The elevator may open at any time so the tour guide will notify you upon tour commencement if the original itinerary is possible.

Seems to be something about pre arranged dinner tours, food was ok but it was really rushed._br/_ Got to area we were told to go to connect to bus and they werent open had a sign on door to go somewhere else. It was close by but we couldnt find it and nearly missed whole tour because of this it would of been more appreciated if someone was at venue to tell where to go. To see the Eifel tower in daylight then night lights is spectactular as well was the Seine River Cruise. Thank goodness we could miss the lines trying to get up (only one lift was working) so haveing dinner there turned out to our advantage. Well worth it just not sure if the cost is justified with quality off food provided and you dont get to see much unless your at a window seat (which isnt available to many people and you cant pre request this).

NOT even worth one star rating but I had to give it or this review would not be submitted,. Both male and female guides were very rude, the female in particular gives the French a very bad reputation. Dinner was lovely but we had not even finshed and we were told to hurry up or we would be forced to walk down the Eiffel Tower even though we were told earlier that we could suit ourselves when we left! Cruise was nice, so do your self a favour and save your money, book yourself into the restaurant and walk across the road and pay the 13.50 Euro for the cruise and save a lot of money. I had to pay for the cruise again for all of us because the rude guide took my tickets at the restaurant and gave me back the wrong ones. When I spoke to them the next day, I was told very abruptly that it was my fault. They give the French a bad name!! Every other tour was wonderful with other agencies but NOT WITH THIS AGENCY If anyone needs to work on their people skills and manners it is this tour!!!!!!!!

Great experience. We are 70 and 72 respectively and while it was no real problem for us climbing 345 steps up to "58" it might be a challenge for others our age without some warning of the strenous climb. We were not given an option of elevator or climbing.

Fun to do on first night/first time visit to Paris. Touristy, but nicely organized, and a good way to start off a first time visit. Food and wine were okay (except for the unidentifiable appetizer. A bit of a wait and crowd to take the elevators up to the restaurant (and one elevator was out of service, so we ended up walking down after dinner). The river cruise is highly recommended.

Probably only thing I would have liked was more time. It was a bit rushed through dinner to get to the cruise and other events. I know you do have to have some time frames in place, but it seemed like as soon as I took my last bit the plate was going. The cruise was full of info, again only thing I would like was if the lady( who was amazing with information and language skills) could have given the information on the way up the river and let us enjoy it in silent on the way back. But these are my only point everything else was wonderful with no problems tickets/entry etc. thank you.

Our Eiffel Tower Dinner was great. Lovely food, very good service, table companions were the best (newlyweds from Austrailia - very pleasant). The Eifffel Tower was magnificient. We have put off the River Cruise until our next trip as we were pooped at the end of a long day.

The dinner was great. Food was lovely and views magnificent. The cruise was also good._br/_ Only thing is on the night it seemed it wasn't organised well. Bus left late and took forever to reach Eiffel Tower. Then we had to wait on the ground in the cold as we weren't allowed to enter straight away. Guide had to make a few phone calls and wait for confirmation to enter elevators. The tour itself wasn't value for the money we paid.

I was very disappointed in what this was for the money I paid. When we arrived at the check in place indicated on our voucher we find we had to walk to another location. Then we departed late and stood in the freezing cold at the base of Eiffel Tower while our dinner tickets were gathered. We were rushed to finish our meal and then told to go on the river cruise whenever we wanted. The facilitator was very nice and did best she could but overall the value for the money I paid was not there and I would not recommend it to anyone nor do it again. I will just book direct and save myself money and time and disappointment.

