Such a good tour! We run all over interesting places in manhattan...and our tour guy was just awesome! Seems like he knows everything...every detail...we had really good time! even it was suuuuper cold :)

This tour was better than expected as it was a very miserable wet and windy night. The tour guide was eccentric and interesting. The tour on viator states that it includes a boat tour to see the manhattan skyline at night, disappointingly this was never even mentioned - however i didn't inquire further and the weather was so poor I'm not sure i would have wanted to, but a rearranged ticket would have been nice.

This was a Xmas city lights tour and doesn't include the boat trip as laid out in the original trip description, this was very misleading and very disappointing as we didn't get to see the statue of liberty as we would of liked. Many customers walked out of the trip due to this error! Viator should review this and update as necessary or they will have many unhappy and non returnable customers. The only blip on what was a very enjoyable trip to the big apple!

We really enjoyed it. Bus was great,great guide. We stayed at the Manhattan and it was so great as we only had to walk about 20 steps to get on the bus.

This is an excellent tour run by "On Board Tours" Elvis the driver and George the tour guide are really good very informative and very humourous._br/_ The boat cruise was brillient you see Manhatten lit up along with the Statue of Liberty. The "Freedom" tour was also lit in Red White and Blue._br/_ The stop at Grand Central Terminus was also very good,

Drives too fast to be able to acknowledge the attraction being announced by the tour leader on the bus. Water taxi was not so bad. Grand Central has a very extensive stop, however I had already seen Grand Central so I waited for 15mins on the bus

Our tour guide was informative and fun!! Our group was great...sang a few songs and was able to really enjoy ourselves! Our tour guide, Jason was the most informative and interacted with us all! Be sure to sit in the back of the bus for the best view (you will be the last to exit during some of the stops, but it's worth it!) Be sure that this is one of the 1st tours that you take! We went in early December, it was freezing, so dress warm!

This tour is not as it describes on the website. We stopped at only some of the places it says and made other stops which the website does not mention. We didn't see the Statue of Liberty or Ground Zero. We did however go for a walk in Little Italy. At night in the middle of winter. This tour was a complete waste of money and of time. Extremely disappointing.

The tour route was fine. The tour guide was not. The night loop was very limited, downtown NYC and Brooklyn only. The bus became very cold. I would probably opt for an open air bus next time.

After taking the one day sightseeing tour the previous day, it was nice to see how the city looked at night. The view from Brooklyn of the manhattan skyline was amazing, we had time to take lots of photo's.

I cannot highly recommend the Tour itself due to circumstances beyond my control although I am sure it would be great, but I can highly recommend the operator! My flight was cancelled from the UK thanks to that stupid volcano in Iceland and I contacted the company to see if I could re-arrange booking. Not a problem. I re-scheduled but unfortunately the tour did not happen thanks to "no-shows". I re-scheduled again and guess what The tour was cancelled again thanks to yet more inconsiderate people not contacting the company to say they would be latewere cancelling or whatever. The company offered me a day tour the next day by way of compensation but I was flying back to the UK and unable to take up their offer. Although I was most disappointed in missing out on this tour I was most impressed by this company's customer care.
