Negril Sightseeing Tour with Sunset at Rick's Cafe

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Head to Jamaica's west coast for a full-day historical tour of Negril! See this beautiful sleepy town and experience its laid-back vibe with a visit to miles and miles of white-sand beaches along with your expert guide. End the day at the popular Rick's Cafe where you'll get the opportunity to watch an unforgettable sunset while enjoying a delicious cocktail.

Explore one of Jamaica's famously laid-back towns with a full-day tour of Negril. Enjoy the small-town atmosphere of Negril as you drive along its only road, which parallels seven miles of gorgeous white-sand beaches. You'll have a chance to act as a local and enjoy an authentic Jamaican lunch of jerk chicken and other island specialties. Bask in the Caribbean sun as turquoise waters lap against the white sand of Negril's beaches.

From the beach, you'll head to the center of Negril with your knowledgeable guide. Visit the world-famous Rick's Cafe, located on the West End Cliffs. You'll have the opportunity to watch the magnificent colors of the Jamaican sunset while relaxing with a cool beverage (own expense). You may even see a few locals dive into the crystal waters from the popular diving spot on the rocks!

Once the sun has set, and you have finished your cocktails, you'll be transported back to your hotel.

Was under the impression the tour started in Montego Bay not Negril. Was unable to enjoy Negril as the beach was flooded with Jamacians trying to sell you drugs and other things. I also didn't know that you are 'stuck' at Margaritaville if it starts to rain and the people on the beach never leave you alone. Ricks Cafe was nice, but you don't get to sit anywhere as it is super busy and are unable to get food. Overall, it was an okay, long long day, but the tour could be described better. If it was described as it actually happens, I wouldn't have went on it.

This tour was ok. They drove us to a beach in Negril out in front of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and we stayed there for 2-3 hours. Then they took us shopping and to Ricks cafe for the sunset. I didn't really feel like I saw "Negril", I just felt like I layed out at a different beach and saw some cliff divers. So, it was just ok.

The tour was fantastic. Very professional, the bus was very comfortable. My only complaint would be that we scheduled it through Viator for Saturday and when we confirmed at our resort we were told they don't do tours from that particular resort on Saturday so we had to move it to Sunday.

The best beach of Jamaica, Shopping is a bit bad, Rick's cafe is a nice place but not much more. Sunset were better at my hotel in Montego Bay.

We were taken to a beach covered with six inches of rank, stinking seaweed, dead fish, starfish, the beach had been covered for two days prior so the tour operators would have had to have known it, so we should have never been taken to the beach or moved on. The shopping stop was pathetic. Rick's Cafe was great... should have just taken us there given the circumstances. The beach stop for five hours was ludicrous, unpleasant and a bad memory.
