Aruba Lunch and Snorkel Half-Day Cruise

Oranjestad, Aruba

Journey in style aboard this luxury catamaran as you sail to the best snorkel spots in Aruba. Discover one of the Caribbean's largest wrecks and get close to the abundant marine life. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water before enjoying a sumptuous deli-style lunch with full open bar.

Your first stop is Catalina Bay; a nice shallow area ideal for those who have not snorkeled in a long time. You will have the opportunity to get used to your snorkel equipment while viewing lots of colorful fish and corals in their growing stages.

Then onto the Antilla Ship Wreck, one of Aruba's most famous snorkeling spots. The wreck is 400 ft. (122 meters) long and sits in 60 ft. (18 meters) of water. When the Germans invaded Holland during World War ll, this German freighter was scuttled by its Captain on purpose to avoid confiscation by the Dutch in Aruba. The wreck is now surrounded with colorful fish and corals. Fish include: The Parrot Fish, Barracudas, Fresh Angel Fish, Yellow Tail Snapper, Grunt, Blue Tang, Butterfly Fish, Green Moray , Puffer Fish, Sergeant Mayor, Southern Stingray, Queen Flounder, Stoplight Parrotfish and Trumpet Fish.

The catamaran features two marine bathrooms, two sunning nets, plenty of seating space, stereo music and a fully stocked bar. A special swimming ladder makes it easy for passengers to step into the water. There's a great waterslide too!

Take advantage of a snorkel lesson, complete with all equipment. A full open bar is included after snorkeling, where the friendly crew is always on hand to make the sail a wonderful experience. They keep a watchful eye out for empty cocktail glasses and entertain you with local music, dancing and storytelling.

This catamaran cruise was awesome! We saw some beautiful fish and even a couple starfish. The crew was great and I enjoyed the locations that we stopped at. I would definitely recommend booking this excursion.

Best way to book instead of going through the cruise ship. A lot less people on our boat, great hot lunch, and awesome drinks. By far the best way to book is through victor. I recommend this tour to anyone who likes to snorkel. The guys on the boat were awesome also. Will book Again on another cruise

This was a very enjoyable trip. We were brought to three different snorkel sites including a ship wreck. Equipment was provided but we used our own. The captain was very professional and informative. Lunch was tasty and there was plenty to eat and drink.

There were four people in our group, three with no prior snorkeling experience. The staff didn't provide any general snorkeling know-how tips before the first dive, so we made due with the information furnished by our one experienced member (one dive, 40 years in the past). After several panicked minutes everyone was able to get their faces in the water and see some of the abundant marine life, though there was a significant amount of coughing due to swallowing and breathing salt water. But in spite of the steep learning curve, everyone had a good time. The staff was personable, the boat comfortable, and the three dive locations were beautiful beyond words. You will be better off if you can get in some snorkeling practice before you hit the water. Don't miss the chance to see and experience what is just below the water surface.

Had some problems with my transportation to Aruba so I had to change my snorkeling cruises several times. Maria did a great job of getting everything right!!

A great time! The boat was not so huge, there were the perfect amount of fellow snorkelers (not too big like some other outfits) and the crew was professional and very friendly. They seemed to really care about us having a great time. the food was excellent (as opposed to sandwiches served by another outfit) and the drinks flowed freely. The water slide off the back of the boat was a perfect and fun addition. I would recommend this excursion for anyone who enjoys snorkeling, sailing, and Aruba in general.

Pros - Beautiful sites chosen with lots of fish. The ship wreck was wonderful where we could clearly see to the bottom as the scuba divers swam below us. Their air bubbles tickled us as they rose to the surface. -A great place was chosen to anchor for lunch where there was access to a beach cove and places to stand up in the sand. - Food was great. - Drinks were served maybe too freely. I drink beer and beer was not available. - Ship was nice, we did not visit the bathroom. - Pick up by van was on time. Cons - Ship scheduled to leave 30 min after we arrived. We rushed to catch our van only to wait at the dock where we waited for the crew to ready the boat. - their time is more valuable than ours. - The ship did not have slip proof coating on stairs. My wife and one other person slipped and fell before the crew placed a towel on the stairs. - Crew was not quite as professional as other catamaran excursions. I have seen uniforms worn and you could clearly see the roles of each crew member. On this trip I could not tell who was a crew member and who was a guest. The guests were of mature mixed age and not the partying crowd. - Accent was so heavy on the crew member providing instructions that you could not understand his English.

The snorkeling was amazing! We went to 3 great sites and there were fish everywhere. The water was amazingly clear. The crew had great personalities and were very helpful. The drinks were delicious and the lunch was good and filling. I would definitely do this trip again.

We had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was that the boat was too full. There were about 60 people on the boat.
