.
