Well worth the trip. Most of the stores there are high end shops so if you are used to US outlet stores you will be disappointed. However if you are looking for luxury brands it is still way less expensive. My wife purchased a Prada purse for about 1/3 of the retail prices. Just remember to ask for "Tax Free" and you'll say 5% more off of Swiss VAT taxes. Make sure to grab a map because the mall is a confusing maze and you will get lost at least once.

The trip it self was good, the malls had MANY stores to choose from but I was disappointed with the prices expected better deals because it's an outlets.

Very comfortable bus which drives you to the place fast. All shops in one building. The only minus - not enough time. There should be at least one hour more for shopping.

It was cool to have been able to go across the border to Switzerland. This outlet has the most major high end stores however the prices were not that low compare to the retail price, however it is good for the experience.

Bus departed on time. Clear communication from the agency and bus driver so no problem at all. The Outlet itself was only average, though.

It is a very simple process of booking online, validating the ticket with the coach operator and boarding the bus just several metres away. The bus departed and arrived Milan as per schedule.

Excellent booking and travel arrangements. Sorry the shops and fashions were not for me. Then shops were all the top end market and, even discounted goods, were out of my price range. Also, ther were no fashions for ladies of a more mature age and fuller figure.

An experience, but we found the outlet a little disjointed and were disappointed that some could not speak English at all. We would have thought that was a pre-requisite. The tour could be improved by better location mapping.

The trip itself was great because there is a coach that takes you from Milan to the Shopping Center in Switzerland, and back. The coach driver however was extremely rude to myself and some of the other passengers, which essentially ruined the trip because when you're paying for a trip on your holiday the last thing you want is a rude driver. I wouldn't book again in the future.

It was only a bus ride to Foxtown, but everything from my online booking to the ticket agent and the ride was done very professionally. Certainly to be recommended.

We read the reviews before booking this tour and realised it might not be what we wanted but chose to go. We did not enjoy it due to the lack of instructions given to us. We had to ask where to meet etc, and what the driver told us turned out to be different from on the ticket. The shops are all designer labels, so no other choice. The sales for the new year, which we felt should have been very good, were not that great. We moved around swiftly, so we covered all shops, and then we had quite a bit of time left, so went to get some food and not much choice at all. Some shops took Swiss francs and others euros; it would have been good to know this before hand to work out change overs etc. On a good note, yes the view of Lake Como was lovely sitting on the right hand side of the bus going to Switzerland, and it was lovely up top to get some pictures.

Foxtown is in Switzerland and so prices in stores are in Swiss Francs, but they will convert to Euro for you no problem. Good value in some of the stores. Check on return journey to Milan if you can claim Tax Back on your shopping at Customs Border as outside of the EU.

Foxtown was nice but we waited a long time both ways at the border. It was nice seeing Lake Como as we were going up to Switzerland.

Our trip to Venice was so great. Eddie and Claudio were so helpful and explained everything, however the trip to Foxtown was very disappointing. The driver was rude and surly and would not even get out of his seat to help my 89 year old mother up the stairs to the bus. I was behind her. When we arrived he did not say a word and I had to follow him to find out the time he would pick us up. When we were ready to leave it was pouring rain and he would not let us on the but until 15 minutes before leaving. The mall was not that wonderful but it was an experience. I would have given Venice an absolutely loved it but not Foxtown.

The price was right as my wife and I won in the Casino and had dinner at Foxtown and had 25 Euros left over. Didn't feel like we were in Switzerland, but an Italian shopping mall. Nothing special here.

It was good. But if you are going to do real shopping, it is not right choice. You can buy there just a couple of shirts and trousers. That's all. But in any case it was nice. And we spend good time there.

Well worth the visit my husband brought some Cuban cigars at a quarter of the price back home. We spent a nice afternoon there.
