difficult to find bus at airport_br/_ talked to bus driver running private party_br/_ difference between cab and viator rate is minimal - will take cab next visit_br/_ individual at orlando airport is SLOOOW in giving ticket that was prepaid for us to get on bus

Only have cars every hour to Downtown Orlando which is a waste of time. May be better to get a taxi.

the directions to the bus were very good as the airport is huge straight to door of the hotel would use again, as I was very worried not hiring a car this time, but no problems at all!

Website advised 15 minute wait. We had to wait 1 hour! At the check in there was a lady complaining that she had already waited 1 hour. We were very tired by the time we got to our hotel.

Our plane arrived late and a car was not waiting to take us to our hotel. I was traveling alone with my two sons, and when we arrived at the pickup counter, no one could tell us who was supposed to take us to our hotel. It was a bit of a mess.
