Great Pass....especially if there are a few things other than Niagra falls you plan to see....however, if you main reason is just to see the fall I wouldn't waste my money because you don't need it to see the falls!!!!!!

We purcahsed and printed our passes at our hotel at the top of Clifton Hill. We got a one day all-inclusive pass so we wanted to get sight-seeing immediately. We were told that we can redeem our paper ticket for the card at Nightmares, but it didn't open until noon. The other option was the Bird Kingdom (way down at the bottom of the hill, a half hour walk). When we arrived at Bird Kingdom, the rep said that her computer was not set up yet to print the Viator passes, and we would have to go to Nightmares to redeem them and begin our sightseeing. So we called Viator and they had someone come to the bird kingdom and print our card while we toured the bird kingdom. As an apology, Viator gave us a two day pass, but we were only able to be in Niagara Falls for one day, so we really couldn't use it. The card, however, was a good deal; easy to use and well worth the money despite the initial "glitch".

This is probably a good value but more than anything, we found ourselves feeling like we were on a scavenger hunt. We redeemed it on the Canada side at Fear Factory and the man that worked there was very rude. We did not realize that the attractions on the U.S. side required going back over to the U.S. tourist center to redeem the power pass again for US attractions. Before doing this, we had waited in line for the Maid of the Mist on the Canada side but we were finally told that the power pass was not accepted there. The girl there told us we had to go over to the U.S. side. We just found the pass to be time-consuming. More than anything, we enjoyed the magic show. The dinner there (not included) was reasonable and good. The Maid of the Mist was fun but it was just very cold and windy when we went and we got very wet and froze! The other small attractions were not very expensive and what few we ended up having time to do, we could have just paid for and not been frustrated finding them on a map and brochure.

This was worthless. we could not find anyone who know anything about it other than traveling to some circus location. _br/_ This was never used at all

Not worth the money. If we were "click and run on" tourist, Power Pass might be a good deal. But since we are "seasoned" travelers capable of planning extremely rewarding experience, it did NOT fulfilll our needs. Thanks for trying though.

The money that we paid were worth it. But I wish to have more possible days for tours and more tours on Canada side of Niagara Falls.

I was absolutely disappointed with the pass. It does not save you anything but add lot of hassel (going to fatch the pass, no ownership, pass is not accepted and you need to go to another place to get vouchers). I wasted half a day to get things rolling to see Niagra fall and around.

We had a good time and saved money with the Pass. Maid of Mist was great. I also liked the wax museum in Canada, bring your camera.

Highly recommended. You can save a lot of money and queing up time. To see all the things on the Canadian and the USA side you need 3 days. I only had a one day pass and that was a rush and a bit of stress. So take a pass for 2 or 3 days better.

the attractions that can be used with the power pass were good. however, picking up is an absolute pain. i was staying on the canadian side in the embassy suites. had to walk a fair way to get the pass from the fear factory. not too much of a problem. but then had to go the american side to get the ticket booklet to go on attractions like maid of the mist. given that you have to go through a checkpoint and it a fair walk to the acquarium (or an expensive taxi ride) this was not good. I wouldn't buy this again. not impressed.

Highly recommended. You need to be able to visit both the American and the Canadian sides though. You also need to have a car to be able to do the American side activities which are a little far, but absolutely worth it!

I would have liked it if we could have picked up the power pass at the information cenetr. It is more centrally located then the aquarium.

A lot of the events were spread out so much that there was no way we could do all the stuff in the 3-day pass we purchased. It's a deal if you want to do all the stuff on the list and if you don't mind traveling all over. Another thing I didn't like was the snotty looks we got from a lot of the vendors when we presented our Power Pass. It was like, "Oh you have one of those." I didn't like being treated that way. Also, when we got the pass at the aquarium the woman kept telling me that our confirmation code was invalid and instead of helping me further, she gave me a number to call while she took a personal call. Very rude! I couldn't get through to anyone at Viator and finally gave up. I didn't want to burn anymore of my cell minutes. I asked her to please try again and she finally got it to work. Hmm. It was not a very good first impression.

The only draw back from getting this pass was that it took us time to find someone who knew about it. It can only be activated at the Aquarium the receipt I had printed just said central location. Once the pass was activated everything was great! Well woth it! Please inform people pass can be activated at Aquarium only!

If you can go to the New York side as well as the Canadian side then this is worth it. Although I would NOT suggest going to all these places otherwise because they are not worth it. The aquarium is about as big as my bedroom, the waterpark only had two "ok" waterslide, the wax museums were miniscule and only moderately entertaining. But you get what you pay for.... However, the Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist was fantastic

We only stayed on the American side. We purchased the pass for 2 days and only had 3 places that accepted it. The American side is more seasonal so most things were closed. The season is between mid May and mid October. The pass should let you know what the season is.

A good one and cheap option as well, as it saves time spent for buying tickets standing in queue.

The pass was wonderful. It did pay for itself. The only recommendation would be to keep your confirmation slip with you. Many places needed to know how many were on the card, and the confirmation was my only proof. You just received a card with a microchip, no details on the card.
