Curteous and timely airport pick up and a great driver who announced points of interest and shared historical facts and Hawaiian lore on the way to our hotel(s). The only trouble was the Friday evening traffic, but that couldn't be helped. Morning pickup and return to airport went smoothly too.

Had a little trouble finding the representative outside airport as signage had different name to what I was looking for but another representative pointed me in right direction. Once identified it was fairly smooth sailing to the hotel. Pick up for return was on time and smooth.

After a long flight it is nice to be picked up and not have to find a taxi. Even though my flight was 4 hours late, I was met as I got off the plane and ushered to the waiting van. Before boarding the van, I was given a voucher for my return to the airport with the pick-up time so I did not have to call the company to confirm the time. This roundtrip transfer was very efficient and reliable.

This was not very well orgained, we had some difficulty finding the provider, when we did, they had to locate the porter. We did not get the 'lei', after a long flight, we were not exactly thrilled with the process, however once on the bus, the driver was good and it didn't take us long to get to where we needed to be.

Worst Experience. At arrival they had did not have our booking, when i handed over the voucher they knew nothing about it. We were taken to our hotel and told the return was sorted and to phone the day before we leave to confirm our shuttle time back to the airport. I did this and the company once again had no record of our booking. 6 phone calls and waiting on hold for a total of over 45mins to get our return shuttle sorted.

the rep was not on view when we arrived! had to phone the company to find out where? then they she arrived. the lady was lovely then we went outside to what i can only describe as shambles! lots of people there but no-one actually doing anything. arguing about who goes in what van!! didnt have enough space for all of us so we had to wait 15mins (after the first 10!) for our transport, all you need after a very long flight! lady that greeted us was lovely and explained that the vans were not thier' company that they only used them!!!_br/_ i said she should look at another company!!_br/_ was due to get the round trip, but after phoning 3 times to get =the mailbox is full'_br/_ we decided to get a cab............!_br/_ wouldnt do this again!!!

The transfers were booked for my 20 year old daughter on her first overseas holiday and her friend. Their driver was prompt and waiting for them holding a sign with her name when they came through to arrivals. Their return pickup was also on time. Sadly the "optional" lei greeting was not given which was rather disappointing as we had also had the same thing happen about fifteen years ago when we went to Honolulu. Hopefully this does not happen too often and the girls were just a little "unlucky" as we were.

We were picked up on time and driven to our hotel. However, the voucher we received for the return trip had incorrect flight time and pick up time. This caused a little bit of anxiety until we had that rectified. Overall a good service but beware of the "free breakfast" the next day. It is provided by a tour company to show the tours they offer and then there is time for booking. Unfortunately the speaker repeated things over and over again and we felt like we were in the school classroom as he asked us to pay attention and make notes.

The people meeting us at the airport were extremely helpful as was our driver. The pick up going back to the airport was late. Another driver arrived to pick up a different transfer and included us as well. Our transfer arrived afterward. We did get there in plenty of time and it was nice to know that we were going to be met and then returned to the airport, having never been to Ohau before.

This was absolutely great having someone meet us at the airport!! Never having been to Hawaii before, I was nice having someone to count on to get us back and forth to the hotel. It should be made more clear, however, that you have to call and reconfirm the flight info. It was only by accident that I happened to see the "reconfirm" statement. Glad I booked this!

The pick up was smooth and easy. We got beautiful orchid leis (for the lei upgrade), where as other transfer companies only gave small carnation lei's. Upon arrival we went to our hotel, but switched hotels half way through the trip. I had advised this information at the time of the booking, but the transfer company didn't get the new htl name. they asked me to call them to reconfirm the htl 24 hours prior. when I did, i was xfered to several different people and one person said I should have told her the new hotel name before she had put me on hold to call the transfer company (but i never knew she was going to call the transfer company - she just put me on hold). The diver who took us back to the airport was very informative and funny. The only set back was trying to call the company to advise of the different pick up hotel. I would try this service again though.

Stumbled across this site by accident took a chance on booking a lei greeting with hotel transfers as my new husband always had a dream of going to Hawaii and having a girl put a lei over his head. It was the best thing I did in booking with Viator. I have got to say the service was second to none and worth every penny. Our flight was dealyed approx 4 hours going out but still there stood our lovely Hawaiian girl waiting with our lei when we got off the plane. It was such a comfort after such a long flight to have someone waiting there to bring us directly to the hotel. And the same applied for our return they rang us the day before departure to confirm all details with us. I cannot rate this highly enough. Many thanks
