I was very disappointed with the condition the tour busses were in. To start with the busses only had seating outside on top of the bus. This meant you had no protection from rain, wind, snow or the cold weather. The seats were very uncomfortable. The intercom system on several of the busses we took didn't work and/or the busses didn't have earphones so we were not able to hear the tour guide on several rides. The wait between busses was horrific! We waisted a lot of time waiting for busses to show up at their stop. We had to take a taxi a few times because we got tired of waiting for the next bus. It was a total waist of money and I don't recommend this company.

well worth the money - made things really easy to get around and the bus guides were brilliant and giving advice and full of info on where/ what things were. We didn't even manage to do everything that we could have as there was so much.

We had a 72 hour ticket which we used to get about the city all of the time, only had the same guide once which made it interesting as they all seem to have differant information and tips to pass on. As they are part of the 'service industry ' tips were suggested all the time, by the end of the holiday we were getting abit fed up with this.

I would recommend this tour for any one visiting New York for the first time! Is a great way to pack in all the key sights, at a bargain price. It's hard to know where to start if you haven't been to NY before but this tour makes it easy. It also saved me loads of money, and was super handy that it was all prepaid for!

I was very happy that I had booked tickets in advance, the pick up was easy and straightforward, all the staff on the buses were very well informed, only minor complaint is that there is no heating, it was especially cold on the night tour.

In my view the only way to get the best out of New York. Instructions on how and where to obtain vouchers clear and easy to follow. Guides on the buses know the history of New York and make it extremely interesting. I would recommend full trips first before so you know where everything is. If you want to then return to a place that interests you then you can take the bus again and hop ff whenever and wherever you want. Top of the Rock is fabulous - great views and worth a visit whether during the day or at night. Harbour cruise and Ellis Island ferry trip great for photos of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island itself.. Guides excellent too.

The bus tours were excellent! The downtown tour was probably the highlight. The cruises and the top of the rock observatory were excellent. Well worth the money! Would use this tour again! Thanks

The tours and tour guides were great, the chaps on the ground need to be better informed about how often buses are running and how long tours take. We were very pleased to have prebooked boat trip and trip up Empire State, a good saving both in time and money.

A little disappointed with this. Yes, you get to see the sights of NYC but it was bitterly cold sitting outside and the covering perspex was very scratched and so photography was impossible. It was the Christmas holidays when we visited but the buses were all crowded and we regularly stood while 3 or 4 buses went past the stop. The bus company had obviously sold far more tickets than they had seats and it was impossible to get on a bus whenever you wanted to. having used hop on/off buses all over the world; I have never before had this problem. Top of the rock was great, although we didn't use any of the other features of our ticket. There were 3 of us in our party and the cost of these tickets would have paid the cab fares we ultimately ended up paying! If you're happy to walk around NYC, using cabs for the longer journeys, then you'd be wiser to spend your money in this way.

Being in New York over the Christmas period was a fantastic experience enhanced by the flexibility of the hop on hop off bus tours. The package meant that we got the best out of our trip and was running over the whole of the holiday period.

Wasnt really worth having a bus tour in New York as roads are so busy you really dont get anywhere on the bus. Be prepared to get wet if you go on during the wet winter days as although they generally put up a perspex roof covering some or all of the top deck, it leaks in several places. (no seating available downstairs on most tours). On the plus side we used the entry to the Empire State Building and Ellis Island Ferry and had a great time. In future I would book these tickets seperately and arrange to travel by subway.

Tour Guides gave more than enough information, availability of buses good and staff always willing to help. Pity some people don't take their trash away leaving the bus a little dirty. Counter Staff 1st Class.

This was absolutely fantastic and great value.I'd really recommend this especially if like me it's your first time in New York. The tour guides on the buses were informative and the range of tours offered on this ticket gave a great overview of the city.We chose to go to "Top of the Rock" which was amazing. We went late afternoon and watched the sun go down and saw all of the lights in the buildings come on which was so magical-a great experience.10 out of 10 for this comprehensive tour which takes you more or less everywhere you'd want to go!

A lot of things to view, you really need 3 day to finish well all the things this trip offer. The hop-on hop-off feature is excellent due to you can spend more time in selected places. The people attended us were very friendly. We feel happy all the trip. Highly reccomended

Buses are not so new and have almost no cover for rain and cold days. The few ones that have some cover have it so scratched that it is defficult to see what is outside. The third day was horrible, the buses almost desappeard from the city!!! Downtown and Uptown tours are very good, the others just ok!

This was a great way to see the city quickly. We really enjoyed it although you are exposed to the elements - so go prepared. There was a few places we would have liked to hop off and explore, but the buses were usually full, and we didn't want to risk not being able to jump on the next bus when it suited us.

Worth doing - ferry tickets, harbour cruise and tickets to empire state building made this good value. However city sights buses were much less frequent than other tour companies and we often had to wait half an hour for one. Use this to do the tours rather than a hop-on hop-off as you can often walk faster than the bus. We also had one day of rain and these buses only have open top seats (none downstairs) - although they supplied rain ponchos we got drenched.

Enjoy all parts of package that we took. Have to say that hop-on/off enjoyment depends on quality of guide. Commentary not always audible especially from those guides for whom English is not first language. But since not all tourists speak English anyway is it important?

This is pretty good value and let's you see most of New York in a very short time frame. However, the Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired - some of the staff are quite rude and not very patient with questions. Do not depend too much either on some of the timetables as times can change so worth checking. The top of the rock has amazing night views, but be prepared to wait in line to have your ticket validated and issued with a new pass.

tour was good; the guides were great. the harbor tour is the best and is a must do. Statue of liberty and Ellis island have a stupidly long wait and not worth the time it took unless you are in NYC for an extended time or a 2nd visit.

Excellent value for money and all round service from uplifting tickets to all tours and add ons.Earlier reviews stated some long waits for buses, never waited longer than 510 mins for any bus on all loops, only minimal problem was the Downtown loop only goes to Battery Park then you have to change buses for the return part to Times Square.

A great bundle of tickets, a very full 3 days worth. Informed, friendly and amusing tour guides on the buses. Ellis Island was well worth the trip. We had the Empire State Building almost to ourselves as the rain came on, and despite the warnings of zero visibility we got some great photos as the city drifed in and out of view between the clouds.

Excellent way to see the city, and to get around visiting all the sites, only downside was the very long queue 1 hour wait to get on Statue of Liberty ferry, but well worth the trip when we got there. Each tour guide gave a different interpretation of the tour. Empire State ticket got us straight in - excellent. Couldn't fit it all in 3 days!

The voucher exchange is in the entrance of madame Tussards, it is a separate queue and an easy exchange. So easy to get on and off of the buses, very informative, we did the north, south and night tour. Also did the ferry 75 minute tour to the bridges and Statue of Liberty. Ran out of time for the top of the rock. Would recommend the 72 hour ticket.

Far and away the best way to spend your tourist dollar. Worth every penny and then some. The HOHO tour takes you all over the place and really gives perspective on the City and it's attractions. The other stuff is a bonus. As a matter of fact, we did not use all the vouchers that were included.
