Fantastic trip! Booked the helicopter tour as a birthday present for my mother-in-law who was visiting us, and although she was very nervous about flying, she enjoyed it so much that she didn't want to come down! Would highly recommend the tour, although we wouldn't have been too happy if we'd had the seats in the back - we were lucky enough to sit next to the pilot.

If you're going to do one tour of New York, save up and do this one._br/_ Even better, do a bus tour first, to get your bearings, then do this. There is no better way to see the city.

Great way to see the city. You get fantastic pictures you cant get anywhere else. Really lets you appreciate the vast size of Manhatten. Would reccommend this at start of your stay, gives you good ideas of locations for all the attractions. Only one small issue: make sure you take water or something with you in case of any delays. The air conditioning is non existent and we had to wait 2 hours for our flight as the president was in town! Guess delays dont happen that often but be prepared!

I thought that the cost of this trip was extremely high considering how short it was! Also the payment of the extra $30 at the port should be included in the voucher and much clearer upon booking. The trip itself was enjoyable but a complete rip off.

The flight was for my husbands 60th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were polite and efficient. We were dealt with swiftly. The only negative comment would be the lack of narration from the pilot as to many of the names of many buildings of the buildings. We realise however he has to keep in contact with the "tower" We recommended the flight to several people we met across the week. A once in a lifetime experience. Mary Haining

It was a great experience, it really made the whole trip complete! The next day we did a bus city tour and it was great to make all the links! We got the chance to sit in the front and it was totally awesome!

The Viator system functioned well. However it is still required that you contact the helicopter company once you're in New York and this costs money. In addition, the people I had on the phone were extremely unfriendly and hung up on me! Also, it is said that the complete tour lasted 20 minutes and we were up in the air for 15 minutes max.

Not as was advertised, as far as sights to be flown over. The excuse was that it was due to the events of 9/11. The descriptions of the flights should be updated to reflect this in the advertising.

This was an amazing view of New York. I could have stayed up for another hour, it was so beautiful. The only thing I would change or add to this flight would be flying over Manhattan itself and hovering over for a couple of seconds as I saw other helicopters doing, but still AWESOME!!!!

Savage craic, best way to see the whole of New York is by helicopter. Pilot was real friendly. Although we didn't get the exact trip we wanted due to weather, the trip was still amazing and best way to get a bigger picture of the place rather than just looking out your plane window!!

Viator were a good agent to book through - very efficient. Unfortunately they book you with a company in which I can almost certainly say you will be disappointed. Want to be made to feel like cattle - then do this tour. Shocking customer service.

Easy to find. Easy checking in, everything clearly explained. Fantastic views. Full quota of flight time. Pilot not very chatty; I had been told some give a great tour talk with the flight. But not a problem as you know what you're looking at if you've done your research. Definitely recommend the extended tour.
