The folks who we were supposed to meet at the airport were 1 hour late even though the person on the phone kept telling us they would be right there. The busdriver was great though. He stopped so we could buy a lei since we did not sign up for one and was very friendly.

This was a surprise for my partner and he absolutely loved his purple lei greeting @ the baggage claim. Transport to hotel went smoothly and we were there in no time at all. Ready to hit the beach in just over an hour

They were on time, but I got a ugly green lei, she said that it depend of the day they send a different color... I would use the transportation, but I would buy the lei in other place.... they have lots of choices for very low price.

Brilliant. Staff confirmed our email and said that we would be meet us after the baggage collection, which they did, in their blue aloha shirts. Our leis were beautiful - purple and white orchid-like flowers - well worth the extra. Staff took our photos wearing the lei (with our camera). We were taken to the mini-bus and had to wait only a few minutes for the other 4 passengers (8 total) before we were taken directly to our hotel in air-conditioned comfort. Staff were helpful and curteous, they even wheeled our cases to the bus.

Pre booking transfer certainly makes the first few hours in your holiday destination 'bearable'. Lei greeting is completely optional but as we are probably never going to visit Hawaii again it was worth it.

I was very disappointed with the service, there was no one there to greet us. I has to ask around to find a Viator rep. When I eventually found someone our name was not on the list. We had our vouchers which then had to be verified by some office. A happy occasion turned into a 11/2 hr catastrophe! The rep had only 1 lei and we needed 2. She had to go to some office to get them. We eventually got to our hotel but this was not worth the hassle.

The overall service was okay however, finding them at the airport wasn't easy and once we did we had to wait they were sorting out other people, real unorganized and not as welcoming and professional as we imagined. The bus ride to the hotel was fine but when your visiting a new country you want to be comforted to know you will be looked after as soon as you get there.

The gentleman who met me at the gate was the nicest man and made a positive impression. The driver was another story. He kept hitting on me and it made for a very uncomfortable ride to the hotel. I would not use this company again because of that experience.

My husband and I booked 2 separate pick ups and there was no record for either of us. My husband had to track down the office at the airport to see what was going on. We had our booking passes with us and after viewing them got on the job.

This was timely and relatively efficient. They just plop the lei on you, and direct you to the van/driver, but was great to have someone waiting there and not have to search for other transportation.

we arrived on feb 15 2011 and were greeted as soon as we came through customs. the girl had lei's waiting for us that were fresh and beautiful. She ushered us quickly to a baggage handler who took all our bags to a brand new private van that easily seated all seven of us. Our driver was full of island knowledge as he drove us and we laughed the whole way. I had read some bad reviews of this company on other sites (Diamond head vacations) but they definitely proved all of them wrong. more than pleased with this service

Very unorganized and we had to wander around for our transfer people. We asked them if they were our company and they didn't really know. I would just book direct as many people have never heard of Viator, including the companies that were to pick us up. On the plus side we didn't pay for a lei but we both got one! I would do this again however, only because I now know who and what to look for.

The driver was very informant on our way to the hotel. We paid for the Lei greeting and I had to ask were we not getting one. they hesitated, but gave them to us. Better to be picked up than having to worry about getting a cab.

Lady met us at the gate and escorted us through baggage claim to the bus. We were then driven directly to our hotel. We were the only passengers, excellent and hassle free.
