After spending the weekend in NYC, seeing Book of Mormon, and eating at a few nice restaurants, I can now say that this dinner cruise was the highlight of my weekend. I have never had such excellent service--ever! I reserved a first class table for my date and myself. The view was perfect, and we were treated like royalty. I will return to this bateaux again!

Fantastic cruise however the re-confirming by having to call 24hrs before was a nightmare because no one picked up the phone so had to leave a message and wasn't sure it was heard so had to ring 3 times.

The ticket office is not where the actual boat is so thats confusing, we had to stand in a line to get tickets even though we pre booked and had paid!_br/_ The cruise was good, we did ask to be moved as the table was not what we expected as first class ticket holders. The food was fantastic and the staff attentive, however they did forget our champagne, we had to ask, and my water never arrived._br/_ Great photo opportunities, and good cabaret, however there was no invitation or opportunity to actually dance which would have been nice, this is possible on the london cruise._br/_ Overall was very nice evening

I gave four tickets as a 40th anniversary to my sisters. I wanted to make their gift memorable. They liket the cruise, but the food was a different story. The meat was extremely tuff they send it back twice. One of my sister got very sick from the food and did not enjoy the trip. I was very disappointed because I definitely did not get my money's worth. Ver, very, very, disappointed.

Great evening. Service was slow to start with - particularly as we had upgraded to first class with open bar but were not offered a drink before first course arrived - but picked up and by the end. Food was OK but not exceptional. Go on this for the views not the food.

The trip was very good. We had difficulty locating the entrance to the pier 61 and booth for redeeming vouchers. Could be marked better from the entrance to the building. Food and entertainment were good.

Atmosphere was amazing. You can't beat eating dinner with a constantly changing view of the NYC skyline. Plus how often do you see the city from the perspective of the water. The food was not spectacular, we were a little crammed, and the dancing was not very organized and there was no actual place for dancing - so we felt that we were oversold on the dancing. Overall, really enjoyable experience and a great place to celebrate our anniversary.

This was our 1st time to do this cruise and it was very nice. The food was really good and the entertainment great. One of the highlights was when the boat went out to the Statue of Liberty and stayed there a while so we could take pictures and really get a good look at it. Everything was so beautiful at night with all the lights. I would definitely do it again.

We were quite disappointed with the Bateaux New York Dinner Cruise. We arrived early as instructed but there was nowhere to wait except a cold car park. We booked first class were a glass of champagne was promised on arrival - we received an inferior sparkling wine. The meal was poor - the steak ordered for the main course was extremely greasy rendering it almost inedible. Not what we expected for the price. The view of the skyline and Statue of Liberty were, however, amazing.

Very conveinient parking right on the pier next to the boat. Checking in was painless and quick. The cruise was excellent with the staff being very attentive and polite. The food was well prepared and tasty and the drink prices werent that bad for NYC. the cruise lasted about 3 hours and time passed quickly. Good itinerary especially at night around the statue of liberty. Entertainment was pretty good and the seating arrangement was better than I expected. We had a good crowd including a wedding party! All in all this dinner cruise should be on your to do list when visiting New York. I wish I had known about this sooner.

We upgraded our cruise to the platinum package on the day which was a free bar and an extra appetizer (oyster) Our drinks were never empty. Wine,cocktails whatever you wanted. Food was fine nothing special but was nice. The views were brilliant. A bit dissapointed that it was raining so we couldn't go outside at the Statue of Liberty to take photo's. But overall an excellent experience. Well worth the money.!!!

A brilliant evening with a nice meal, good music and watching the skyline with the buildings lit up as you travel around the Hudson and East Rivers. Unfortunately it was raining so taking photos outside was limited, but this did not spoil the evening and going close to the Statue of Liberty was a plus. Would certainly recommend this as something to do whilst in New York.

There was a shortage of people so the event lacked atmosphere. The food served was only mediocre standard I expected the quality to be better. The staff seemed to be covering too many tables as they sent some staff home due to lack of numbers. The trip going up and down the hudson was excellent. It was just a shame about the rest.

We did this cruise over Thanksgiving as we read a review that said it was the highlight of their trip. We felt the same way. We have since done another cruise in celebration of graduation and it was again the highlight other than the graduation itself.

This was the highlight of our 5 days in New York. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was tremendous and the views of the New York skyline were some of the most outstanding images we've ever seen. It was really relaxing spending 3 hours dining. We upgraded to the first class package so we got another small course Tuna tartar which was really nice. They were quick to bring us more drinks free in the first class package and everyone was really friendly. Although it's a lot of money it's well worth it. We would definitely recommend this!!!

We had 5 great days in the Big Apple and the icing on the cake was the Bateaux NY Dinner Cruise. The food was really good and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The drinks were a little expensive, but as we went 1st class they were all included. If you like a drink or three, then I would recommend going 1st class as there is no restriction on what you drink. It was worth the extra cash for the ticket and the extra attention you received made you feel very special. The entertainment laid on was also superb.

Unfortunately, we were given incorrect departure time, so nearly missed the trip completely and consequently the whole experience was somewhat rushed. Meal was OK but only 3 courses as opposed to 4 which was advertised. Having said all this, cannot beat New York by night and where better to see it than from the river! Also Viator addressed our issues on return immediately and to our satisfaction.
