This trip was splendid. We had the gold preferred package and the waitress was pouring drink as often as you wanted. The steak was amazing and the band was good too. The nigh skyline of Manhattan is a must from the river. Viator Customer Care Service is superb - they respond quickly to enquiries and all they promised was delivered

A brilliant way to see the whole of the area at night. The meal was really good and the service waswell thought out etc. We managed to get a limo back to the hotel for just $40 for 7 of us (make a deal with the driver before getting in) Made a great start to our holiday.

The scenery from the Dinner Cruise was amazing and boat went very close to the Statue of Liberty._br/_ The food was good but we felt the service was very slow._br/_ The disco was very noisy. unfortunately,it was not the romantic dinner/dance cruise weI expected.

boat was freezing we sat with our coats on , the boat was far from full , but we got put in the far corner just by the kitchen entrance. food was warm and very poor quality I suggest some training on the mircrowave would help , only good thing we took the option for a free bar , thank god .

Dinner cruise was amazing. The views of the city and harbor were amazing. The music rocked and everyone had a great time. I had 2 complaints. The food was something to be desired and the photographer didn't know what he was doing. But the rest of the cruise was well worth the money.

Cruise itself very nice and very pleasing. I booked the Premium Gold package which was to have extras on it,(that is why I paid much more money per person) first was suppose to get hors-dovers before dinner, we received just one nacho chip with tomato and 1 shrimp topping on a small plate ONLY ONE. The the biggest disppointment was that open bar was included with this, we ordered the first drink before dinner and got it.Then we ordered a glass of red wine with dinner and the waitress was avoiding our tabe, she was serving drinks to the tables that did not have an open bar option because they were paying for their drinks. We had almost finished eating when I managed to talk to sombody from staff to tell the waitress that we were still waiting for the wine, he told her and after another 10 minutes we got our first glass of wine, her reason was that she forgot, but she had sereved most of the tables around us at least 3 times over because they were paying for every drink. After dinner I had asked her for 2 cognacs and again she acknowledged that she will serve but we were ignored until I got up and went myself to the bar to find the waitress to ask her why do we have to wait so long for a drink and she referred me to her supervisor where her supervisor simply told me to get them myself from the bar. I am sure that this premium that you pay for open bar is a gimmick and they do that very systematically to ignore your request for alcoholic beverages as long as you have already paid the premium._br/_ This was a very big disappointment.

Would highly recommend this Cruise. I bought tickets for my boyfriend's birthday whilst we were on holiday in New York and it was a great way to celebrate. Seeing all the sights by night was amazing. The food was superb and the crew/waitress staff were very friendly. _br/_ Only slight negative would be that the drinks were quite expensive onboard and it might have been nice to have a live pianist or something similar.

Spectacular views, food, and atmosphere! My husband and I went there on our honeymoon in December 2011. Our server didn't visit our table very often, which was good and bad. Live music was superb and the cabin of the ship was warm, even though it was cool outside. Great views of the NJ and NY Skyline and the Lady of the Harbor.

It was totally amazing and worth every penny! We paid for the Gold Preffered Window table and it was well worth it! _br/_ The food was excellent and free drinks all evening,which were constantly re-filled by our host. _br/_ The views were breathtaking, we were so close to the Statue Of Liberty the photos were incredible. _br/_ Only negative was that the time the cruise started it was when the taxi drivers were going off duty for the day and the night drivers were taking over so getting a taxi was CRAZY.At one point we thught we were going to miss the cruise,even though we gave ourselves 35mins to go three blocks!!_br/_ If you can save the cash, do it! You won't be dissapointed!_br/_ Totally recommended ***** stars!!!

I would highly recommend this cruise, the yacht was absolutely amazing and most of the dining tables have a window view. The food and service is of a high standard, the only thing letting the whole experience down was the restrooms, these really need to be refurbished to match the rest of the vessel, if these had of been nicer, I would have rated the overall a 5* experience.

The view and cruise was amazing, but the food was adequate at best. I purchased the Gold Preferred and Window Table and I was still being asked to pay for "premium" drinks and certain food items. For that price, I should not be paying extra! Great view but dissapointed with the food.

This dinner cruise was amazing and well worth the money. _br/_ We weren't able to reach the company to confirm out booking though and that was a bit frustrating. Luckily we arrived early - as we'd walked, I had joggers on and was told that I could go onboard without suitable footware. Interestingly, one of the parking attendants walked up to my husband and I and offered to sell me a pair of men's shoes for $100. He had a boot full of shoes so I guess this happens often. Being a woman, I decided not to go that way and walked to the nearest shoe shop. _br/_ There are free buses that do loops to the main centres, but no one bothered to tell us.

We wanted to celebrate our honeymoon with a special dinner cruise. We upgraded to a window seat and all inclusive alcohol. It was worth the extra money. The exceelent food and drinks coupled to the amazing views of an amazing city made the whole trip an unforgettable experience. We would readily recommend it .

Our dinner cruise on The Duchess was amazing! Dinner was excellent and our service crew was awesome! We updated our dinner to the Gold Package and were treated like just that! We even got the Captain's Table at the head of the ship with views of both sides of the ship the entire dinner! Beautiful weather, great service and excellent food! Great alternative event for a night out in NYC!

The overall experience was exceptional, it was the highlight of the trip. The only problem I had was that the tables were assigned first come first serve, but when I requested a table by the window I was told they were reserved. But that's not all, during my main course I find out nobody is sitting at the table that I wanted, this is the only negative.

This trip was booked to finish off an already great day in NY and it did not disappoint. We were a group of six celebrating a 40Th birthday and the crew helped in making it a special day. The food was very good and staff very friendly.

We had a fantastic time!! The only complaint I have is that the white wine list is limited mostly chardonnay and a number of people don't like chardonnay as it is wooded and the wine steward had no clue about wooded and unwooded wine. If I am paying almost 200 per person I expect the waiter/steward to have knowledge of wines! I had to send back the Sauvignon Blanc as it was shocking and think the only other wine was a Pinot Grigio which I had. Also the champagne/sparking wine that came with the Ambassador service only came at the end of the meal so had to share it with other diners! We did have a great time though!
