Your private transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking (subject to availability) and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

What a big difference in the service level when traveling from Nice (opposed to Paris). Our flight was delayed for hours and AZURE Tours kept in touch with us the whole way. When we finally arrivede in Nice, we were greetede by a professional, well dressed driver. He told us facts about Nice and things that we should try. What a wonderful greeting after an 18 hrs of flying and delays.

Although my booking said shared transfers we were delighted when on arrival the driver was waiting for us with our name on a placard, and we were assisted by him to a personal car to be taken to our hotel, he was well dressed and the car was high quality which only added to the experience. i would recommend this company for any one transferring from airport to hotels in nice.

Our driver picked us up at our hotel early. He was extremely capable and packed our luggage carefully. He drove us to the airport and dispatched our luggage. I would recommend shared arrival & departure transfers to anyone.

We were staying in an apartment in Old Nice, no place for a driver to park. I talked to a wonderful gentleman in your Nice office who helped me pick out the ideal place to wait for the shuttle. He knew the area well. He was intelligent, courteous and humorous, just a pleasure to talk to. Once again, the shuttle driver was there exactly on time. For the first time ever, I did not have to call the shuttle service because no one showed up. For myself, for my son and his family, virtually NO problems, whatsoever. To be in a foreign country, not good with the language and not have to worry about anything, that's service!
