This cruise was great, just right length with a great running commentary by the 'driver'. Down the Hudson, past statue of liberty, then around the tip of manhatten and wall street, under the Brooklyn bridge, up the east side and back again. Only negative would be that there's not much luxury on the boat, well there's none. It was a freezing cold and rainy night in march and it was choppy so you couldn't stay outside for long and inside is basic and not the most comfortable but hey dress appropriately and you'll be okay.

This was the personal highlight of my week in New York. Really good views of all the major buildings/landmarks in mannhatten and even saw some super sights along the route that I had no idea about. All of this made so much better as the lights in the night sky are so much better to look at, it makes everything much more fun to look at. The tour guide who talked the boat through all the sights was really interesting and informative. _br/_ I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone, and for the small amount it costs it makes it even more appealing._br/_ Very highly recommended.

it was raining all day and night - it was still nice to see the city lights shimmering in the rain. only about 15 people on cruise do to rain so we had all the best views and the whold boat to wonder around

First hour was great with really good views but second hour of trip consisted mostly of staff promoting the night club on a boat which they ran, literally repeating the same details about it over the PA about 50 times in 20 minutes. Also took ages to dock the boat whilst they tried to sell the night club and got stuck in the mud. In the last 45 mins of the 2 hour trip there wasn't really any sightseeing.

The views from the night cruise were very nice but the narrator was horrible. He talked through the entire cruise but had little of interest to say. He was so loud that it was hard to talk with my party and pretty much ruined the cruise for us.

Horrible, HORRIBLE experience! THere was a severe thunder storm and the captain and crew refused to take us back to the dock, despite several people's demands. Everyone was scared and felt in danger. Several people called the police asking for help! The staff was rude and dismissive of the customer concerns. I'll tell anyone who will listen to NOT go on one of these cruises or any other activity sponsored by this company!

This whole thing started off terrible. First: they do not let you use your smartphone to check in like they say you can on your confirmation. Then I had to wait on a huge line only to be told this. Then I had to go print it out in an office and wait on another line. It was completely draining. Ruined it for me. Then by the time we got on the boat every seat outside was full. Then at the end of it all the AC unit I was sitting under poured cold smelly water on top of my head! The tour guide saw this and said NOTHING. Nobody cared! So disappointed. The tour itself was well done, but the before and after were just awful.

I've always wanted to see NYC at night with all the lights on in the buildings and the waterfront. The night cruise up and down the Hudson River was one to remember and I got the type pictures on my camera of NYC at night.

This tour was O.K. but starting at 7pm in the middle of summer was to early. We didn't see any "lights" until nearly 8.45pm at which point it was nearly finished. The tour guides were good and it gave a good view of manhattan.

You get see things that you can't see on land driving around, both sides of the river. It was fun. They explain highlights as we were cruising. But get there early for best seat selection! We arrived 30 mins prior and the boat was pretty full by then.

The cruise was great. It would have helped to have a better sound system so we could all hear what the 'guide' was 'showing' us and the explanations. But overall, we wanted to see the lights turn on over the city, and we did.

To celebrate my birthday, 9 of us flew to New York for a long weekend. While we saw many attractions, we all agreed that the Harbor Lights Night Cruise was a PERFECT way to see the city--both day and night. Some of our very best pictures are from this cruise and we all agreed that we LOVED the experience. Definitely a highlight of the trip! Definitely worth the money!
