Your Jamaican nature adventure takes you over a series of decks and platforms, connected by traverses, mounted in the trees of the rainforest. You'll begin with a safety briefing and demonstration of techniques conducted by certified canopy specialist guides who will stay with you throughout your adventure. Then the fun begins with your first traverse (zipline) as you soar over the Great River.

Your journey continues with eight additional zipline traverses coupled with intermittent nature walks. Each traverse and platform is unique with colorful names such as 'Limestone Cliff', 'Threesome Stop' and the highlight of the tour, the 1000 ft (300 meter) long 'Inter-parish Express'.

We had a blast on this trip. The only downfall was we were supposed to be picked up @ 10:30 a.m. and didn't get picked up until 1:00 p.m. and the zip line was supposed to be in Montego Bay and the driver started heading towards Ocho Rios. We ran into another couple whom said they had zip lined in MoBay before and thought it was a lot better than the place they took us just outside of Ochi. We would still do it again but would hope they would take us where we paid to go.

OMG This was SO MUCH FUN. I booked this for my bf 35th bday trip to Jamaica and it was both of our times ziplining and it was all I expected. Safety is a top concern. My guides (Coutrney and Kim) were both GREAT and funny!! Would recommend this 100%

The ziplining had shorter jaunts between stations than anticipated. However, the concern that we had was the walking that you had to do to each site. You really need to warn your guests that it is a hike between stations. There would be some people that physically would not be able to make that tour because they physically couldn't do it. The best part of the trip were the guides. They were entertaining and very comforting when you are nervous and with strangers. Great guides, Gussy and Kimmy!!

The canopy tour was fun and well organised. It's quiet some distance from Negril, expect a 2 hr journey each way to the activity. Contrary to information provided prior to booking insect repellant was not provided by the operator, with customers being referred to purchase it from the gift shop on location. "Complimentary refreshments" was water. Had I have completed more research, we would have conducted the canopy tour at YS falls (same operator) on the same day we travelled to Black River.

Lots of fun! We saw so many different plant species and wildlife. The crew is hilarious, making you laugh the whole time on the adventure. And by the way, GORGEOUS SCENERY! 14 stories high and crossing the Great RIver 3 times. An amazing experience you definitely do not want to miss out on!

Pros: The ziplining itself was amazing. Our guides were wonderful, and the entire experience was a blast. They ease you into it so you feel totally secure. The booking staff was also great and extremely professional and helpful. Cons: We would have liked for the tour to be a little longer since it left us wanting one or two more traverses. However, we can't hold that against it since this is the longest one in Jamaica. The food was also mediocre and very limited. The picture cds to purchase are also very expensive for the number of shots you get. The gift shop in general was also very pricy. Conclusion: take the tour, skip the tchotchkes.

Great zip lines. Been to ones in Mexico and this is a nice compare. The zip lines were longer and faster. Guides are real fun, they play with you throughout the tour. One down side, the walking from platform to platform. It's uphill and rocky. Add in the heat and humidty it makes the walking kind of hard. (I'm out of shape so hard for me). Don't let that stop you, the pace is nice and slow so no pressure.

OMG! This was the best thing I ever decided to do. I am afraid of heights and just took a jump off the platform and loved it. Loved it so much that I tried to do it again the same day. And asked if they were hiring! Best vacation ever thanks to Chukka and Viator. Don't forget to wear long shorts or pants and mosquito spray... We had Mika, Queen Bee, as our guide and she was awesome. Made the trip most memorable. Will definitely go back just for the zipline tour. Do confirm your reservation the day before to confirm pick-up... FYI

This was one of the best day trips we've taken in Jamaica. The staff were very professional (and that matters when you're hanging from a tiny rope a hundred feet up in the air!) and friendly. We laughed and screamed in equal measure. All in all, good times.

Far and away one of the best trips we've ever been on! With safety first throughout the zipline course, our guides were outstanding. The scenery was amazing. There were 4 of us, ranging in age from 26 to 61 and EVERYONE loved this adventure. Our whole family highly recommens the Canopy Tour - you will not be disappointed! Remember to wear closed shoes and if it's been raining, your shoes will get muddy. Small price to pay for 9 platforms of ziplining. Our favorite was the 15 of a mile trip over the canopy. Great value for the price.

The Chukka Canopy Tour was a lot of fun and adventurous for the outdoor lover. The guides showed me exactly what to do and when I was nervous, I zipped tandem.I would definitely go again I wish there was more time or a combo package available because the site also had rafting and kayaking. I wouldn't have minded paying a little more to experience the other activities that day. The drive from the hotel was long so if that option were available I would definitely take it.

Wow, this was fun. Everyone was telling me that the Dunns River Falls was the the thing to do in Jamaica, well, in my opinion this was even more fun. The guides were extremely friendly and having seen the one zip lining course in Ocho Rios though did not do zip lining there I'm glad we picked this location. Just seemed like a more genuine jungle-like venue.

Great fun, but for a younger, more fit couple. My wife and I made it, me with two bad knees and her with reservations the whole time. What a great experience, though! Never again, but I can say I made it! The guides were fantastic and the trip was well worth the price. Everyone should try it! Especially with Viator. Great people!

We had such a fun time on this excursion. The tour guides were tons of fun and made sure you had a great time. The views of the rainforest were great and we got to go on several ziplines, so it felt like we got our money's worth. If you want something active to do, this is definitely worth it.

We had so much fun on this tour! Our guides were very professional and knowledgeable of safety yet kept us entertained at all times. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after the first traverse my fears were gone and I thoroughly enjoyed the thrill of zipping through the trees and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Be sure to confirm at least 24 hours in advance which was hard for us because we were still traveling to Jamaica, but we were lucky to get the last 2 seats on the bus. The company takes a lot of pictures to sell you, and they can be quite expensive however they are very good. This is definitely an adventure I would repeat!

Wow! A once in a lifetime experience with an awesome guide. More write up by Viator would have helped me be more interested talking about the many ziplines we do and vertical heights we reached. Awesome and much cheaper price than what other tour companies there were charging.

The canopy tour was wonderful. I had a blast. The staff were polite, funny, helpful and always very safe. Swinging across the lines between the trees was wonderful and being in the Jamaican countryside made it even better. We had one member of the group who remembered that she was afraid of heights halfway through the tour. The staff were supportive and really helped her overcome her fear. I was able to lock up my valuables with no problem. The safety directions were clear. Tips were welcome but don't feel pressured to give them. Pick up for the tour was right on time. Make sure you bring bug spray as the mosquitoes were vicious and also make sure you are hydrated. Don't wear flip flops, there is a short hike up to some of the trees and the rocks can be slippery.
