Next time I would just take a night cruise without dinner. The food and service was terrible and I regret having spent my hard-earned money on this tour. The only saving grace was our van driver. He was so friendly and informative.

The hotel pick up was on time, the boat was very clean and tidy and the diners were spaced out every other table to give privacy. The meal was very much a master chef style with four sample starters on one plate. The main course was very nice then again samples of four desserts.The boat was small compared to others which I liked as you got a more personal service. The service was excellent, I would recommend this trip to anyone.

The dinner cruise was excellent! I was celebrating my 60th birthday and the waiter brought me cake with a sparkler on top and everyone on the boat sang Happy Birthday to me. The food was gourmet with samplers of lots of appetizers. We went past the Eiffel Tower when it lit up and loved the close view we had. Our waiter was funny and attentive. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip!

This was the highlight of our trip to Paris. Whilst I appreciate that it is very expensive it is worth every penny. Our minibus driver Alex was lovely. Whilst it was great that he was on time for pick up at the hotel it did mean that we had to stand in the cold for half an hour before boarding the boat - so wear a coat!! The boat was spectacular, very special indeed and the sights were amazing. Food was above average - beware you have to pay extra for some choices which I think is very wrong considering the overall cost. However, I would still not hesitate to recommend. Dress smart and enjoy!!

Everything worked perfectly with the pick up and drop off and included a brief guided tour of the Paris sights by night with views of the landmarks. The river cruise was super and a delicious meal, we especially enjoyed the starter and dessert that included small tastes of six different dishes. It would have been difficult to choose one of the range of dishes, they were all superb. Many thanks for a memorable evening to mark a special day.

The boat stops near the eiffel tour when it sparkles at night which was fab for photo's. However, the food options is limited since it was probably cooked and ready when the boat departed.

The dinner cruise was one of our most memorable excusions in Paris. The hotel pickup was prompt. The van was a little tight for three couples and a driver, but mercifully, the ride was brief. We got a table to ourselves by the windows - sitting in the middle would not be as enjoyable - and the sights were beautiful. The boat was quite small, compared to others that passed us. I believe other boats offer live music, which would have been nice. A word about attire: Although the reservation says "formal," my husband was the only gentleman I saw in a tie (a few had jackets on), and I was among the dressier ladies. Once you are on the boat, you really don't have room to move from your table, so perhaps dressing up isn't all that important. We selected this tour for the hotel pickup and it was worth it for that.

Excellent dinner cruise. Good food and great views. Everything went like clockwork but we didn't feel rushed. At the conclusion of dinner the boat's captain positioned us in the middle of the Seine to see the Eiffel tower just at the hour when thousands of lights started twinkling on the tower. A sight we will never forget. Job well done!

Never told when I booked this cruise that my hotel was outside of the Paris area they work. I paid for a transportation to pick me up at the hotel and it never happened. I had to take the Metro from my hotel to the office.

Excellent night. The food, the staff all great. It was my husband's birthday and we did have a memorable night because it was our last night in Paris. Seeing the Effiel Tower sparkling with lights when the boat was turning around was the best and was totally unexpected. Thanks the crews for the perfect timing. I recommand this trip to everyone who wants something special to remember in Paris.

My wife and I and the friends we invited to dinner were disappointed.. We were told we would be picked up at 8.00pm and be out 15 mins prior. We stood out side out hotel at 7.45pm and by 8.05 I went back into the hotel and asked them to ring to see when our lift would be arriving. We were advised in ten minutes. Our driver did not arrive until 8.35 pm Not a very good start. He put our lives at risk and was also late picking up the next couple. We arrived at the boat and we were left outside waiting until after 9.00 pm. Then loaded on it looked lovely. The waiter was rushing us. We did not get choices of meal and sweets, etc as per your Boucher. The boat returned and we did not get cheese platter, we did not get asked if we wanted coffee it was over and everyone was ushered off. The highlight was being at the Tower with all its glitter. If it had not been for that it would not have been a pleasant experience. The value for money was not there and it was a gift and we were embarrassed with our gift.

Absolutely brilliant. Pick up from hotel although a little later than advised due to traffic, but once dropped off at boat and the rest of the evening went without fault and of course we dropped back to our hotel afterwards too. Food lovely, wine good, ambience excellent..... Plenty of time between courses to wander out on deck and take photos. We went on the later sailing and although still light on way out 30th June, by the time we were coming back the Eiffel Tower was fully illuminated with twinkling lights on all 4 pillars - a breathtaking view and one I will remember forever. Turned out to be the best 50th birthday present, thoroughly recommended.

This was false advertising at its best. The advertisement said a 4 hour dinner and cruise. We were picked up on time. We arrived at 815 and had to wait till nine in order to board the boat. The food was below average and we only got 3 of the 4 courses served to us. The cheese course was not served. We were only on the boat for a little over 2 hours. The service was very good. This was not worth the cost. We spend a great amount of time in Europe and will not use Viator again.

This cruise was great!! The driver in the beginning of the experience was right on time, he had to pick up other couples, but he left us at the boat wplenty of time to spare. On the boat we got to see Paris by Night... all the light where great. I would say the highlight of the cruise was when the Eiffel Tower lit up the. The boat tiimed it just right, they stopped and allowed for the guest to take pictures. At the end of the cruise, the driver was waiting for us. Overall, I would suggest this trip!!! I would definitely use these services again!!!

We had a very pleasant evening which was well organised. Definitely recommend the hotel pickup as the driver also took us around Paris whilst waiting for the boat to open the doors on a really cold night.

The tables were set individually for each party. Most wore jackets and ties, but there were some in jeans. The food was great and the service excellent. It was by far the best thing we did on our trip. My initial concern for the late sailing time of 9.15pm was soon dispelled at 11pm when we sailed past the Eiffel Tower which twinkled with bright white lights. Fantastic! The coach pick up was excellent.

Very efficient and well organised. The dinner cruise was exceptional, with a wide choice of food, plenty of wine and very efficient service. The boat was so smooth and quiet that you could barely tell that you were moving. My only negative comment is about dress code. I understood the dress code to be formal, i.e., jacket and tie for men; however, I noticed that a high percentage of passengers were casually dressed, with open neck shirts or sweatshirts and no jackets, which did spoil the ambience of the evening. However, we had a very enjoyable evening and would certainly repeat it and recommend it to others.

The cruise was very nice we had an amazing time with each other. The only bother was seeing better looking dinner cruises boats go by. And although there was a strict dress code put out we felt very overdressed and there were actually people with jeans on board.
