This was a very good introduction to Milan and covered a lot in about 3 hours and with a very informative guide. Enabled you to decide what you would like to back to on your own to spend more time at. Included tickets to the Last Supper. Felt it was good value and would recommend.

Loved it! Just wish they'd given us enough time in the cathedral to go on the roof. Adding 15 minutes to the tour would have done it. I was pleased with how well our guide provided us with background of Last Supper. All were spectacular.

We recently went on the Milan tour with da Vinci`s The Last Supper. We thoroughly enjoyed it but would have liked to have had more time in all the places we stopped. I guess this would have then been a day tour...the English speaking guide was very good and extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting.

First, the guide was great, friendly and knowlegable, BUT don't bother with this overpriced tour, do the walking tour if you really want a tour. You drive in a big circle and only have 15 minutes in the Duomo and the guide can't even go in with you, so you will end up going back. I recommend it for the Last Supper or you can get tickets on your own, but it does sell out.

We enjoyed the tour but realised afterwards that 3 of the 4 places visited were free to see anyway. You do benefit from the guides knowledge but it's still not worth the high price. Better to read about the sites in advance and see them for free.

I was really considering giving this tour one star. The tour itself was nice. While there really is not a lot to see in Milan, this tour did cover all the main attractions that you can see. However, there were two huge negatives of this tour. One, while it is billed as an English tour, we were grouped with the Spanish tour as well. So our 3 hour tour was more like 4.5 hours and there was a lot of down time in the tour while the guide translated everything into Spanish after she explained it all in English. The other negative, our tour guide Elisabetta was horrible. He accent was so thick that we could hardly understand a word she said. She was also so fast that she lost half the tour group (we had to literally run to keep up with her). Then once they finally found where the bus was (which was not where she told us originally that the bus would be in the event that we did get lost) she proceeded to yell at them and blame them for now making us late. I felt horrible for that group. So needless to say, I gave the tour two stars for because of the things you did get to see on the tour, but only one star for the tour itself and the tour guide. I'd give her non if I could. So I don't really recommend it.

What a thoroughly informative and enjoyable tour. The 1/2 day was just enough so as not to exhaust or overwhelm us. And our multilingual tour guide was delightful. It was my first experience with a Viator, but it won't be the last.

I only had two and a half days in Milan, and it was my first visit to the city. I chose the Half Day Tour so that I could get a better understanding of the city, and also to the 'The Last Supper'. Our guide was very knowledgeable on the attractions that we visited. However, when leaving the Cathedral, it was not clear where we were to meet the bus. With all of the crowd in the Cathedral and outside also, nine of the English speaking sightseers got seperated from the main group. One gentleman in the group phoned the tour company and explained the situation and was told that we should take taxis to the next stop, the Castle. It has been my experience that tour guides wait until all members are accounted for before continueing on to the next sight. Other than this snafu, the trip was nice.

This tour was great. We selected the English version and the guide was wonderful. Great overview of Milan's history and having the opportunity to view 'The Last Supper' was amazing. We truly enjoyed the experience. This tour was a good way to get to know Milan and some important sights there. Our guide was very competent and I can't but admire her ability to change from one language to another so easily. Luckily she had a sense of humour, too, so it wasn't like a schoolteacher leading her students. Also the duration of the tour was long enough or short. The bus was well air-conditioned, but I liked that we had to walk every now and then.

Of course the highlight was the Da Vinci, but the visit to La Scala was very impressive as well! Zani Viaggi found us a little lost on the footpath and made sure we were meeting at the correct location.

At first, I thought the price for this tour was high. Upon completion of the tour, I felt it was worth every penny. Our guide was fabulous very proud of her city, very informative. The bus was air conditioned, comfortable and operated wonderfully in a crowded city. This was a worthwhile experience. We did have some difficulty finding the location of the tour start, but that was the fault of our hotel sending us on the underground. I would recommend using a taxi even though more expensive. Great tour.
