When making a booking, you will need to advise your pick-up location details and your chosen Sorrento Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

It was fantastic to get off the plane and have someone there waiting for you. It took all the stress out of getting to our destination, making our holiday even more enjoyable. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to fellow travelers.

Again, absolutely briiliant on our return trip to Naples airport from Sorrento. Driver was earlty and waiting for us in reception the morning of our departure which was great. We had a smoooth, hassle free trip back to airport, leaving our hotel at 7am we missed all the traffic. The driver was particualrly interesteing telling us so much about Sorrento, Naples, the tourist sites that I wished we'd booked some tours with him through Viator as he does individual party tours. We hadn't gone to Sorrento this time to do anything but relax after a particularly busy time before we went on holiday, but will definitely do this next time through Viator. Also used Viator for trip to Paris and dinner cruise down the Seine and have been pleased each time. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Transfer to our hotel was great. Our flight was about 20 minutes late landing and we were a bit worried that the driver may have left but he was stood very obviously in the arrivals area with a sign with our names on. He helped with our luggage, and although he didn't speak much English pointed out as best he could things of note on the journey. We were really impressed and checking in at our hotel in Sant Agnello within the hour.

The taxi, a new mercedes mini-bus was waiting. We arrived late at night, so this was the only option. Although the driver didn't speak english he was very professsional.

Would reccommend this private transfer service. Driver was waiting for us at the aiport as promised with our name clear to see. Went and fetched his car round to the front so we didnt have to walk far with our cases and 6 month old in her buggy. Had a child car seat as promised too! Driver was plesent and spoke good English and even explained a liitle about Naples and Sorrento as we travelled trough. Helped us with bags etc. Can not fault at all.

Your driver met us right next to luggage claim and was holding a large sign with our names on it. He helped us with the luggage and assisted us getting into the car. On the long trip to Sorrento, he took the time to not only tell us about the area but to stop for photos. He spoke English fluently. His car was a spotlessly clean Mercedes Benz. This was excellent service.

Really worth the money to take this means of transportation to the airport, however be sure you arrive 2 hours prior. Naples airport in the early am is bedlam.

The driver was on time and pleasant enough, though he did not speak any English. He also dropped us off at the rear entrance to our hotel, presumably since he did not want to drive the extra few minutes up the mountain for the proper entrance. This meant that we had to carry our bags unnecessarily down steps, through a lobby, find an elevator and figure out where the reception area was. Our hotel is very popular and so we assume the driver knew that he was dropping us off at the wrong place, while we only discovered this once he left. We ordered this service to minimize hassles and carrying our bags, but we had to do this anyways to some degree in the end. On the other hand, the car drive I am sure was a lot more pleasant and convenient than the alternative, which is taking the Circumvesuviana train into Sorrento with no guarantee of seats, etc.

The taxi driver was really nice. I specifically requested an English-speaking driver, and the driver we had only spoke Italian. He tried the best he could to explain the sights but it was very difficult to understand.
