When ringing to confirm time to travel, the helpful staff asked if id like to change day as weather on day i was due to fly was forecasted to be overcast/rain. They informed me weather would be better the next day for views if i wished to change--no problem and they were right re weather! Including pilot,who gave commentary there were 5 on flight. Around 10am hazy sun but still it was brill..def something you would only do once and fantastic to see the views from the air..puts size of NY into perspective. Got the full 15mins in the air. Your'e photo that they take is available @ $20-steep as you can bring ur own camera! Lockers available for your bag etc. Well organisied,lovely staff and great to have done!

This tour was over priced and the service was terrible. They crammed 4 men in the back and I didn't get to sit with my fiance. Not worth the money. Don't do it

We all loved the trip - great fun and I would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC. It's a great way to see the city and even though a fellow passenger was using the blue bag the trip was very smooth and very informative. Would we do it again? You bet!

Really enjoyed the flight but we were like sardines in a tin! The helicopter was really small, and the company was very impersonal. We were charged the extra $30 then told to sit down, then told to stand in line for 15 mins then took straight out to the helicopter. You couldn't use your own camera to take photos either.

The tour was okay but not excellent - I could have used some more information from the pilot, I think he pointed out 3 things on the entire trip and that was it. Also I was very mad when I had to pay an extra security fee (around $30 per person). When I bought the tickets - I thought I had paid all the charges involved when I bought them at viator, but that was not the case.

This was bought for my niece to celebrate her 40th Birthday. She had never flown in a helicopter before, so to do it over New York was extra special. She had a great time, got some super photos, and made the rest of us very jealous! Brilliant. Thanks so much._br/_ (we actually changed the date to Wednesday 9th, as the weather was so much better then. Brilliant sunshine, whereas Thursday was forecast rain - and it did - but luckily no problems changing date.) Thanks for everything. Very pleased.

Helicopter tour was excellent, pilot very informant of what was around, the checking in system needs a bit of better organising we had about an hour delay from when we booked our flight time, Icomplained and they did appoligise and even gave us a complementery photo of us at the helicoptor, over all very good would recommend to any body else

What an amazing way to see NYC!! _br/_ Absolutely fantastic views, however, it is not the Helicopter company that makes this trip so fantastic, its the city itself._br/_ Upon arrival we were met by a lady. She ticked our names off the reservation list and told us to wait, which we did..for 15 mins, outside in the cold. Eventully we were subjected to a 'security check' which involved someone asking to look in your bag, i opened my bag and he peered in without moving anything and said i was clear! We were then told we could go inside, where we stood in line again, this time to pay my 'security tax' (??). It was $30 each, we had a party of 3 so we had our $90 ready, i gave it to the lady who then informed me i needed to pay $92 as we had to pay for a locker! This was non refundable and i do think it was a major money making scam._br/_ Eventully it was time, the trip was absolutely fabulous. _br/_ I have been on a Libery Helicopter tour previously in Las Vegas, we were introduced to our pilot and had a chat during the flight etc._br/_ This was not the case here, he pointed sights out along the way but spent the rest of his time talking to his friends through his headphones!!_br/_ I was fortunate enough to have a front seat, however, the poor couple behind me didnt even have a window! The rear left hand side did but the right was just a door, they had to take all their footage through the front, fancy that, a sightseeing helicopter with no window!!_br/_ We loved this tour, do go, but it was a conveyor belt and i did feel a bit ripped off.

I was very let down by the organisation of this experience. My flight was at 2pm. I got on my flight at 2.50pm having arrived at 1.30pm as requested. Also I was not body scanned before I went in the building. Considering how security conscious everyone in the US is!! I had an appointment at 3.30pm at the 9/11 memorial and I was late for that. I just felt it was a stressful experience. I cannot fail the actual flight. the pilot was very polite and informative. Just a great shame it was badly organised and stressful in the run up to my flight.

The Helicopter ride was great although the delay from the time that we booked was not acceptable - trip booked for 10.30am, asked to be there 30mins early then the trip was not until 11.45am.
