The transfer with Viator via Holiday Tours, in Montego Bay, Jamaica was worry free, bus ride to Ocho Rios went by quickly and we were at our hotel safely._br/_ Return was so easy to arrange, driver on time and courteous! The price I got online was great and even was able to use an Internet coupon. Thanks Viator for an easy transfer.

My hotel was more than an hour ride from the airport. On the return trip I was the only customer; yet they sent a van all the way to the hotel to pick me up, so I could reach the airport in time. Very impressed with service, will use again if opportunity arises.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomadating and the price was GREAT! The driver was prompt for pick-up on the return trip however I would reccommed a better system to confirm pick-up times. Perhaps sending an email or contact via mobile phones. Thanks

Not the nice bus you are looking at in the picture. We had personal drivers in a spacious van. They were courteous, vary careful drivers. Timing was good and the pick-up was on time on the return trip. I would recommend. Price was reasonable.

The transport was on time and clean. The car on the way back to the airport was very nice. We accidentally left something valuable in the car and realized it when we got into the airport. We called the company immediately who called the driver who returned to the airport and we were able to retrieve the item. We were very grateful. Honest people!!

The transportation service was excellent. They were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Has a very nice conversation with the driver on the way to the resort. The return trip was just as excellent. The driver was there to pick us up exactly on time and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. The only suggestion I have is to be sure to confirm your reservations ahead of time. That calls for a phone call to Jamaica haven't seen how much it will cost us yet and also a charge to call for the return trip from the resort. under 1.00 Too bad they don't have a toll free number.

We were in Jamaica for a wedding and the groom recommended using Viator. Booking this "airport transfer" eliminated the negotiating and guessing with driverstaxis at the airport and made our life a lot easier especially because we were going directly to a resort and staying there the whole time. The provider company was Jamaica Tours...We went to their counter, waited about 10 mins for a very personable driver Eugene "The Genius" and off we went. Same deal on our way back, pickup at hotel lobby was right on schedule. I was instructed to call the day before to confirm return pickup and ended up forgetting busy having too much fun. When we returned to our room,we found a note stating that the company had called to confirm the pickup which was great , since I had forgotten...I would definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience. Only waited at the airport for a few minutes before our bus left. We only had 2 other couples on the bus with us so we only stopped at one other resort before ours. Our driver didn't talk at all, others that we were with said their drivers gave them history lessons. Not that big of a deal to me. On the way back we must have been the only people going to the airport so we had a private transfer which was nice. Overall good experience!

I visit Jamaica once or twice a year and have always used a different company for my airport transfers. This trip I decided to try this company because I was never happy with the service I received. I'm glad I switched! I will always use this service from now on. It was a quick, efficient, and easy. As soon as I checked in at the desk, my party and I were taken to a bus and then to our hotel. There was no wait at either point of the trip. The driver was also very friendly. I recommend this to anyone.

I searched various Jamaican airport transfer companies and went with Viator based on the price and the company seemed large enough to be reliable. There are several other transport options in Jamaica that may make you feel less comfortable or at ease but our drivers to and from Ocho Rios were fantastic and energetic on the 2 hour drive to and from Montego. At first, I was also a bit hesitant while reserving online because they didn't ask specifially for a pick up date for roundtrip but you just mention this in the comment field and they also reconfirm when you arrive at the airport. Just remember to budget enough drive time to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight! This is by far the cheapest and safest airport transfer for roundtrip I found booking independantly - not provided with a hotel package. Happy travels to you!

Booked an airport transfer for the lowest rate but ended up with a private car both ways. Had to wait about 15 minutes at the airport but that was fine. Our driver was waiting for us at the hotel lobby on our return trip.
