This tour operator really worked with us, our flight was delayed by 8hrs and I was able to keep in touch with them. When I left a message they even called me back! Once we finallty arrived in Nice, we were welcomed by a handsome, well dressed driver. He pointed out all the areas of interest on the way tour hotel. He handled all of the luggage.

This company really knows how to make sure you have no hassles in finding them when you arrive at the airport, holding up a large placard with our names on it we could not miss our driver, he was very well dressed and the transportation vehicle was a lovely car, we were treated like royalty and were given some information from him on our way to the hotel, very informative. i would highly recommend them. Smartly dressed driver waiting in arrivals hall for us. Lovely car to transfer us but the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel so we had to walk 15 minutes to the correct hotel. Just as well we had a map with us!

It was easy to book online and throughout was a very efficient operation. We arrived at Nice Airport not really sure of the service we would receive. We had no need for concern. On entering the arrivals area we were greeted by an immaculately dressed lady holding up a board with our name on it. She warmly greeted us and led us out of the airport to an equally immaculate limousine. We had a thoroughly enloyable informative journey into Nice arriving at the Boscolo Plaza Hotel in style. I cannot thank Viator and our driver enough for the perfect start to what proved to be a most wonderful holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending Viator. A very special service

We were welcomed and guided to the limousine which was as immaculate as its driver. Our driver Giles not sure of the spellingd was waiting for us at the arrival area with a sign and a big welcoming smle.He took care of our luggage and was very engaging throughout the ride to the hotel He gave us helpful tips and a lot of facts and information on Nice. Very professional and genuine guy. Although this states shared arrival transfer, My husband and I were the only 2 people in his new car.I definitely recommend this company for their professional and friendly service.

Very happy with service but we were worried for about 15 to 20min when we arrived and no one was there to meet us because we had to hurry to the cruise terminal. Apparently traffic was heavy. Eventually things turned out fine.

Arrived at Nice airport where we were instructed we would be met. We waited half an hour and eventually telephoned the number on the confirmation. Tour Azur, who were the company picking us up had no knowledge of our booking. They immediately sorted it and we were collected around 30 minutes later. Luckily I also checked they'd received a further booking for an excursion the next day to Monaco. They hadn't and sorted that also. A dodgy start. But the drivers on both the transfer and the trip were excellent.

I arranged for transport from the Nice airport to our hotel in Nice prior to leaving the United States. I paid for the transport on-line and printed out my confirmation number and voucher. Everything went as planned. The service was prompt and courteous. It was a welcome sight after a long overnight international flight.

We had a great trip to Nice! Wasn't as expensive as we were expecting. The flight arrived early but didn't have to wait long for a taxi to pick us up. Very friendly driver, helpful and spoke good English. Thought the journey was overpriced from the airport though, at 66 Euros for the 5 of us, as we found out afterwards that we could get a local bus for 1 Euro each!

Our arrival at the Cote d'Azur Nice airport was very smooth. Finding our driver was extremely easy. As expected, he was waiting with a sign listing our names. He spoke English very well and directed us to the car. He handled our luggage easily and drove us safely to our hotel. He was quite professional.

Hi Viator, The pickup at the airport, the journey to Cannes the finding of the villa were first class! The driver was very helpful and courteous. The drawback was that we could not contact Viator to book for the return journey, no telephone number. So we had to go with another taxi company. Would certainly use Viator again.
