Brilliant! We only had a day in Miami Beach so the Duck Tour was the best way to see the place quickly. Great fun, saw everything we wanted to see and have now travelled in an amphibious vehicle. Excellent value for money. Recommend all visitors give it a go.

Even though the temperature was in the 90's you wouldn't know it with the TOUR GUIDE on our boat. He was very entertaining and professional and kept laughing and singing the whole tour.

This tour was hillarious. The tour guide was so funny and was making us all dance and was getting interactive with random people in the street. The only negative thing I have to say is that the company doesn't do their schedules until the last minute. I was trying to confirm this tour with the supplier before leaving on my trip but that was not possible as their schedules hadn't been confirmed.

Well worth the money. Didn't have much time so was a great way of seeing the sights. Make sure you contact them beforehand to confirm a time, it can be fully booked. Unfortunately the wrong address is on the viator voucher but after asking people we found it easily enough.

The tour was very funny and good, but the organisation of the Duck Tour was horrible. I've written twice, weeks before our tour has taken place, because we were on a round trip and didn't have much time. I didn't receive any answer to my emails from the Duck Tour, so I've called 3 weeks and again a few days before and finally they confirmed on the phone our required tour time at 11am. Then on April 2nd we were at 10.15am in the Duck Tour office and nobody had known of our reservation. The tour was sold out with passengers who booked online directly at the Duck Tour portal. And they said that we have to wait if somebody won't come, because these passengers are favoured due to their direct booking not over a third party. We were not the only angry people in the office, who didn't have had a valid reservation. Finally we could do the tour indeed, because some people didn't come, but we had the worst seats in the bus and an hour of unjustified annoyance. This is a very unprofessional doing-business from the Duck Tour.

The narrator talked too much and made us all quack too much. A little less quacking would be nice. We could hardly fit a word in edgewise to ask questions. He didn't have a clue about the TV series "Burn Notice" even though it is greatly popular and filmed solely in Miami. The captain knew about it and said there had been a movie shoot a few days previously. The narrator did take photos of us with our cameras, and that was great. One other problem was that we booked online through Viator. When we booked and also when we confirmed, they said we were leaving at 11 am, but the tour actually left at 1030 am. We were lucky we got there early. Another couple totally missed the tour because of the misrepresented time.

So if you have some time...check this out. Fun way to spend 90 minutes and learn a little something along the way. Nice staff. They let us leave our luggage while we checked out South Beach after the tour. Easy taxi access. Great location.

"wow". We did serveral sight seeings trips will in Miami but this was by far the best. Fun, open to the great weather whislt being shaded, on land & in the water, Plenty of photos to take & the people on the street take photos of you too. 10 out of 10.

We always love taking the duck tours when we travel. We love the fact that the tour goes on both land and water. Miami was beautiful. One drawback to this particular tour - our tour guide didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the history of Miami, its buildings, etc. He did know where all of the clubs and bars were. A lot of his talk included references to drinking, passing out from drinking, etc. I felt this to be somewhat inappropriate considering how many children were on the tour. The content of his talk on the day of our tour might have been influenced by the group of spring breakers in the back of the bus.
