The trip itself was very good. The only problem was we had to queue for an hour and 10 mins to pick up outr tickets. We thought that by booking online to obtain a E-Vocher this would not be the case, so we wer a bit disappointed to have to queue fr so long. This meant that we missed our planned time. Also, the people qho were running the show down on Pier 17 did not seem to know what they were doing and were quite unhelpful. The water trip itself was great, so it was just a shame we had to put up with all the inefficiency beforehand!

My grand-daughter and I had a great time, we sat on the top deck to get the full effect, the city views were extraordinary and the guide really knew his stuff. We met some nice people and enjoyed taking many, many pictures!

We had a great view of the Statue of Liberty from the ferry. My only complaint is that we were sitting on the top level and could see very nicely. We then made another stop to pick up more people and they stood around the sides of the ferry and we could not see anything then. We had to stand up to get a good view.

the tour operator was on time and organized. there was an issue with the speaker system but the when it was working, the tour guide was very informative

We were given options of six different areas to board but could only board at pier 17 for our water taxi. We lost 2 hours going from pier to pier, not to mention the walking. The water taxi was totally enjoyable though as we had an entertaining tour guide! Please only give directions to the specific pier.

What a fantastic trip, it certainly was a cold day but the sights and tour guide took our minds off the cold! The tour guide was more that just a man with a mic, this guy gave the tour in a way of a poem which came across really well. Thanks to tour guide again.

We were in New York for my nephew's 4th birthday, and what a wonderful time we had!!!! The tour director on our trip had the boat sing "Happy Birthday" to him, and he was thrilled. He got to steer the boat! Needless to say, that made our trip. The staff was wonderful, and we will be happy to recommend the cruise to everyone we know!!!!! Thanks for a great time.

Liked that it was only 1 hour. I had my grandchildren but wish they would of gone under the Brooklyn Bridge.
