I thought this was a really great tour, it was a great way to see a lot of the sights in a short space of time. We were able to queue jump the 2 hour queue at the Eifel tower! The Eifel tower tour stopped at level 2 but it was very easy to buy the additional ticket to go to the top for just 5 Euro each, the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris for the first time.

It was good but I would have preferred an open top bus as we couldn't take many pictures, it was also too hot upstairs. The Eiffle Tower was very good and it was worth not having to wait in the queue having got our tickets.

Very disappointed. Although I had a booking confirmation for midday when we went to the office they had booked us in for the next day and said that the midday one was full. So we had to go on the 2:45pm one. We were delayed by a traffic accident and I think we missed out on a lot of our tour. The lady at the Eiffel tower spent an inordinate amount of time handing out the tickets.

The tour of the city was decent but the audio tour was a recording so it was difficult to determine the buildings being referenced. Also, I was under the impression that we would be shown the Eiffel Tower by a tour guide which was not the case. In general, it was a quick way to see the city but not special.

Very disappointing._br/_ Address on the voucher was different from actual (nearby but lost time walking back and forth)._br/_ Lousy bus with long line-up - we did not expecgt to be couped-up in the bottom level of a double-decker but with no visibilty to any of the sites on the other side. We expected any site-seeing but to have windows along the top sides to see the building that were been shown. I was not sitting on an aisle seat and could not even see monuments or buildings on my side of the bus without leaning over very uncomfortably.

The Paris City Tour was tough to follow since the information given about sights usually occurred before we arrived at the sights. You never really knew what was being talked about. In other words it pretty much was a waist of time. The Eiffel Tower part of the tour was great because it allowed us to skip the long line and get to the 2nd level quickly. This in turn allowed us to buy a ticket to the top and that is ultimately what we wanted to do anyway.

Tour allows you to go to the second level. If you want to go to the top there is an additional fee. We very much enjoyed spending time at the Eiffel Tower.

This tour was well organized. Our section was only the city bus tour and the access to the Eiffel Tower.. To be honest, since we were in Paris only about 5 days, we thought the bus tour would bring us tomseveral of the areas we weren't planning to see on our own. This was true of only one area, however.. the end of the Champs Elysee and l'arc de Triomphe. We would have liked to go to more of the outer reaches of the city like MontMartre and The Luxembourg Gardens. That being said, the tour was fairly interiesting. The best part though was passing by the hour-plus long lines at the Eiffel Tower to get immediately to the second floor. That was very cool.

We were very disappointed in the management of our "tour." Either the woman from whom I picked up the tickets or the two street girls did not pay attention to what we paid for and did not issue us stickers. As a result, when we reached the Eiffel Tower, those with stickers were told to get off. Since we had none, we stayed on, only to learn shortly that it took us back to where we started. Thus, we had to return to the Eiffel Tower on our own at our expense and did not get to go to the 2nd floor--unless we wanted to pay for tickets again and wait in a long line. There is general confusion and mismanagement at the ticket office/starting place that impacted my short visit in Paris--and general indifference to what customers are paying for. Blech. The bus ride was only about an hour, much shorter than advertised; the audio was informational.

Fantastic trip. Ear phones provide all the commentary in your own language. The coach was very luxurious, very enjoyable. The Eiffel Tower trip was great, once in you were left to enjoy the trip and stay as long as you wanted.

The tour itself was well run and efficient and the express lane at the Eiffel Tower was most welcome. It would have been good for the guide to also accompany the tour for a brief commentary once up on the tower. The staff member I dealt with at the office before the tour seemed very bored. Otherwise excellent value.

The bus tour was lame; the guide simply pushed a button to provide a recorded description of specific sites. The guide at the E. Tower spent 15 minutes telling 6 groups of people what they had paid for in 4 different languages; A waste of time - just give us a written note. The ticket did allow us to skip the long line-up at the E. Tower. Suggest looking for a different tour, even if it costs a little more.

I thought this city tour was great, the guide was very informative and you managed to see many attractions in a short space of time. The jump the queue tickets for the Eiffel Tower were great as I was on a day trip and it saved a lot of time and I even managed to squeeze in a River Seine Cruise.

The first part of the tour was not as good as what we were perhaps expecting. The audio guide did not always match up with where the bus was and for a booked tour it felt very impersonal. I don't feel that we saw a whole lot of Paris before being taken to the Tower. Having fast-track tickets to the Eiffel Tower was certainly worth it though. The city tour was good, but you do not get too much of a chance to take pictures if you are sitting on one side of the bus. However, ending at the Eiffel tower was perfect and just amazing to view such a beautiful city. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Paris.

We missed the bus by 5 mins due to a Rail Service. The lady in the office was VERY rude and unhelpful. We were directed to another of your offices and the young woman there was wonderful - even taking us to the bus stop to meet the tour at the Eiffel Tower. She restored our faith in the Parisians!

A very good trip. This was our first visit to Paris and we wanted to see everything. The tour coach was extremely comfortable and air conditioned. Having tickets to the Eiffel Tower meant we could bypass the queues. The whole excursion went like clockwork.

This tour was the best way we could have started off our time in Paris. We got a wonderful overview during the tour which helped us to determine what we wanted to further explore. We did not have to wait in the long lines at the Eiffel Tower because of our tour advantage. A must do!

We found the start point easily. Unfortunately the weather was cold & wet so the wait to get into the bus was uncomfortable. However the tour was great, the commentary was clear and very interesting, and the photos taken through the windows came out really well. The highlight of our tour was the Eiffel Tower. Just Amazing! We did have a little wait to go up, but nowhere near the wait that non-tour participants did which was really worth it! The view was fantastic! Well worth it! Trying to get down was a different story. We waited for nearly an hour in a queue on the 2nd level which actually gave us a chance to grab something to eat. What a visit! Once down we made our way to Les Invalides where the view of the tower was stunning! It seemed to float in a golden light! Wow!

Totally worth doing. We were only there for three days so this tour gave us a chance to see all the monuments and more. It was nice not having to wait in line at the Eiffel Tower. We just went right up because we already had these tickets. I really recommend this tour especially if you only have a few days there. Too much to see and this helps get it all in.