This was my first night in Paris and I dined at the Eiffel Tower, but felt tired so didnt do the boat trip, I didnt lose it, as I was able to take it at a later date, infact I took my trip up and back down the Seine on my last afternoon in Paris, it was great and very informative. Well done and thanks for 2 great experiences. _br/_ I booked it in London a few days before I went to Paris and it was easy and very inexpensive compared it other trips of this kind. _br/_ Thanks again

The tour was satisfactory. Our hotel was about a two minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and we asked if we could meet there however they declined this. So we had to travel across to the other side of Paris to meet the group there. We still had to wait in line to go up the elevator for about 10-15 minutes which isn’t long compared to what other people would have to wait. The set dinner was nice and the wine was good. I still think for the price you pay you shouldn’t have to share a table and it would be preferable to be able to pick your own meal. The company we had was very nice and friendly however I felt you had to make small talk. After dinner you were then able to go up to the higher levels for extra money and take the cruise in your own time. The last cruise left around 10:00pm so you have some time to explore or you could take it the following day. The cruise was a great way to the end the evening.

Everything was perfect! A nice bus transport to the Eiffel, a great dinner, and a beautiful evening cruise. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to celebrate BIG, or for a romantic evening. It was fabulous.

Not a good value for the money. I've had better meals on airplanes and the view was that of the backside of a structural girder. The river cruise is "on your own". For the price, I would suggest not doing this combo.

We enjoyed the HASSLE FREE evening. We made it to our pick up site, and everything went like clockwork. We were escorted to the front of the line for the elevator to the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower. When we arrived, we enjoyed a window seat and dined with a lovely couple from England. The food was OK, but the atmosphere was the best. Our guide was very helpful with the river cruise and our plans for after the cruise. Beautiful evening in the the City of Lights.

Nice tour - food was average, but the experience of eating at the Eiffel Tower compensated for the food. The river cruise was beautiful. I was under the impression transport was provided - only transport provided is from Viator to the Eiffel Tower. You do the cruise at your leisure, which is nice.

Good evening with nice meal. If you want to go to the summit of the Eiffel Tower you need to book and pay for this separately. Do this on-line before you travel - queues are horrendous and you may not get in otherwise.

We were in Paris to visit our daughter and celebrate her 21st birthday. It was a wonderful way to celebrate such a special ocassion. The dinner was good but I would have preferred to have had a choice especially for the amount of money paid. Also did feel a bit rushed out at the end. I know they needed to set up for the next sitting, but it was a case of get your dessert eaten coffee drunk and get out. The river cruise was very enjoyable a nice ending to a very special celebration. My biggest disappointment was that at the end of the evening you did not get taken back to the pick up office. I do understand that you let people stay for longer if they wish to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower and take the cruise in their own time but I do think you could offer at least one coach to return to the office at 11PM giving people the option of returning with yourselves or making their way back to their hotel under their own steam.

The experience was one we really looked forward to and still enjoyed.The food was ok, the cruise enjoyable, however, we weren't sure whether the restaurant staff were as enthusiastic about the experience as the participants.The customer service from the office staff from Paris Vision was brusque. The guide seemed to be distracted. As the activity progressed we were not sure whether English was understood by our guide as any conversation with the members of the group was very limited.

This was a very fun night. T_br/_ We had requested a table by the window and vegetarian meals but neither information was relayed to the staff in Paris. Also the ticket was only to the first floor of the Eiffel tower and we had to purchase additional tickets to the summit. The boat was enjoyable and had commentary available in many languages. The Eiffel tower is amazing and definitely would recommend this excursion!

we were extremely disappointed in the quality of this excursion I didnt think it was value for money . I knew you stated set menu but in australia when its a set menu you do normally get a couple of choices each course. The view we got was ridiculous we looked out onto the lift we were stuck right in the back corner. This should be made aware to people before they book that this may happen We certainly wouldnt have booked this had we known that ,as this was our silver wedding it would have been really nice to look out over Paris. The food was ok portion size for the main course was very small the dessert was tasty. The other thing our 16 year old son was with us and was never offered a soft drink , the waiters seemed very busy and when we got to the table the starters were already sitting there dont know how long they had been on the table!!! Of our visit to Paris this would have to be the most disappointing night. I would definately not recomend this trip to any of my friends. thankyou for asking for feedback

