Despite confirming twice on the same week when we arrived the staff knew nothing about our booking. Luckily though they were able to take us up immediatley as they had no bookings.. The flight was fantastic due to the views but the commentary was poor as we couldn't really hear it. nice touch with the bubbly but made it difficult to take photos when you have a wine glass in your hand. There waas no problems about our weights as we had booked a private tour but if you are on the portly size take your own seat belt extention (usual one that fight airlines)

Really enjoyed the trip. Shame there was no commentary on the flight. Also beware as despite giving the taxi driver the correct address of the airport we were taken to another helicopter company.

A bottle of Champane in the middle of a table isn't what I think of as being romantic!!! Left late and got back the same time we were supose to. Nothing thrilling or romantic about it. We seen as much of the falls or more out our hotel window. Not inpressed at all for the cost and lack of romantic.

I loved that it was only myself and my soon to be fiancee on the helicopter with only the pilot. I proposed to my girlfriend at the time and good thing I had a backup plan because I don't think my headset was at the greatest. The flight was amazing! The View of the Falls incredible! Just wish they had later than a 4 pm flight time for more of the romantic feeling. I recommend this facility!

We were very satisfied with the service we received! The person at the flight desk was very helpful in directions to the airport and the pilot was very competent. The view was breathtaking! All in all a very enjoyable trip.

This was an amazing flight! We had an amazing pilot and were informed of information about the Niagara Falls area that we never knew about. Also, we got engaged in the helicopter! This was a once in a lifetime trip!

This is a hard call. My only complaint would be the flight was over the Niagara River instead of to the side, which would have allowed much better views.
