Second time I've done this tour, second time there's been no mock-up space shuttle to walk through. Very disappointed with the hotel pickups. The location I was given was an hour's quick walk from where I was staying near Universal and once we were on the bus, the drivers instructions regarding our day (when we should get back to the bus etc) were chaotic and difficult to understand. The coach also returns to Orlando too early (Kennedy is still open) and takes a ridiculous route around the hotels. It got to within half a mile of my pickup hotel, then drove all the way to Disney Land before returning to my hotel last. There were more passengers for my stop than any other, so making us all wait an extra 45 minutes was nonsense, especially as we could have walked the half mile in 10 minutes. Kennedy itself is OK. The shuttle ride is too quick and I was hoping for G-force (there isn’t any). Their tour round the various launch pads is a little dated as there's only one big shuttle pad left, however the Imax films are reasonable and there are a number of actual rockets to view (though no shuttle at the moment). The new Star Trek theatre show is clearly aimed at kids and the Kennedy museum on the other side of the causeway to the cape is disappointing as always, but for anyone interested in this part of America's history this is a must do tour (though based on your hotel location, the number in your party and the fact that the coach is effectively just a taxi to a theme park, you may decide that a hire car is the cheaper way to get there).

Fantastic trip. Would highly recommend. Worth the extra money to see out of the way parts of KSC plus very interesting to talk with the Astronaut at lunch. 3D IMAX of Hubble telescope was incredible

Wasted 1 1/2 hrs in front of KSC since we did not have tickets for ultimate tours. Driver PETE blamed to KFC. But I believe it is the fault of Pete and his company. He even did not talk about ultimate tour details in the bus. He kept explaining about regular tour always and he had those tickets handy with him. Ultimate tour should be the best but we could not see so many things because of morning long delay. Very frustrated. wasted big money.

Very Poor. Driver very rude did not drop us where we should have been dropped. Customer Service officer,Geogina gave us a run around giving us different place to go for pick up. Driver picked up others from Hilton which was out of the way. Where we were staying was only 10 minutes drive, driver refused to drop us.

My family and I had a great time at the Kennedy Space Center. Winter is a great time as the queues were very short and we could fit everything in. The children learnt a lot about space and travel. The astronaut lunch is excellent and we highly recommend! Only concern was the driving of the driver, a little too erratic for our liking.

The tour was great, but not quite long enough to get all that we wanted to see in. Our bus driver was late in picking us up, but made up time on the drive there due to light traffic, and he appologized for the tardiness. Hearing from the astronaut was a hilight, very informative. The tour on site to the pads was well done, our narrator was well informed. recommend this tour to all.

The tour guide was exceptional and the tour was real value for your money. I would recommend all travellers to use Viator. The booking process was very simple and convenient as I booked a day before my departure. I did see some cheaper websites but none had the option to print your booking. Therefore, it was excellent for last minute arrangements. Keep up the great work.

Had a fantastic day. Was a bit disappointed with the Simulator. I really thought NASA could come up with something a bit more exciting but other than that, the day was amazing from start to finish. So much to see and do at KSC. We even got to see the Space Shuttle Transporter on its way back from the launch deck after delivering the shuttle. Amazing!! And Pete, (the bus driver who collected us from our hotel and dropped us home again) was great. He gave us great tips that helped us avoid the queues. Would definately recommend it.......

My disappointment was heightened by the fact tha I had traveled to the Space Centre previously in 2002 and had gone out to the launch pad etc. however this tour did not do that which was a disappointment to my 15yo daughter who I had dragged away fom theme parks and shopping for a little education.

Not enough time to see everything. If you can hire a car better to do that - only about 45-60mins away from Orlando and do it in your time. Lunch was nice but astronaught a retired old one.

Great day out. Operator picked us up from our hotel on time. There is alot to see and time quickly gets away on you. We ran out of time to see Imax films. Tips: Be on left hand side of bus when touring NASA complex. Better pictures. Take some snacks with you as food is on the high price side. Can buy water from bus driver for $1 (a bargain compared to inside). Alot of walking involved ... but worth it

Probably the most interesting day of my 2 week trip, with plenty of time to look around. Would recommend checking the times of the IMAX films as soon as you arrive - would have been possible to see both if I'd done things in a different order.

Our day trip to Kennedy Space Centre through Viator was hassle free and was worth the money! The one thing that we would have enjoyed more is a more comfortable bus, coach style, and not as many pick-up and drop off points. These took as long as the ride to Kennedy Space Centre. Aside from that the attraction itself was well worth the time. The lunch with an astronaut is a memorable experience and the food was delicious. A full day for this trip was satisfactory and went by very fast.

Had a superb day but unfortunately the trip did not leave us enough time to complete the Ultimate Package. Could have done with about an extra hour in the evening. All in all though, the guide was very good. Would recommend this trip to anyone but wear something comfy and be prepared to be shattered at the end of the day! You may want to think twice about opting for the Ultimate package as it was very rushed. As this includes a second free day pass the company should seriously consider offering a return transfer only option at a substantially reduced price as we did not find it cost effective to find our own way there to complete the programme.

Had a really enjoyable day. I was a bit nervous at first when I heard the tour was going to be 11 hours long, but the day flew. Would recommend doing the new Imax movie first, then doing the tour afterwards as you can judge your time better for the rest of the day. Saw loads of wildlife: alligators, turkey vultures, and the famous American eagle! Overall had a great day out, a must see for all Florida visitors.

Kennedy Space Center day trip was a really enjoyable, it is a very interesting place with lots to see and do. We went during the off peak season so there were no lines or long waits - we had from 10am to 5.45pm but we had everything done but 5pm and really didn't need the extra 45minutes but i guess during peak times you may need the extra time. It was a very enjoyable day and would recommended this tour to people of all ages.

Large, clean coach and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable driver who was happy to tell us different experiences at KSC. The company had a good selection of pickup and drop-off points and managed to get through them pretty quickly. Our wheelchair didn't cause the driver any concerns, which was nice.
