It was fairly easy to find the pickup at the airport, as well as finding the representative in my hotel. The drivers and other staff were very nice and professional. Their driving skills however, is not what we are used to in the states. The bus we rode from the airport drove in the middle of the two lane rode, basically straddling the white lines and getting some honks from behind along the way. Kind of scary! I would use this transportation service again though. it was convenient and reliable.

Pick-up from airport was on time since Majestic has lots of buses waiting to transport the passengers. Pick-up from hotel was very bad. Had to wait much longer than the time provided by the tour operator. I think it is better to take the cab since this bus goes to every hotel to pick-up customers and a hold-up in a hotel could delay your trip back to the airport to catch the plane. I think next time, I will take the taxi from the airport - prices are not much difference.

Upon arriving in the bahamas we were immediately greeted by our driver and escorted to our bus to transport us to our hotel. The driver was very polite and even gave us a tour on our way to our resort. When leaving our resort arranging transport back to the airport was easily arranged with the hotel tour desk. The return to the airport was prompt and professional. I would definitely use this service again.

Very professional service. The "shuttle tour bus" was right on time. Both drivers (there and back) were very nice guys. We didn't have to bother with a cab, which was nice. Maybe a little pricey, but OK.....

I must say my roundtrip transfer experience from the airport to and from the hotel was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted with a dispatcher on the outside area of the customs hall and was taken to my bus which I had about a ten minute wait before moving to my hotel._br/_ The driver was very friendly and professional and showed us points of interests of areas of good sights to visit prior to my hotel arrival. It took approx 25 mins to my hotel and we had a wonderful trip both ways.

Knowing what I know now, I would never use this service again. Nassau was def not what I thought it would be. Our bus driver was rude and grumpy and drove like an idiot. The road system here is disgraceful. Pot holes everywhere, very narrow lanes and apparently its ok to overtake on double lines with cars coming towards you. I Would not recommend this.

Bus was waiting for me at airport and picked up right on time. I by accident booked double reservations and Viator emailed me immed to refund my 2nd booking and when I didn't respond to email they actually called me to advise of my refund. Good customer service

Everyone was nice and professional. The lady, Sonya, who managed the buses returning to the airport and the luggage was absolutely amazing. When a bag got placed on a separate bus, she immediately took steps to see the bag got to the airport right away and in plenty of time. You have the staff who takes care if mishaps quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a very pleasant and professional attitude.

It was fine on the way in but on the return to the airport no bus showed for the 8:30am departure. There was no rep for the company at the hotel that morning and when we finally got picked up the van still needed to make more stops. We arrived at the airport 50 minutes before our flight and almost didn't get our bags on the plane.

The pick up from the airport was smooth sailing. However my return trip driver was a no show. My flight left at 7:15 am I arrived in my hotel lobby promptly at 5:00 am NO SHOW. I had to catch a taxi for $18 not too happy as I paid in advance. Sent an email with concerns however no reply todate

At first they put us on a bus that could hold about 40-50 people; after about 15 minutes when only two other people showed up, they did move us to a van - and finally took off; it'd be nice if they had a better idea of the need for their services. When I came back, everything went smoothly - altho I do believe I caught the wrong shuttle (it came at 6:35 a.m. and I got on it - even though my reservation wasn't until 7 a.m.); I would be real upset if that was actually my shuttle - and arriving 25 minutes ahead of schedule!

It was awful!!! I will never use this Tour Operator again. Upon arrival to Nassau, the representative was kind and very nice, but the wait was too long. The representative took the one voucher I received after booking my roundtrip transfer accommodations and instructed to call them the day before my return to make arrangements for the Tour Operator to pick my family and I up at our pickup location. We followed his instructions, but when the driver arrived at our hotel 6AM (day of departure back to Atlanta) he refused to allow us entry onto the bus because we did not have a return voucher. I explained to the instructions that were given to me by the Tour Operator and he still harrassed and belittled my family and I is the presence of other travelers. My husband forcely told him that he must let us on the bus so that we wouldn't miss our flight, he relented. He acted in a surly manner during the entire ride back to the airport. Upon arrival to the airport, he got up and bellowed out discharge everyone.

We had a short wait at the end of a long sidewalk. The van for our group of five was cool and comfortable, from and to the airport. Be sure to print two vouchers and sign both because the van drivers will keep one each time. I was satisfied with the service and would book it again.

When we arrived there was too many people in the van.the driver put suitcase up on the front seat with some one sitting in the seat. It was a very old van .there was 10 of us in the van.It was so hot we couldn't breath .I will never do it again.I was so upset I didn't want to take the van back to the airport but we got a new van and it was fine.
