We arrived on St Patrick's day and the traffic was so heavy, however our driver was kind and patient and we arrived safely to the hotel, good service in general.

Great service and relief as our flight was delayed. But no problems we just hopped on the next shuttle. The driver was really friendly and so it was a great start to our first vacation in Orlando! What made it even better was that we travelled with two infants but that didn't seem to bother anyone. Absolutely fantastic.

Our united flight was delayed so we arrived at 11.15pm. Mears were easy to find and we only had to wait 10minutes for a shuttle. Our return transfer also arrived at the time requested. The drivers were professional and overall I would rate them very highly.

it was easy enough to claim our passes at the airport and get to our hotel. On the way out of Orlando just be prepared to leave your hotel 3 1/2 to 4 hours before your flight

Service is excellent. Arrived at Orlando Airport, got into the shuttle in less than 10 minutes, driver very helpful and kind drove straight to _br/_ I-Drive; On our way back, pick-up time was precise, by chance we got the same driver, arrived at the airport in less than 45 min. I would recommend this service anytime!

I rang the number provided to book my transfer and repeated the address twice to the operator who then gave me a booking number and time for pick-up_br/_ We waited outside the building 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and after the pick-up was five minutes late I rang your office to check the status. I was told that the driver would be there in approx 2 minutes. After waiting a further 10 mins I rang your organisation again and was left on hold while someone checked. After 10 minutes on hold I rang your office again and spoke with a lady who transferred me through to despatch. They then checked the address recorded by your Operator and advised that she had typed in 24th st instead of 34th street._br/_ They then advised that a pick up was no longer available and for me to make other arrangements!!! I had to organise a cab and rush to the airport to catch the flight at a cost of $69.00. I will be sending a formal notification requesting reimbursement. It would appear prudent for all of your Operators to clearly repeat the address at the time of booking to advert such dramas

They were fast and friendly to provide a ride from the airport (only 15 min wait after we had our bags) and they were on time for pickup back to the airport. It was much easier than renting a car and trying to navigate from Orlando International. Would use it again.

My pickup at the Airport was 45 min in coming and the drive from the Orlando Airport to our hotel took 1 1/2 hours. Though the driver had others to drop off, he didn't know where our hotel was and finally stopped for directions. Our flight got in around 6:10 and we finally arrived at our hotel at 8:15. We were not impressed.

After arriving at the airport, our trip to our hotel was excellent. The driver was wonderful and gave us some great tips about restaurants in our area. The driver on our trip back to the airport was also very good. Our flight was slated to leave at 7:00 a.m, so we wanted to arrive at the airport at 5:00 a.m. We called in plenty of time to have someone pick us up and were told that our "ride" would arrive to pick us up at 3:00 a.m. The airport was only 10 miles from our hotel so I questioned the early departure time and was told it would take that much time to get to all the stops before heading to the airport. As it turned out, we were the only people picked up and arrived at the airport at 3:20 a.m. My husband and I were the only people at the airport with the cleaning staff and had to sit for over an hour and a half before we could even check in for our flight. Needless to say, we were not impressed. We had purchased rountrip transfers from Viator on a recent trip to New York and were happy with that service, but the extra early departure time to the Orlando airport was very disappointing.

So easy to book, download and ready to go. Part one, our shuttle driver didn't know the exact location of our resort, took a little driving around to find it, but of course, we got there. Part two, return to the airport, Easy, breezy, polite, professional....Overall, a 4 star experience and I'd utilize your company again next time in Orlando
