This tour was great and enjoyable especially our tour guide was helpful to keep us posted of the events since we are deaf. She wrote the note many times when we visited several locations. We were very appreciated her efforts with notepads.

Very good tour. Everything was very well explained, and the guide was extra nice. _br/_ The "movie" which we watched inside a souvenir store was pretty much useless and wasted a precious time that could have been used better at the Falls. I think that everything was a little bit rushed. It would be good if the duration of the trip could be extended. And one more thing, there was no "glass elevator ride taking you deep into Niagara Gorge".

The tour was quite extensive and covered everything in the vicinity of the Niagara Falls Park._br/_ The guide, Miss April was good and was conversant with her job. However, on the flip side, her boss or who ever was in charge needs a lesson in starting the tour on time. Our tour was to start at 1.30 p.m. but in trying to accommodate others who came in at the last minute, inconvenienced others and delayed the start of the tour by one hour. Recommended-value for money.

Our group had a wonderful time. The guide was personable and knowledgeable. However, it should be known that if you take the American Side tour from the American side, you don't really need a passport. Our group only booked for part of us because the others didn't have them and when we arrived for the tour we found out they didn't need it. It was wonderful that we all enjoyed the tour together.

Very full schedule of fantastic events. The total trip lasted nearly 6 hours. The only thing that would have made it more enjoyable would have been a lunch provided as part of the tour package. Highly recommend this tour!

While I understand crowds in the summer your company needs to schedule pickups better. Your calling the guide at the last minute to fight crowded roads to pick up someone at the border was unjustified and cost upwards of an hor of wasted time.

My trip was great but you book me with a company that went out of business. I was lucky enough to figure this out myself before I left on my trip. By my own doing I spoke with a different tour company that honored my tickets with the out of business company. You should have know this before you booked my trip and took my money. I'm sure there were other people that were very disappointed when the bus never came to get them at their hotel.

I stayed on the Canadian side of the Falls and could have easily seen everything on my own but the tour was a wonderful experience! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The falls was breathtaking! I loved it, especially the Cave of the Winds & Maid of the Mist Boat Rides.

Everything we did can be purchased at the Niagara Falls state park as an inclusive pass, and children under 5 are free. It cost a lot more to do this tour & I was charged the full amount for my 3 year old! I easily could have saved over 250 for our party of 9 by parking my own car and purchasing the tickets there. Our tour was also very rushed. I would have rather been on my own time frame, to let the kids look as long as they wanted. We were constantly being hurried. Also, if we were on our own, we could have visited some of the activity centers and museums that this tour did not include. The tour did not allow time for shopping or just watching. Too much money...way to pressured to hurry. I would not recommend this tour to a friend!

This tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide was superb and we saw more in half a day than we would probably have managed on our own, in at least twice as long. Bridal Veil Falls, Maid of the Mist boat ride and trip to see the downstream rapids and whirlpool all stunning.

The venues all were close, so you could have walked it. But if you're there for a short time, this tour allows you to see everything. Our tour guide was excellent and provided us with a great deal of information. We far preferred US side; the Cave of Wind was amazing and the Maid of Mist boats were smaller on the U.S. side.
