We really enjoyed the trip. I wish we could have done Maid of the Mist but it was not open yet. The tour guide was very informative and let us stop whenever we wanted to take pictures. The day of our actual tour it was sleeting so we asked if we could change to the following day and they said yes! It turned out to be the most beautiful day of the trip and we even had a rainbow! Thank you!

Was really dissapointed when we were told that the Miad of the mist boat tour was done the weekend before we arrived. Small print stated runs until late October should be more specific with a date. having said that our tour guide Robin was excellant and really did a outstanding job with the tour that we took behind the falls and other sights. well worth it.

We had a great time. This was our grandson's first visit to the Falls and Canada and he just kept saying, "This is awesome". He is 13. I have to admit that the Maid of the Mist ride was COLD and WET. But, we had a fantastic time. Jason was a great tour guide. We had a problem with the intercom on the bus so I hope that was repaired. Thanks for making out trip even better than anticipated.

This excursion exceeded our expectations. Our guide was so knowledgable and accommodating. Another bonus was a small, friendly group. He took us to many places and it was so relaxing not to have to worry about finding the attractions, parking or paying the admissions as it was all done for us. Worth every penny!

Our tour guide Jason was excellent, funny, entertaining and infomative. Maid of the Mist was a blast if you want to get wet stay on the left side of the boat, also start heading down the stairs as soon as the boat turns around to go back this avoids long lines getting off the boat. Much to do in Ontario. new casino minutes from the falls, downtown has many attractions for adults and children.

Would not recommend this tour. The price is too expensive for things they show. You can see all places which they show by yourself. The ticket to maid of the mist boat cost just 17$ and to tower - 11$. They just buy them for you and you go there by yourself. If you stay close to Falls, you can walk everywhere and there you can find the information what they give you, so it's not worth. If we would knew it we would never take that tour. Do not waste your money!

I was amazed by the falls...they were beautiful and very powerful! Our trip was unorganized, they picked us up an hour late!!! Whole day was like that! Tour guide was obviously not happy in his job!

It was a great trip. Difficult hearing the commentary at the back of the bus due to the air conditioning being at full blast. (which was well appreciated) I would have preferred a better place for lunch as there was not enough seating. The rest of the trip was fantastic and would be great to add the walk behind the falls.

Being on the tour made getting to the included locations much easier with no worry about finding or paying high prices for parking. The only criticism was we did not get picked up until 45 minutes later then we were supposed to and had to call to make sure we had not been forgotten.

Loved the actual boat trip right up to the Falls. Rest of tour not much fun. Pickup time was delayed and instead of 9:30AM we were on a 12:45PM trip and did not get back to hotel until after 9PM. Had to cancel other plans to accommodate the tour changes.

It was a great tour. The guide was knowledgeable and we saw the best of what the area had to offer. I was lucky enough to see both the American and Canadian sides of the Falls for just a nominal increase in the fee. The weather didn't cooperate so we moved along pretty quickly, but no one wanted to be out in the rain very long. Couldn't beat the Maid of the Mist ride. On-time door to door service was great also.

It was OK but, The trip was supposed to start at 1030. eventually got away at 1230, it was supposed to be a falls tour on the canadian side, it was mostly on the american side, it was supposed to include the Maid of the mist boat tour, but the boats wern't running, as it was too early in the season, what we did do was OK, but be careful, you double checkthe itinery.

Our guide was very good! We don't feel that the tour was worth $80 each. The only two things that were paid items were worth 29.95. We did not get an additional $50 worth.

I took my parents, both in the late 60's, on this tour. We all loved it! Our tour guide was great, and the boat ride was excellent! A bonus was that we did not have to wait in line or fight large crowds as we took the 9am tour. This is an excellent tour and an easy way to see everything if you don't have much time in Niagara.

From pick-up to drop-off the complete tour was exceptional, the tour guide was very informative and well versed as she has been in the job for over 16 years and her enthusiasm washed over us like a tidal wave. The tour lasted for 5 hours and ended in an awesome ride on The Maid of the Mist boat ride on the Canadian horseshoe falls. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
