I thought the boat smelled heavily of exhaust. It was also in so many languages and guide had such a heavy accent we couldn't understand a word she was saying. We left the tour after the boat and didn't finish it. I would not recommend this tour. There were other great boats that had the ability to go to the top or smell fresh air - not this one.

I actually did not enjoy this tour at all. They took us to Montparnasse Tower instead of the Eiffel Tower. The Seine River cruise was loud and confusing - there were so many tours on one boat and it was very loud and you couldn't hear the tour guide. The Illuminations Night Tour was just a repeat of the morning tour. Overall, our three hour tour wound up being five hours and we didn't get a chance to eat supper until after midnight.

I liked the tour, but not the organizing. First when receiving a voucher on it written an address where to go it is always the office at 122 Rivoli and when coming, they tell you to go to the other office. It is not nice if you arrive less than 30 min early. Why? I don`t recall this tour guided as of the lack of guide on Eiffel and on cruise, not possible to ask anything and feeling unsafe when not knowing. When arriving to Eiffel the info about where the cruise is was totally missed as the onlu info at bus was given by the other guide ofter another language, it was hard to follow. Going up was just shown a line, no queue, good but no guide followed us in just hundreds of foreigners. Came down in good time and just had the ticket to find the cruiseboat, on that dark evening the ladyguide just walked there, no sing, bag or even umbrella to notice her as viator personell. When cruise ended there was two viator busses,no sign, no guide outside and even the driver was different,_br/_ Anyway liked the contents of the tour!

The only thing that saved this tour was the fact that Paris is such a beautiful city to visit - day or night. It was rushed and impersonal. i would not recommend this tour to friends.

I had been looking forward to this paris trip as part of a 40th birthday present. To ensure we knew where to go we checked on the Friday at 11.30am where we had to go. We spoke with the operator and told that all was ok and to meet at 6.15pm. We turned up then to be told we could not go up the Eiffel tower and were going some where else. so disappointed. The river cruise was excellant but ruined by our intial contact. We kept being told aboyut 24 hr notice but noone gave use 24 hrs notice re change of tour wheh they knew from the day before. Read the small print!!!

Very enjoyable, only big dissapointment was the river cruise, too many people on the boat and as you had to be seated to hear the commentary it is very difficult to fully see and enjoy the views as boat is covered in perspex and hard to take photos. The few seats on the deck had been taken but some of these passengers would stand up and block the view for the people inside. The bus trip was good and the tower was wonderfull

It's possible my 3-star rating was due to being tired after a 4+ hour walking tour earlier in the day, but other than skipping the line at the Eiffel Tower, I didn't think the cruise or the bus tour was worth it.

This was okay. Skipping the Line at the Eiffel Tower was great and we really enjoyed that, but we could have prebought our tickets on line for less and done the same thing. Same with the boat tour. Expected a lot more of the Night tour and was disappointed. Wouldn't do again.

Boat cruise was cool. Bus tour guide was extremely rude. Opted off the bus after the boat cruise. The second level of the bus was hot even thought there were air conditioners staring us in the face.Didn't get to go up in the Eiffel tower and was not allowed to get our money back.

This is a good way to hit several things at once. Be early, they actually left a little early. Eiffel Tower is pretty rushed. River cruise was cool, also liked the night bus tour.

Not only did we not get to experience the Eiffel Tower (Montmartre isn't a valid substitute), refunds were not an option. The tour operator "claimed" the Eiffel Tower was closed. As we passed The Eiffel Tower later that evening, the Tower looked fully operational. What gives? Bad business!

The tour is 4 hours long but with the traffic/crowds in Paris your time at the Eiffel tower is only about 30 minutes and we did not have enough time to even get to the 3rd level! The tour guide only takes you to the entrance and tells you what time and where to meet - really, no value add at all! Also, don't expect to go to the bathroom as there is non on board the bus and no time allocated. I would not recommend it, you would be better off doing it on your own. The River Cruise is good, but that again can be done without going with the tour as you need to line up like everyone else.

We were very, very disappointed in this tour. We were unable to do the Eiffel Tower as we were told the lift was under repair. Well, this was totally NOT true. From the riber cruise, we could plainly see the lifts going up and down the tower. SO, DO NOT APPREACIATE being lied to. As a substitue they put in Montmarte. Well we did not arrive there till 10pm and the tour was supposed to be over at 10pm. We had Montmarte in our schedule for the next day, but the Eiffel Tower was in our plans for that night. So we missed it for the entire trip. Have used you in the past and have been very pleased HOWEVER, after this experience, I will think twice about using Viator again.

Eiffel Tower amazing, as was the Illuminations Night Tour. . This part of the tour was 5 star. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Seine River Cruise. Guests were walking around freely blocking the views. When we requested the Guide on the Cruise to ask these people to move away to the back of the boat to take photos etc, he shrugged his shoulders at us saying they had every right to do so and that we could move to another seat. It was not until a number of other patrons complained, that he addressed the situation. We were extremely disappointed. I spoke with the Captain after the Cruise who said that their track record was excellent, then added that out of 500 passengers, he considered a few disatisfied guests was of no consequence. . Unfortunately, we were two of those who he considered insignificant.

The Eiffel Tower is amazing, also the bus ride at the end is really cool. Our guide wasent that great, she dident seem very involved. But one last thing my girlfriend, and were running late to the tour office, but the girl who there went out of her way to help us make to the boat, and she was really cute too.

A good tour to take if you wish to go up the Tour Eiffel and avoid the crowds by being on a tour, where you have priority over the 'never ending' queues._br/_ If you have never been on a trip on the Seine at night before, the following cruise was lovely, with the lights of Paris and seeing things like the Swan Ally Island Statue of Liberty, which we had never seen before, and the Tour Eiffel from the river at night._br/_ Then the short tour of Paris at night, the Opera etc., was very pleasant._br/_ Overall an enjoyable evening.

Very poor tour company told us that the Eiffel tower was closed for maintenance so we could not climb it . We found out later that this was untrue as others had climbed it that night so we had to go ourselves the next day very disppointing and would not book with this company again and would not recomend them to anyone

We enjoyed most of it but we felt that the Illuminations Night Tour was a bit long. We would have liked to have had time to take photos of the Eiffel Tower when it was lit up because we only saw it in passing after we had been up it. We had booked the tour many months earlier and tried to go in to ask staff earlier in the day about it - just logistics but they were very short with us. They told us we were having dinner (which we weren't and hadn't booked for) so we didn't eat and by the time we got out it was very late and we were over eating. What we saw though was great and we did enjoy most of it.

Staff very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Tour was fun and informative except that the illuminations section of tour was too long and could have achieved as much in half the time. Hourly lighting of Eiffel Tower was a highlight. Take bottle of water and a snack and ensure that you use toilet facilities at Eiffel Tower due to length of tour.

Bus tour was nice...boat tour you can buy on your own and take it whenever you want. The real disappointment here was the Eiffel Tower...I was told by the lady at the counter that it would be the last thing we do so we would see the city at night. It was the first thing we did and it was fully light outside. Add this to the fact that I made a reservation, got a confirmation e-mail, and made absolutely certain we were at the location by 6:00 only to be told we didn't have a spot. The lady then pressured me into taking the same time the next day saying there were only 4 spots left and our party was 3. Turns out there were at LEAST a dozen empty spaces on our bus. I feel we were lied to by this agent on multiple fronts.

Paris at night is even more beautiful than Paris during the day. This tour gave us a visit to the Eiffel Tower, a Cruise on the Seine and an overview of the city at night. Worked great for us since we had limited time to see the sights.
