Great tour however they need to run more buses. They only run about 40 minutes each and they are frequently late.

I found the tour very impersonal. When I got on the bus, I was just handed a pair of cheap ear phones. My ear phones did not even work properly but there was no one to ask to replace them. It was only on the bus that I found out the my ticket was valid for 48 hours and not 24. Although, this might seem like an advantage. I was just glad that I was able to get off the but after approx one hour. As there was a local cycle race on at the time, the bus was diverted from its usual route and in effect the attractions that were described were not what we were driving pass. This was no explained at all. Very poor tour. Only do this tour if you want to pass an hour or if you need a break from the busy shops,

Tried Line A of the Milan Hop-on/off. Despite your published 45 minutes interval, I was told it was 60 minutes when I got on the bus. At the 3rd stop I hopped-off and retuned 55 minutes later. With no bus after 30 minutes I started to walk to the next stop and was passed by the bus 10 minutes later. Obviously the interval was 45 minutes after all. I didn't persist with the bus. An expensive waste of my time and money. Also the audio didn't work until after the first stop. Not impressed!

A good way to get a feel for the City at the start of our stay. Again, not all the headphones were working properly and the driver did tend to go a bit fast at times which made the commentory out of sync with the actual sights. However, it was a well balanced and informative experience.

Buses didn't seem to run very often and the audio guide seemed to be out of sync - didn't match the sights we were passing at the time. Definitely don't use this bus as a means of transport - the metro is much easier to use and faster.

Outstanding. Two routes that each offer many stops to visit. Since they have doubled the time to 48 hours you have twice the fun. Dirvers impressed me on their ability to move these buses through narrow street and crazy drivers around them.

What a disaster. Viator should let you now that it is a MIlan company running the bustour. No instructions where the locations of the bus stops are, hence wondered for an hour trying to locate them. Bus headsets had poor connections. Surprized as we have used Viator in many other locations and it has been excellent.

The bus tour was a great city ride, i felt it was sufficient to get down at piazza duomo to see what milan looks like and walk around for shopping. Rest can be enjoyed well from the bus itself. Gr8 experience.

This particular Hop- On Hop Off tour was one of the less interesting and exciting tours that we have been on. I think we could have easily walked to the most interesting places eg La Scala and the Dwuomo ourselves. Milan , in my opinion, is not a city endowed with mayn beautiful buildings or sites.

Good way to see Milan in a day if you don't have much time. As Milan is a modern city most of the history was destroyed it was great to finish the trip at the square and then see the Bascilica

Much better than the Rome Hop-on Hop-off. They were much more efficient. The only bad thing was the traffic which made the connewction times wrong. I waited 20 minutes pass the expected arrival time at my stop.

A really good way to get taken to the highlights of a city. Hop-on/ Hop-off gives you the opportunity to check things out if you want. I don't think MIlan is as interesting as other Italian cities - nonetheless there is still plenty to see.

I didn't enjoy the tour that much. it was really difficult to understand commentary because of the traffic noise and the lady speeking too fast. There wasn't enough to see for two days so one day ticket with lower price sould be one option which is not at the moment.

This was not good value. The buses did not come frequently enough for it to be a true hop on hop off service. The tour was canned through crappy earphones, whilst the bus staff chatted between themselves ignoring us completely. In full sun the bus was very hot with little shade. Save your money, get a map or guide book and use the public transport.

It was a good tour, despite the rain. The fun part was that it rained so hard that the bus FLOODED and water sloshed around, but it was funny. It was an open-air bus. The problem was the Milan weather, not the tour. The tour bus both routes was interesting and informative. Do it!
