I had to wait for an hour outside, at 345AM, to be picked up. Nearly missed my flight, I didnt but I waited for an hour in the middle of January ouside AND had to call customer service using roaming (USD $22 dollars was that call) to find out that the shuttle "should probably still get me in time" and that would be there soon.

The transfer was late and overcrowded. Would have much rather taken a cab to get out of the city. It was also weird that I had to tell the supplier all the information on the booking one more time, after having spent 1 hour on the phone with a Viator service staff and booking the tour with Viator.

Punctual and inexpensive, the shuttle arrived on time and then proceeded to collect others from residences nearby. Although this process took the best part of an hour we arrived at JFK on schedule. My only criticism would be the condition of the interior of the vehicle. It was pretty shabby. However, given the service being punctual and inexpensive, the driver quiet and not too communicative but who played classical music which was appreciated!' I would highly recommend this service as being reliable and efficient and would certainly use it again.

After my recent experience, I would not recommend booking the airport shuttle online and definitely not pay upfront. I had all sorts of problems organising the shuttle to be picked up for my flight. _br/_ In addition, I was told to be 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick-up time but not picked up for almost 40 minutes after the scheduled time (and only after ringing to complain)._br/_ My advice is to pick another mode of transportation and/or company!

The concept is good , but the driver was running late by 25 mins on pick up, and then had others to pick up, and then drove like crazy to get us to the airport on time.Was a bit scary.

What a disgusting driver we had. He was rude and so horrible in the way he interacted with us. We phoned to arrange the pick-up time the previous day and were told to be ready at 1.30pm. He came at 1pm and two of our party were in a nail bar down the street. We told him he was too early and could he come back in half an hour. He was furious and yelled at my husband and myself then drove off. Minutes later he came back shouting at us to hurry up and get in his cab now! o!!. We got the girls out of the nail bar, with wet nails which were wasted and we had to get in his cab with him yelling at us.The other people he picked up were 1 hour late in being collected so he should have done his airport run collecting them first and us last. We were all feeling so rotten with his attitude that our trip to New York was soured. Not good at all.

Taxi was an hour late picking us up, then we were told we were going direct to airport, but no we had to go to several other stops before eventually being dropped off at arrivals as it was apparently easier than going to departures, when collected from airport to take to holiday let, driver complained about where he had to drop us, at least the driver who dropped us at airport was a happy chap

The simplest way to travel from Airport to Hotel/Office. I had a business meeting and arrived to my destination with no problems and with minimal inconvenience. The best thing about the service was that I saved about 75% of what it would have cost for a taxi. I would highly recommend the Super Shuttle service again when in NYC.

I had to wait far too long for the shuttle at Newark and it took 2.5 hrs from my my arrival at the desk to my arrival in Manhattan. I cancelled the return as I was told pickup would be 3:15 am for an 8 am flight.

The confirmation provides the phone number fo Super Shuttle and the confirmation is a Viator confirmation (not Super Shuttle); so some confusion. Also, when the shuttle driver called me I had some difficulty understanding him due to a heavy accent and his speaking rather fast so we had some difficulty in our communication and where he was supposed to pick me up.

I did actually get to the airport. That was the only good part of the trip. I was told to be ready at 10:55 am. The driver called at 10:25 and said that he was outside waiting. This was for a 3:30 flight. I got in the van at about 10:40. I arrived at the airport, an easy 45 minutes away at 1:15. The rest of the time was spent driving around Manhattan picking other riders up. We drove past my address 2 more times. One group had way too much luggage that they had reported to the van service upon booking. No one had told the driver nor had any accommodations been made as the van was full. Needless to say, it was a long, uncomfortable trip. Not worth the money saved in my opinion.

The driver to airport from private residence arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and helpful, unlike the driver who picked me up at the airpot to private residence.The second driver would receive 5 stars. First driver 0. (09/07/2010 I do not have review to send for the first trip. The first driver also wanted me to pay as he said he was out of pocket because I had a voucher so wanted me to pay amout again. I did not.. Your comments would be appreciated as on my next visit I will use another means of transfer because of the first experience. I have relatives and friends living in Manhattan so my comments do matter to your company. I am not a one time visitor.

Have done shared van shuttle services in other cities and can honestly say this was the worst journey ever. Driver waited until we were on the road to confirm where everyone was going to0!! This was a bit crazy as he was writing as we drove along the busy highway!! I was a bit surprised to find that everyone else was being dropped off at a hotel as I was staying at a private residence, which when booking online had to be done by a separate process...after the journey couldn't see the reason behind this ? I didn't mind the lengh of the journey (I was dropped off last as was furthest out) as it gave me a chance to see a bit of the city this was the only postive thing I can see but was quite shocked when the driver dropped off this old lady who had a few pieces of luggage at the other end of the street as the streer was closed off at one end...he did help on to the sidewalk so I guess that was something! The website gives the feel of a real slick smooth operation but the experience didn't match this, when I called (using the number viator supplied) to confirm my return journey to the airport the operator hung up on my as I didn't have the required booking reference even though the only booking reference I had was what viator had supplied, seemly this is not the refererence that the person on the end of the phone wanted, they were super shuttle and had another reference, confusing for sure for the user !!!

First of all they asked my booking number when I arrived and called the shuttle. There are so many booking references numbers when booked over the internet, not one referred to their booking reference.Then myself and another passenger proceeded to board the shuttle. Then we picked up more passengers at another point at the airport,then back to where westarted to pick up another 2 passengers. There was not enough room for everyone,11 people and the woman who was on 3rd got told to get off. Then there were not enough seat belts that worked even though it states in the van they are mandatory use by state law.After a 3 hour journey finally arrived at my upper west side apartment would definately not recommend to use this company the journey was horrendous!

upon pick up the driver was extremely rude and arrogant. one bag was quite large which he was not pleased about, he swore, and was very rude, and to think that he expected a tip after the way he spoke to my party. he was also 15 minutes late.
