Great guides...all very upbeat and friendly. Such a great way to see the city and take pics from the bus. Very pleased we chose this tour as we could get off and look at our leisure knowing a bus was coming every half hour. I would recommend!

Narrative ok driving smooth. Can drive slower at certain place to have a better look. We were sit at the bottom level and the windows were dirty. Has a signt seeing tour they must be crystal clear.

This is a very good option for first time visitors to montreal. We were picked up promptly at our hotel. The only issue we had was the big line up at the counter to trade in our voucher for tickets which ended up delaying usfrom departing on time at 10am and resulting in us not getting seats upstairs. The microphone was not working and we had to return to the depot half way thru to change buses which resulted in us getting an upstairs seat but also delayed our progress. Over all we enjoyed it and would recommend. I think we just had bad luck but the driver and tour guide were very good.

A very nice way to get to know your way around. In a two decker bus you will go to the most important places on Montreal and you can hop off and take a look around and have a coffee. No need to rush. On summer, a bus will stop in every place every half an hour.

We've been to, and around Montreal many times by car but never have we seen the REAL Montreal until we used the Viator double-decker! The tour guides were excellent in their knowledge of the history and development of the city and they were pleasant as well. We have already recommended to our friends that they take the bus-tour of Montreal. By the way an excellent feature is the "hop on/ hop off " feature at any point along the route. Excellent tour guide.....too bad there is so much construction going on in the city. And being a Montrealer I didn't find the bus route really showed the city to it's best advantage. My visitor enjoyed the trip and we very much enjoyed all the people from around the globe on our upper deck!!

Overall, I liked the tour fine. Our tour guide was informative but sometimes hard to hear or understand. Because our hotel was not in the downtown area, we had to cut our day unexpectedly short by 2 or 3 hours to ensure we would be taken back to our hotel. All we basically had time to do was take the 2- hour tour and make one 2-hour stop. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The guides, however, were very friendly as were the people who took us back and forth to our hotel.

The Gray Line picked us up at our hotel right on time (we called in advance and notified them of our location). The ride was smooth and covered a lot of territory. It was a 3 hour ride and we saw everything we needed to see. I have been on many Hop-on/off tours and have found it much easier to NOT hop off. We stay on throughout the entire tour and figure out what we would like to go back and see at a later time.

This was a great tour! There were only 2 things that were misleading. 1. The hotel pickup for the tour. There actually isn't a hotel pickup for this tour. You are required to find your own way to the visitor's centre downtown where you have to pick up your passes for the tour. 2nd this tour does not make any stops at the Montreal Botanical Gardens as listed in it's description. Other than those 2 minor details this was alot of fun and would definately recommend it!

This was a great way to get a general overview of a new city. Unfortunately the buses were crowded and we only got to sit on the top of the double-decker for a brief time. Weather being hot and sticky, being inside the non-airconditioned bus was not the best part of our trip.

Enjoyed the tour, but was fumed up by a very very RUDE gray line driver when all I did was asked a question. Our pick up and drop off gray line driver were nice and so was our tour guide. It was the other driver from another gray line bus. VERY RUDE--Jean Leclere 8110400pm bus 83586.

I have done 3 other trips this year with a "HopOnHopOff" bus - 2 in Barcelona, 1 in Liverpool, England. The Barcelona had earphones that allowed you to plug into the bus and listen to a recording in at least 5 other languages. I think this system should be installed on your buses as the lady that was doing the commentary on our bus was often difficult to understand as she had to do both French and English and sometimes did it in the same sentence!

The tour just does not stop at enough places. It's not worth the price. A lot also depends on the tour guide - for us, one was excellent, another barely talked, another couldn't speak English properly. My suggestion: we learned that the metro is extremely easy to use, fast, cheap 7 day pass, and stops at all the tourist places downtown. The only major tourist thing that isn't downtown and that the metro doesn't go anywhere near is Mont Royal, where the park and St. Joseph's are, so try the metro instead for visiting all the sites you want to visit. If you also want to learn about Montreal though, maybe a tour of the city, one where you don't get on and off, would be better in terms of a well informed, well spoken guide and in terms of actually getting some knowledge of the city.

It was definitely worth it. It's perfect for someone who visits Montreal for the first time. It is basically a guided tour that gives you an idea of different places to explore on your own later on. My only complaint is that it was too short - only two hours long. Not all sightseeing spots were covered, like the Olympic park, which I wanted to see.

it was good, fact is the tour must have been shut down for the winter and the bus was left in storage. No one took time to clean up the accumulated dust and dirt. So alot of people that had to be cleaning up their seats were not to excited about it

There was a group of eight of us. We were taking the train from Quebec City to Toronto and had a layover in Montreal. We had taken the same trolley in Key West Florida and San Diego. Free shuttle service was provided at the train station, and we had a great tour guide as well! Thank you.
