We had a great time -- definitely recommend this trip to anyone taking small children to Orlando. The limo ride was a nice experience, and we were fortunate to have 3 other friendly families on the ride with us. The buffet breakfast was great -- lots of options, and the food was very high quality. The characters we saw were Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Mary Poppins, Alice and The Mad Hatter -- they were very friendly and took ample time for photos and autographs. Our kids had a blast meeting them. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I really think that it's a miss that Disney will not provide even one princess to participate as a character -- most of the little girls in the audience were in princess costumes and it would have made their experience to meet one of the hallmark princess characters. I know Disney is protecting their "castle breakfast", but it wouldn't compromise the theme park experience to have Tiana or Rapunzel stop by at the Floridian. That said, Alice and Mary Poppins were well received by the little girls, including our daughter. Again, we highly recommend this experience.

I feel that it was very rushed we were only at the breakfast for 1 hr and for what there was, I found it overpriced._br/_ Once we got there we were told that we get a free family photo - yes to have your picture taken was free....the only part that was free was for them to take the pic....in order to keep the photo I had to pay an additional 31.49 for the photo, I paid $256.00 for the character breakfast so the photo should have been included._br/_ The characters did all come around to each and every table so that part was nice._br/_ I don't think that this is something that I would book again...

We did the same breakfast last year and really enjoyed the experience. This year we hosted another family with us, and were sad that we could not offer them the same experience we had had the year before. Other than the limo being too crowded--17 people counting children, it was a good time. The driver was about 30 minutes late picking us up too with no communication. He should have made sure the earliest people to board left room for the last passengers to board. Our group was forced to make seats for ourselves. Last year's driver was much better. The breakfast itself was fantastic. Transportation left a bit to be desired. We'll probably do a different character event next year.

I would have liked to see at least one "princess" at the breakfast. The food was good. I was glad we got to go to Norway for lunch that day. They had lots of princesses! The characters were good with parents and kids!

We took our 6 yr old twins to the Disney Breakfast on their 6th Birthday. It was very disappointing. We had booked online. The limousine pickup was a nice touch but was shared with another family so did not seem "special" and no-one had mentioned that we had to tip the driver 20. We arrived at the hotel where the breakfast was held and the first thing the "welcoming receptionist" did was to bark that the kids couldn't take their birthday balloons into the breakfast and we had nowhere to leave them so ended up abandoning them. We were then ushered in to have a photograph 30 taken and then into the breakfast. The buffet breakfast was okay - nothing special. What was truly disappointing was that the Disney characters were hardly "top drawer". We had "The Mad Hatter", "Alice in Wonderland", "Mary Poppins", and "Pooh Bear and Tigger". All in all the experience felt very much like a conveyor belt experience - we were just another crowd of punters and were ushered in and out before the next sitting. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste money or time on this shameless tourist trap.

A MUST DO item on your agenda! Fantastic service from beginning to end. My little girl felt so special being picked up in the limo, the driver was lovely and the hotel was superb !! delicious food and the characters really made the morning special! My eldest is 19 and loved it also! Book with Viator if you want a quality service and very special memories to take home.

We were disappointed with this breakfast. It was held in a large impersonal banquet room. Overall, the breakfast was just really boring. Other than the characters stopping by the table, there was nothing to keep the interest of my 8 year old granddaughter. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend this event.

Yummy breakfast and sure beats waiting hours on line to meet with the Disney characters. Our limo was clean and fancy and our driver was a real gentleman and very prompt. The only downside was we felt a bit rushed to get picked-up again. It seems the Disney folks want to keep visitors in and out. Overall a magical experience. My three daughters were just thrilled!

Too much for not enough Disney characters. We were a bit let down at who and how many of the characters we met. Limo ride felt very rushed. I would say the experience was just ok. I would have much rather of spent the money on something else at one of the theme parks.

We were picked up by the limo on time. The driver was really great; he kept us informed of where we were going and what would happen next. He was fantastic. The hotel where the character breakfast was being held was so amazing. I couldn't believe how many characters were actually at the breakfast. The children's faces lit up when they came to our table. I would do this again.

We were Disney virgins, so we didn't know that there were different breakfasts to attend, such as "British" "Norwegian", etc. We were under the impression that you got who you got and that characters rotated around. If we would have known this we wouldn't have just taken our chances.We would have planned the correct breakfast to see who we wanted to see! But nevertheless it was fun and the kids had a great time! It was very well run, we had plenty of time with the characters and the food was good. Well worth doing on your first trip to Walt Disney World! Viator was great, smooth and easy to work with and book the reservation! The driver was fantastic and they communicate well with you, making you feel like your business is appreciated and your money was well spent!

We attended other character meals during our stay and this one was, by far, the best. The grandchildren LOVED the ride in the limousine and the characters spent quite a lot of time with each of the children.

It had been years since I was at Walt Disney World. I had only seen characters on 2 of the five occasions not counting parades. I have two boys ages 3 and 4. I wanted them to meet at least some of the characters and what a great way to do it! The boys loved riding in the limo to the breakfast and the character experience was super. We had plenty of time to visit with all of the characters present at our breakfast. The food was very good and the atmosphere was even better. This is a must do for anyone with small children.

It was a fantastic experience for our five year old daughter to be given the royal treatment with a stretch limo. It was definitely over the top and out of the ordinary and probably something we'd never do again, but it was our first trip to Disney and the limo ride to the character breakfast just added to the magic. The driver was very professional and patient. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the customer service desk - trying to reach them off hours was not possible even though there was supposed to be someone on call. Besides that, everything turned out fine and I was thankful we spent a little extra and did this event.
