very disappointed on a few things we wanted to do on the card, was told we had to put a credit card incase we cancel reservations. Not alot to do, not a good value for the amount of money.

we had a great time with the power pass activities, the only exception was the rainforest tour company didn't connect with us in time before our departure, other companies were very reliable and met our expectation. I have a group of friends who are going in a few weeks, will definitely recommend to them.

Only purchased this as it was a special offer. Excellent value!! even at full price. We had a three day pass and used it for pick up and tour of Pearl Harbour, the second day we did an excellent half day tour around the island and the third day we did a half day snorkeling tour. Had we been more inclined to be busier there were a good variety of other half days that we could have added.

The power pass is only beneficial for certain activities. Most of the activities times overlap, therefore you can only use it for one or two activites per day. What good is it to purchase something for 30 activities when there is not enough time to enjoy them

We purchased the three day pass and only had time to use less than a third of the opportunities. The pass included many thing that were not of interest to us but we still were able to get more than the value of the pass in the things we saw. Pearl Harbor was the highlight, even though we had seen most all of it before. We definetly received grest value form this package. and would probably do it again on our next trip to Honolulu.

The powerpass is great if you take it for a number of days, we had it for 3 days and got our moneys worth out of it, but you need to do the most expensive excursions first, however the circle tour, pearl harbour and half island tour are worth it in itself

We booked the 2 day Power Pass, i wouldn't get one for much longer as they are more quieter days and have to be used consecutively. we went to the zoo, went on the trolleys to ala moana shopping centre, hired surfboards and some other small things. dont make your whole holiday on power pass though, you dont get to experience enough

The 5 day power pass was excellent, it allowed us to see the whole island of Oahu in a very short time from Diamond Head Crater, snorkeling, Pearl Harbour, Catamaran off Waikiki and a tour of the whole island. I would recommend it to anyone

The Honolulu Power Pass is good value, especially for first time visitors. It covers a good range of activities, although there seemed to be less on offer than 12 months ago.

Definitely a bad deal for Honolulu!!!! I got the 5 day pass and I was able to see only the minor attractions. Most of the big attractions (the tours, the palace) are not compatible for families (I was unable to go with my infant baby) and are usually all day long, meaning that each day you can only see 1-2 attractions. In 5 days you can use only 10-20% of the pass at the end you lose money. I called the company for an extension of 1-2 days but they totally refused to grant it, very disappointing.

We were very happy with our purchase of the Oahu Power Pass. This was my husband and my first trip to Hawaii and weren't sure what to do - with all of the locations to choose from, we were able to create our own itinerary and see different parts of the island for most of our trip. It also saved us a lot of money for admission to places, even if the admission was $20, that really adds up!! There was one place that only allowed you to get admission to a portion of their park, but because we had already gotten passes for another attraction, they gave us a discount...it was all to our advantage!! If there was anything I could add to the Power Pass, it would be a discount on car rental because there was a couple attractions that were not within walking distance from our hotel and the local transit would have taken a long time to get there (2 hours to the Dole Plantation which was less than 45 min in the car), so we ended up renting a car for a few days. Something to improve on would be the people at the location where you pick up your pass weren't completely knowledgeable on everything that it included so we did have to do a lot of research ourselves. Sidenote...make sure to get a Power Pass card for each person you purchased it for!! We paid for 2 people but were offered one card for the both of us, had we not asked for 2, my husband would have had to pay for his half of the excursions. The map on the back of the brochure we received did help except for if you were walking to places...the addresses then became unclear and we never did find the place where we could rent snorkel gear for free. My biggest negative of the Power Pass was that it clearly states on the website and on my receipt that you get discounts to restaurants however no restaurants were listed and when we called the support phone number, the operators were unaware of such discounts. Overall, I think it was a great purchase as there were many places I would have never even thought to go on the island if they hadn't been in the brochure. My biggest recommendation is to rent a car and visit the Kaulua Ranch and Macadamia Nut farm (they're within 3-5 min of each other)...they are amazing tours and have great, very informative guides. In fact...we got one free tour with Kaulua Ranch and paid for a second tour because they were so good (different tours of course) and the Macadamia Nut farm we went to twice (partially because parts of it were closed due to movie filming) but it was so gorgeous to see.

This pass is only of value if you are in Honolulu for about a week. It offers plenty of coverage and don't miss the Island Tour!

We used or pass to take the Pearl Harbor tour. The driver was really entertaining, and informative. We learned a lot about the city, the state, and Pearl harbor from him. We also went to the Bishop Museum. What a spectacular cultural Exhibit! This place is a treasure, give yourself plenty of time there. Just those 2 visits paid for the card. With so many options, how can you go wrong. Do call ahead and book your tours, or get info, then just show your card and go!

Was somewhat disappointed at first when I went to pick up my cards in Oahu because even though I phoned Viator to make sure my pick up place would know that I bought the special offer of pay for 3 day and get a 5 day pass and I was assured the pick up place planet hollywood would know that it is a 5 day pass. Well they didn't, so after phoning Viator from there and trying to straighten it out on the phone, it was finally fixed. Now that being said, this card was worth it. Lots of activities to do, we did the cirlce island tour, pearl harbour tour, snorkling at Hanuma Bay, surf board rentals, 3D glow golf and sea life park, and we ate at planet hollywood everyday and had 40.00 taken off of our bill for the 4 of us each time. This was a huge savings. All the tour places etc...were aware of the card and we had no trouble getting anything booked. Thanks for the savings.

Power Pass personnel did not have information on 5 day pass for 3 day price as promised. It took a while and some walking to get everything straightened out.

Fabulous deal! We did a lot in five days snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, the Magic of Polynesia show, Hawaiian Waters Park twice! It was totally worth the effort to get a pass. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Oahu who wants to do more than just lay out in the sun!

_strong_Note from Viator:_/strong_ We are proud that we offer 40 attractions and activities, more than any other pass product in the market. As far as front of line service, we advertise that you can skip the line at many locations not all. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, some attractions have not allowed us to implement this.
