Great way to see New York by night. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the commentary was very informative and humorous. I would recommend that you take this tour if you have time to spare during the evening.

Nice route, but a few chances to shoot pictures as the bus only stopped at red traffic lights. The guide spoke a bad English and didn't really provide interesting info, but facts which either were not relevant or well-known even by a child. He also underlined too much that a tip would have been very much appreciated at the end of the tour... Definitely too much!!! In a word, OK for the trip, but the guide was terribly boring and annoying!!!

It's a great way to see the city ~ we did it on our first night there. I have done bus tours in the past that were better. Our 2-1/2 hour tour was less than 2 hours and the guide was just okay. Still worth the money we spent.

The tour was only an hour and half long. The voucher was for 2 1/2 hr. approx. Tour guide not very motivated, and he spoke to another passenger for about 15 minutes talking about baseball! This is worth doing, but needs a better tour guide who can stick to the subject at hand and completely WOW us about NYC Night Tour.....

Disappointed with tour overall. Tour was advertised as 2.5hrs and in reality only lasted 1.25hrs. We travelled on the 7.30pm tour and were back by 8.45pm! There was no opportunity to ''Walk along the Promenade in Brooklyn Heights for spectacular Manhattan skyline views'' as was advertised - we never left the bus! Also the commentary on the bus was really difficult to hear so not sure whether this was a good commentary or not. We were going to book the day tour but on the back of this experience spent the remainder of our New York trip getting around on our own. It was still a great holiday but definitely no thanks to this tour!! Would not recommend or use again.

A very enjoyable trip and a great way to see the Christmas lights around the city. Wrap up warm though as being on the top of an open topped bus in temperatures of -6 can be a bit chilly!!

It was our first evening in New York so we needed to stay up as late as possible.The night tour was a good way to get our bearings and find out distances between attractions. The Manhattan Skyline at night was a sight to see. An enjoyable evening but wrap up warm.

Very interesting and informative but hellishly cold sitting on the top deck of the bus, most of which whilst it had a canopy the back end was open and a very cold wind whistled through.

Our tour was on a cold and very rainy evening. We chose to sit upstairs, but the windows of the bus kept steaming up, restricting much of the view. Also the bus was cold. It was a shame as the narrator and driver did their best.

Had a great time in NYC. The night tour was good but I felt like we didn't see that much, some streets twice. Going and coming. Going over to Brooklyn really wasn't necessary as there was nothing to see, sorta a waste of time. Maybe the day tour where you could get off and on would have been better.

Very nice excursion for our first night in NYC. Gave us the lay of the land and the next day we knew exactly where we wanted to go. A lot of time spent in areas that I can't imagine anyone would be interested, though.

The guide was very knowledgeable and proved he knew his history. I wouldn't recommend this tour to those who have already visited New York, unless they want a detailed insight into the city's history. However for the first-time visitor, it's a keeper!!

It was easy to obtain tickets, no queuing, and the driver stopped at selected points for all visitors to take photos - great.
