The view from the tower was fantastic. I booked tickets on line and I thought to skip the queue but it was not like this,with my reservation I made the queue...why? What's the advantage to buy tickets on line? Maybe I was wrong in something...

It is unfortunate that more people do not take advantage of this place. The view is incredible, we went up at night! spectacular! Well worth the admission, which is easy throught viator, so give it a shot!

Excellent views of Paris. Photo taken as we arrived at the top floor, which we could purchase afterwards with ourselves superimposed on picture of Paris. Can go outside upstairs and get a 360 degree view which was fantastic even though the weather wasn't great.

Excellent views from the viewing gallery. No queues to get in. We had the champagne pakage, not quite what we expected...the champagne was lovely, but no nibbles...you just went to the bar to redeim your champagne, and that was it.

The building is so out of the way with nothing else really close, except the Catacombs it's really not worth the taxi ride or admissions price. The one good thing was at 56 floors you're not too high and can really see the intracacy of the city streets and neighborhoods below.

Going to montparnasse was great, but biator was terrible. Booking online saved us no time, and actually cost more money. We still had to stand in the regular ticket line and it cost us an extra 8€.. we got 2 tickets for the price of 3._br/_ When I sent in my complaint to viator's customer service I was told I would get a response within 24 hours, but got nothing. I will never use viator again... But I do recommend montparnasse

This is my fifth visit and have enjoyed the experience. Unfortuanately I haven't been able to get to go on the roof yet which was a disappointment, due to work being carried out._br/_ I'm scared of heights but this is ok.

The views were spectacular and it was interesting to see the Eiffel tower from the perspective of the Montparnasse Tower. This is a good activity if you have the time but not critical if you have not seen the major sites in Paris.

I mistakenly purchased this voucher thinking it was the Eiffel Tower. At first, I was upset when I realized it wasnt, but the experience was much more amazing that I ever expected. The views of the city were amazing. Unfotunately the upper terrace deck was being updated and closed to the public...that is the only reason for the 4 star rating. I am pleased I was able to see the city views from this tower, as we had planned to go to the Eiffel Tower the following day. Clumsy me fell and tore ligaments in my knee and the rest of my time in Paris was in bed resting with ice. So, I was very happy I had the opporunity to view from the Montparanasse.

The Tower gave a brilliant view of Paris as good as the Eiffel Tower but without the crowds and without feeling rushed. The cafe was good value too. The downside was the confusion in exchanging the paper voucher for a ticket as there was only one queue so no real advantage prebooking.

We were disappointed since when booking it wasn't stated that the 56th floor was closed because of works so we had to view from the 54th floor which was a pity since it happened to be such a lovely day! would have been much nicer had we been able to be outside rather than inside. Such things should be pointed out when booking

Fantastic views over Paris. Was slightly disappointed that the open air viewing terrace was closed so we only got to look and take pictures through glass. Also pleasantly surprised by the prices at the cafe. We were expecting to be ripped off but they were very fair with their prices on food and drink.

This was our first visit to Paris and earlier that day we had visited the Eiffel Tower and taken the lifts right to the top, in the afternoon we decided to visit Montparnasse Tower thinking that the views of Paris stretching out in front of us dominated by the Eiffel Tower would be spectacular._br/_ On arrival we were informed that the open air observation deck wasn't open but were not offered any discount. We were then bundled into a lift which quickly ascended to the 56th floor, we were immediately pounced on by the resident photgraphers wanting to take photos of our visit which of course we could purchase later (with a background of Paris photoshopped in). We found that experience to be a little tacky to say the least._br/_ We then walked around all four sides of the open plan floor looking out of the windows as we went. There were interactive desks where you could gain information about the vista stretching out before you. Five minutes later we'd seen it all and were back in the lift for the descent. Personally I wouldn't recommend it, if didn't cost much but it didn't thrill us. Save your money visit the Eiffel Tower where the views of Central Paris and beyond are spectacular. To us it felt like the owners of Monparnasse Tower felt like they could make easy money from a stream of visitors but to us it was 'sterile' and lacked the magnificence or the Eiffel Tower!

Wonderful views over this excellent city. Don't rush - take time to pick put all the sights you have been to or intend visiting. We timed our visit for just before dusk, watching the lights of Paris switching on way down below. Then the Eiffel Tower treated us to it's dazzling display too.

What a wonderful place to visit. We me, my wife and my three year-old son walked from the Eiffel Tower to Montparnasse Tower, which was a great walk in itself, and then went to the top of the building. We literally sat there for about 3 hours. There is a food court area with plenty of chairs and there is also a plethora of places to relax and for kids to run around throughout the whole top floor. The top floor has windows that go all around the building and to top it off you can go to the roofhelicopter landing pad and see an outdoor 360 degree view of the Paris! It was fantastic!

Really got a good view of Paris, and walking around this area afterward was fun. The ticket was good for any day, so we got to pick one that was sunny.
