Check-in perfect, security top, friendly and compentent staff, good and cheerful pilot (andrew). helicopter on our flight (15min) a bit small (Bell Ranger), but views spectacular, turned round at Central Park. All in all would do it again and can highlyy recommend it.

Fantastic flight. It was very foggy the day the flight was booked but the staff at the helicopter place kept us informed as to how things were going. We came back a couple of hours after our scheduled flight time as the mist had lifted and off we went. A must trip to see New York from the air

NOT IMPRESSED!!! I BOOKED THIS "CRUISE" FOR MY HUSBANDS 50TH BIRTHDAY. I PAID TO GO ON THE "LUXURIOUS ZEPHYR" AS ADVERTISED AND A NEW YORK WATERWAYS BOAT TAXI TURNED UP INSTEAD!!!!!!! NOT WHAT I WAS SOLD AND NOT IMPRESSED EITHER. A RIP OFF SO DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU. ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

Amzing views that were truely beautiful. It was difficut for me to see them though as I was squashed into the middle with a pillar in front of me and i found myself having to lean over other to get a glimpse. Also was not informed until after the transaction that there would be a further $30 per person to pay when you get there. This could have been made clearer for something that is already quite expensive for a 12 minute ride!

Great way of seeing all of Manhattan in one go - including the Statue of Liberty, NY skyline, Central park - very well organised, easy to get to and well worth doing to get a real understanding of the layout and size of NY and to be able to see all the signts you may not be able to visit

The Heli flight was very amazing, but it is not really a "Sky Tour". The 12 minute trip is very short and the route was just from Heliport to WTC along the hudson and the same way back. Crossing Manhattan and flying back over the East River would be much better. The pilot did not go close to the Statue of Liberty, just a short flyby. The photos being made at the beginning of the trip should cost approximately 25$ each. That's far too expensive, but was a service from the Heliport operators. Summarized, it was a nice trip and we had a friendly pilot, but do not expect much from a 12 minute help flight...

It was raining and foggy and the staff insisted we have to fly that day, no decent view, flew only 500 feet above, staff and pilot was very courteous, I cannot recommend until I go back for another tour on a sunny day,._br/_ Thank you.

Even if already paid and reserved, the flight was delayed, from 11 am to 4.30 pm and the heli took off at 4.50, so it was dark and places were pretty unvisible, not to mention pictures from the sky: horrible! In the meanwhile i had also to wait in the line for 30 minutes, paying 4 $ to store the "baggage"... and don't forget the "security tax" (30 $). So, my suggestion is: pay 13 $ to take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and save about 170$!

Even though you are only in the air for a matter of minutes I would highly recommend taking a helicopter tour. To be able to see the New York skyline and the streets of New York is unmissable and to come almost face to face with Lady Liberty is unforgettable.

Anyone holidaying in NYC really must take a helicopter tour, staff were awsome and really was a fab way to take in all the sights esp the statue of liberty and ground zero! Wen they played alicia keys 'new york' thru the head set it brought tears to my eyes! Very safe!! We went the day after the crash and when u see just how many helicopters r safely going up and down it puts into perspective that 7 helicopter crashes in NYC history is pretty good odds!!!

Very well organised. The pilot was fantastic, he pointed out all the landmarks and a bit of history added. Photos were taken next to helicopter and inside just before flight. If you are going to New York then this is a must - totally recommend this tour.

Great experience, brilliant opportunity to see the whole of Manhattan and views over Brooklyn etc, really get the scale of the place from the air no better way. Organisation was excellent I would suggest you dont put tall people in the middle seat at the back, I bumped my head which really hurt!! didnt spoil the fun though.
