When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Naples City Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. Our luggage did not arrive with us. We had to spend time filing a claim form. The driver was very understanding and waited for us. _br/_ When we exited the airport we found a private Mercedes waiting for the two of us to take us to the hotel. _br/_ At time of departure we also had a private ride in a Mercedes. The driver was ready at our hotel at 5:30 a.m. and the ride was very comfortable.

Good driver and car. On time. However flight was delayed and when company was contacted to advise of new arrival time they initially said they could not guarantee a pick up, which was very worrying.

Worth every penny to have a car take you to the airport in Naples. Even though our hotel was near the train station with the construction it would be difficult to find the airport bus. Driver showed up 15 minutes early, spoke English and got us quickly to the airport. Could not have been nicer. if you are not near the train station I would highly recommend.