What a disappointment! I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone. After ascending on the elevator we were literally lined against the wall and certain nationalities were selected to be seated first. Next to be chosen were "les jeunes" (young people), who got a very nice table, then the rest of us got put in the back of the restaurant with absolutely no view. The chair backs were so high you couldn't even turn around to see the view. So what was the point? Dinner was rushed, we were treated like cattle, the service was non-existent, and an hour or so later we were told to finish so they could get ready for the next sitting. You're left to find your own way to the Cruise and you need to make your own way home (so bring a map and money for the metro). Other reviews have made the same complaints about this tour, which makes it seem like the company doesn't care. On a bright note the full moon rising over Paris was spectacular and the Seine river cruise was delightful (bring a warm sweater and sit outside so you can wave to the students and hear them shout "Vive La France!" to you). But as far as the tour goes, it was a huge, expensive disappointment, especially because we'd saved it for our final night in Paris.

The Eiffel Tower at sunset was stunning but the dinner experience itself was disappointing. While the food was fine, the whole experience was a big rush, when we were seated our entrees were already at each place setting and we'd no sooner finished them and they were whisked away before we had a chance to take a breath. After an hour we were told we had to leave to make way for the next sitting, not impressed at all. We should have been told that we would be booted out after an hour.

While both the dinner and cruise were excellent, they were very expensive. We still had to queue for the elevator to the first floor and not all attendees were able to fit into the same lift. Therefore several, our group included, had significantly less time than others to take advantage of the views.

The tour guide left after we were seated for dinner, always a bad sign, We were on our own for the boat tour and getting back to our hotel, since the bus did not stay. First time I was ever in a restaurant, anywhere, where the diners were told "your time is up, you have to leave". No choice of entree, we had boneless, skinless chicken breast that could have been from any Big Box Warehouse. Took too long on my appetizer, it was taken because the next dish was coming. On the plus side the wine was very good and the other people on the trip were delightful.

The dinner was great but there wasn't enough time after the dinner to enjoy the views from the Eiffel Tower before we went on the cruise, so my advice would be not to linger over dessert and coffee. I enjoyed the cruise as well.

You gotta do the tower and cruise - great views from both. For a mass meal - the food was excellent and the wine not bad. Time keeping from this lot was really poor and although we were told to be there 15 minutes before scheduled departure or we leave you behind we didn't get going til 45 minutes after scheduled time. Poorly organised and If you add on a Moulin Rouge you may end up scoffing yr dinner so you can catch the 830 cruise to get the 940 bus to the MR. Plenty of people on our tour a bit Ped off. Make sure you dress up - shortsjeans and t-shirt are out of place and you won't get in the restaurant.

the tour is very good, its not to rushed either like the tour that also includes moulin rouge. The people to did that had to rush but we had all the time in the world. The they from the tower is great and the river cruise can be taken anytime you want, so i'd suggest waiting for night fall as the city at night as great.

Really a fun way to see the Tower and have a nice dinner with a great view. The food was actually good, nicely prepared a little speedy on the service, but it was a large group to feed all at once. Wine was great. Sat at dinner with nice people from Germany and others from UK. The cruise was fun as well. Nice commentary all the way up and down the river, describing the bridges, buildings etc.

The meal was better than expected considering that food is prepared for many at one time. The staff was courteous and attentive. The cruise was beautiful and well narrated. My only complaint is that I was never told wear to pick up our tickets when we arrived at the Eiffel Tower. Never having been to the Tower before, it was quite overwhelming when we arrived with so many people and many lines. After standing in one line for a long time and being told to go to another long line, we were informed that our guide had not yet arrived. It was now 30 minutes after we were told t be there so we were beginning to think the whole thing was a scam I had made the arrangements on-line. We waited another 20 minutes or so and a guide did show up. We then waited another 20 minutes in line to get into the restaurant line. It was very windy and cold and it also rained. Once inside it was a wonderful evening, but there needs to be better communication regarding details.
