Eiffel Tower Dinner and Seine River Cruise by Minivan

A visit to the elegant European city of Paris would be incomplete without a visit to the famous Eiffel Tower. It looks simply spectacular lit up at night time... you will find the image breathtaking. Combine a dinner at its "tourist style" 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant with a leisurely cruise along the river Seine and you have a tour not to be missed! What a great way to spend the night in the City of Lights.

In decor reminiscent of an airship moored above Paris, you will dine at the 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower. The large bay windows of the restaurant look out over the Seine and the Trocadero to one side and the interior of the Tower to the other.

This tour has been created as an introduction to the Eiffel Tower, 58 Tour Eiffel is a "tourist style" restaurant and seats 200 guests. There is a delicious set menu created by award winning chiefs and you will be seated with other tour guests.

Immediately after dinner depart for your cruise along the river Seine, passing under the famous bridges of Paris. The perfect way to end your evening!

Traveling before August 31, 2012? Eiffel Tower Paris is currently experiencing delays due to a technical incident with the elevators. Only one elevator is in function until August 31, 2012. Consequently, the Eiffel Tower cannot guarantee access for this tour. We will continue to accept sales and replace the Eiffel Tower with the following substitutes. The elevator may open at any time so the tour guide will notify you upon tour commencement if the original itinerary is possible.

• Dinner at the Eiffel Tower will be replaced by Les Ombres at Musee du Quai Branly. The restaurant is situated nearby with a beautiful view overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
• Receive 10 euros refund (upon commencement of the tour) if the visit is not possible.

Very enjoyable. Picked up at our apartment across town and our guide Joel spoke perfect English and gave us lots of information. He escorted us up to the restaurant and gave us all the information about the boat trip after dinner. The food at the Eiffel tower was superb. After a wonderful dinner we got on the evening cruise which was awesome. Joel was right there after the cruise to take us back to our apartment. Would do it again!!!

How can you travel 4000 mile to Paris and not have dinner at the Eiffel Tower? The food at 58 Eiffel was quite good, but remarkably overpriced, But as my wife tells me, it's all about the location.

Good meal, great view. The guide misinformed us regarding the cost to continue up the tower. We were told that we could purchase a ticket at the 1rst floor to go directly to the top. Not so. You must purchace another ticket on the 2nd floor to continue on up.

Nothing will beat the site, I knew I would enjoy this dinner if for no other reason just to sit inside the restaurant and enjoy the view. I actually enjoyed the food though! A vegetarian plate was actually made for me, and we had a table right next to the window with a beautiful view of Paris, and after walked to the second floor and enjoyed the view from there. This is a must do!

A bit of a mix up with times, but we enjoyed dinner on the tower immensely, the view alone was worth it and dinner was excellent. To be honest the trip down the seine was a bit of a let down, i think a trip on the batobus is probably better in daylight

Another good experience. Remember to give at least 24 hours for confirm before actual pickup day not a free phone call. We skipped past the lines to visit the Eiffel tower, but still had to ride in the elevator with everyone else up and down. The Tour 58 restaurant is nice, almost elegant, and the menu we had the 3 course was satisfying along with a introductory glass of champagne and free bottle of Bordeaux wine - which made the meal splendid! The River cruise is a couple of blocks away and there is enough time to eat and get to the cruise. Cruise and minivan drop-off were good and prompt.

This was not the most elegant evening for such a very expensive price tag!! We were hurried all the way, dropped off at the boat dock and asked to walk to the Eiffel Tower through rain, up stairs and across a busy road!! The driver was stern and self absorbed and did not think to provide umbrellas. The meal was OK if you don't mind your dessert being served in a small circular plastic tube 4 inches in diameter. The setting was OK as we were seated at the most unscenic part of the restaurant, on a window looking into the centre level with lots of girders, etc. We didn't bother with the view because there was very little._br /__br /_The tabletop in the restaurant had its paint badly battered and chipping off. Afterwards we had to run by ourselves through the rain across the road and back down to the dock where our van was supposed to be waiting. We were cold and wet and had to wait 10 minutes whilst our driver emerged from a local shop on the wharf when he realised we were there!!! The driver dropped us off at a corner 40 metres away from our hotel rather than drop us off at the door because he didn't want to go around the block with the traffic. Viator, you need to smarten this one up!!!
