Our first arrival at Honolulu airport we found the sign with our names on it. was not greeted as friendly as expected and not given a lei greeting..... thought this was custom in hawaii and felt disappointed....just told to wait over where someone would take our bags and place them in the transport van. For what we paid for transport we could have gotten a limo instead.... not the service we expected.

I have made my reservation for 3 people and they charge me accordingly. However, just the day before I called to confirm and they said that the service was just for 2 persons. I had to pay again. In my voucher, it was written 3 persons.

We were met promptly by a representative and given our leis, then taken to the baggage area and turned over to a gentleman for further instructions. Another flight with multiple people arrived about the same time. My husband and I were the only ones on our flight. We tried multiple times to explain this. We were ignored. Finally, after I made him a little angry he pulled out our luggage from the stack he kept moving from cart to cart. It turned out we were the only ones to go on one of the shuttles. The driver had been looking for us, and the man in charge kept sending him to different places as well. This man was not equip to handle this situation. He was unorganized and totally inefficient. _br/_ Our shuttle driver was very good, friendly and efficient.

Picked up on time, and no hitches to get to the airport. It seemed a very early pick up for our flight time, but when you got to the airport you understand why as there is an agriculture inspection to go through and the queues were quite long. Would use this company again.

The driver was a bit rough with our luggage and pushing it into the van. We named him my smiley as he was a bit grumpy. we should have been grumpy because we were on our way home being the end of our holiday. Convenient getting a car rather than catching a cab.

We were being picked up at 5:45am. However our flight was delayed four hours. It was impossible to contact someone to tell them this. I left numerous messages at the phone numbers I was given and finally the hotel clerk got a contact number from the driver who arrived to pick us up. It was a wasted trip for him so this service could be improved! When I finally managed to speak to someone, they informed me that they were picking other people up from our hotel at 10:00am so we could go with them. The driver was very friendly and helpful and got us to the airport in good time.
