Great trip around the island. We really enjoyed seeing the city from the water and the Statue of Liberty was awe-inspiring! Our tour guide was quite interesting. We had a very good time.

The vessel was comfortable and not crowded, the narrator was first rate, both with information and humour, and derserved the small appreciation that we gave him. Internet booking was easy and efficient, as was the collection of our tickets for the cruise. The only slight irrittaion was that there were no ice creams for sale on board when we enquired. We will definately recommend your services to others.

Unfortunately viator's voucher told us the boat departure time was 2 hours before the actual time it was, so it messed up our timing that day a bit as we then had to waste time and change our plans for the afternoon. Very good boat trip though!!

An excellent trip, despite the cold. The boat had enough seats for everyone to sit inside, although many of us braved the elements to photograph the amazing skyline. This is by far the best way to see the whole Manhattan skyline. It was also a good way to see places we wouldn't visit like the Bronx. It felt like we'd seen the real New York after this trip. Our guide was superb; very knowledgeable and full of interesting facts. If you're a keen photographer, this trip is a must. The final leg from the top of the island, under the Washington Bridge and back to the pier felt a little long, but the boat had a well stocked cafe area and it was nice to sit with a cup of hot chocolate, watching NYC float past.

It gives a view of the entire Manhattan, which is not possible by walking or by bus or car. It was really a great experience for me. Moreover it was a sunny day. Awesome view of Statue of Liberty, Jersey City and entire Manhattan.

It was great and we saw a lot...Although due to high tide we were not able to completely cicrle the island. Perhaps customers should be warn of this at no fault of the tour companuy

The best place to take pictures is the front deck, unless you come early and secure a water-side seat on the top deck. It's sometimes hard to hear the tour guide's narration from the front deck. Great views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, etc. Definitely worth the full 3-hour cruise if you have the time.

An essential tour for anyone visiting New York City. The commentary seemed to have lots of interesting and scholarly information. The problem was that the Public Address system is inadequate for the task. It needs to be markedly improved in some areas of the ship or, at least, customers need to be advised that some seating areas will have bad audibility. With this problem solved, this would have got 4 stars. Also, check in was impersonal and raggy. Nevertheless an essential tour.

Viator is just a reseller. Tour Operator does not know anything about Viator vouchers. So, you must have your vouchers really printed and show them at the ticket office, they don't accept/understand e-mail shown from a smartphone. So, be prepared with all these paperwork beforehand, otherwise, you will be a bit nervous if you come just before the departure time. We almost missed our tour and were running like dogs trying to figure out first, where is Viator and second, where we could print our vouchers and third, how to we get on the boat with those vouchers... Anyway, we made it 30sec before the depature and overall, the tour was quite OK.

We took the 3 hour cruise option. Unfortunately due to high tide restrictions we were not able to view some of the sites - Yankee Stadium for example. However we did get close to the Statue of Liberty and ellis Island. The commentary from the guide was excellent and gave us an incredibly detailed insight into the history of New York - its origins, buildings and people - fantastic. Views of Manhattan from the water were very impressive. Plenty of opportunity for photographs etc

A great way to see the City. A bit unorganised at the start where there was no specific line for exchanging vouchers, but the cruise around the island is not to be missed

On arriving at the boat we were told that e-tickets were not accepted (depite this being contradicted by the Viator website. This meant we had to locate a printer and print off our vouchers, meaning it was a mad rush to catch the boat.

While we had a couple of other rtips and were apprehensive about doing another 3 hour cruise, it was well worth it. Not only do you see the familiar sights but it is also very interesting to see the north of Manhatten Island which is unexpectedly very green. Highly recommended. When changing your voucher for tickets, be aware the ticket office doesn't open until 9am, only one hour before the 10am cruise.

The trip was on a record hot day. Our party was told at the entry that the boat was air conditioned. It was not. We did not enjoy this trip. My impression was that fellow passengers just wanted to get off the boat by the end of the trip. A crewman remarked they should not have sailed that afternoon on that boat. Will NEVER do THIS TOUR again!!!

We went on Father's day and a very pleasant Sunday morning. Still have to queue to exchange your voucher for tickets and best to get there about an hour before it sets sail. Make sure you get an outside left handside seat as you will then not get people stood up in your way of the views. The guide was great and was explaining things all the way round on the tour and there were plenty of photo opportunities. There is a snack bar below deck doing the usual drinks and hotdogs etc but with no price tariff on show we were suspicious of what the prices were like. The coffee we had was pretty average. Overall a very good trip, good value, and you get to see a lot and have it explained to you.

The onlly problem I found with your service is you still have to stand in line to get a ticket even though you already paid. You should send a ticket to the customer via e-mail so you don't have to stand in line just like those who did not pre-purchase, Thank you Gary Wright gar1greg2sbcglobal.net

Fun and informative tour, and despite being our 2nd trip to New York, we learnt a lot about the coastline and buildings that we did not know before. Dave, the guide was very animated and made the commentary interesting for all ages. Luckily the day we went was not very busy (could have had something to do with the volcano and cancellation of trips). I advise to sit on the left side of the boat as tour sails anti clockwise around Manhattan, so that side of the boat is best for photo opportunities. It was a great experience.
