Awfull. The worst experience ever in airport transportations. We had to wait almost 2 hours and there were people waiting even before us. The van is not coming until they have enough reservations so you never know for how long you'll be waiting.

Had to wait about 20 minutes at airport but a good trip with interesting driver explaining things to us. Traffic was horrendous and he negotiated the streets like a pro._br/_ Great to have someone else driving.

waited almost ONE hour before heading to the city. Drove 3 or 4 times thru terminals to pick other people up. Doesn t leave until the van is full. After a 9 hour flight you only want to go home. Next time I ll take the bus.

20 minutes wait before pick up at airport and the driver thought Park Ave was west from Central Park. All this took 1 hour extra. But still I think the shuttle is good value for money.

An easy way to get into the city and cheaper than a cab for four of us. Didn't have to wait too long for our shuttle although we did then go to another terminal and back to the originating terminal as our driver was looking for a couple of no shows - nice that he had that concern for them but not so good for us as we just wanted to get to our apartment and get settled._br/_ Recommend this door to door service.

Very disappointed on the time taken for the transfer, approximately 2.75 hours from airport terminal to apartment in midtown. we should have been on a shuttle for private / residential transfer but were on a full shuttle with all other passengers requiring hotel drop offs. we were the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off and went all over the east and west side, before finally reaching our destination, would have grave doubts about using this service again.

Other than waiting a while to be picked up from the Airport and someone deciding my bag was theirs (shuttle operator could not prevent this but did track down my bag fairly quickly) the services was good and made getting from the airport into Manhattan much easier.

I waited 45 min.at the airport, and then drove around for another 30 minutes. The drive into Manhattan was fine, but then they start the drop-offs which could be a very lengthy ordeal. Definitely not the quickest way from the airport.

The driver insisted on getting more clients, even when we were 4 already, and made us wait an hour at the airport in order to get 3 more people. He then proceeded to drop off everyone, only to realize that my drop off was closer to the first two drops and had to drive all the way back. I arrived at counter at 8:15 PM and was dropped off at my friend's at 10:35 PM. Although I understand the idea of not having an empty van, the driver kept saying he didn't want to have to go back to the airport. I like the fact that your service was affordable and easy access. I just think it could have been more efficient, or at least tell the customers that the van has to be filled before leaving the airport.

I was not impressed by your service as there was no shuttle transfer on arrival and I had to contact the company which was quite stressful as I was not familiar with the procedure of how to make contact with yourselves and had to seek assistance from the airport staff. I did not use your service of transfer for my return to EWR.

As a party of 4, I had not realized that we had to pick up so many other people. It was quite squashed and the delays at every other terminal to pick up people was very frustrating after a 7 hour flight. It worked out the same price for us as if we had just flagged a cab, but with a cab it would just have been us and no waiting for other people. This was not made clear at the time of booking or if it was, I did not see this warning.

Although I started by handing over my paying confirmation, at the end the driver went on about me having to pay a second time, very unwelcome arrival. I also took me a very long time, after 50 minutes we still were at the airport. Next time, I take a cab.

the driver never said a word, he delivered 11 persons to manhattan without talking or being friendly anyhow, I stupid as i am gave him a tip, he did not even thank me, he just kept his hand up for the viator reciept.

It's a good deal if you have at least two passengers. If you're just one, it's still worth your money to be dropped off at a private residence and not have to take the subway. The only downside is that you may have to wait 30 minutes for them to pick you up and you may not be the first one to get dropped off. You could be the last depending on where you're going. Still, I'd do it again for the convenience.

From the airport direct to our apartment, this was the perfect way to travel after a long flight. I was so glad we didn't get the tube as originally planned, will definitely use this service every time. It's just so easy and a reasonable price too!
