I thought the price was great for the amount of sights included in this tour. The local staff at the agency was very nice (I got there late and was able to move into a later slot). I found the tour to be concise and the river cruise was pleasant

I was a little disappointed in the city tour. I felt that a lot more information could have been given to us as far as history of Paris. There was a LOT of quiet time on the pre recorded audio tour. We did manage to catch a gorgeous day on our Boat ride though. It was my friends first time EVER in Paris and she was very happy with the 1st day in Paris tour she received.

The crusie wasnt organized well. We board the boat after standing for 25 mins and then were asked to elave, since there was no place to sit.

A great way to get an overview of the city of lights and it's many treasures.Not much walking here though, all the sights are seen through the window of the bus or the panoramic glass cover of the boat. An excellent way to orientate youself in Paris and plan the rest of your sightseeing adventure

The people at the office on Rue de Rivoili weren't that nice, the bus drove by the landmarks too fast and the audio wasn't that great. The cruise was OK, not as special as I had hoped.

Good tour for an overview of Paris. The cruise was very nice but if I had it to do again I would not book the cruise, I thought it was a waste of time. The time would be better spent just taking a tour of the sites.

We could barely hear the tour guide - even though we were listening to headphones! The information was fairly lacking in content and didn't match up to the speed at which we passed by the sights - we couldn't tell what building was being discussed, etc. The boat cruise was enjoyable, but again the tour lacked content.

The buses were covered on top which made pictures impossible and the audio guide was not all that spectatular. On the other hand the river tour was enjoyable.

Too much hanging around in the street, in a cycle lane!! No order at all. No indication of which coach was which thus avoiding the pushing and jostling for position. Trip itself was fairly good.

While the actual tour was good, the orgnaisation was a mess. overbooked and therefore my tour was pushed out a day. Further the team changed the rebooking from 3 to 2 adults! Lots of headache and drama - and the unwillingness of the staff to assist was not appreciated at all. Check in well in advance and have multiple copies of your booking to be safe. And book well in advance - overbookings make for poor service and very angry customers!

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour, which included a bus tour of the city as well as the cruise along the Siene. It's great for those first time visitors, who are getting acquainted with both the wonderful history and layout of the city. There are many photo opportunities along the tour including the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and many others. The only minor complaint was that the seating on the boat was a little tight and not the most comfortable and keep in mind that the starting place for the tour is near place and drop off place are different but otherwise everything was well organized, timely and overall a relaxing and informative experience!

The people at the agency where we began the tour were rude and not helpful. They told us to "wait over there" with a wave of their hands and refused to give us any details about the bus we should look for. The actual bus tour was nice, but we thought the open air buses looked better for taking pictures. The river cruise was our favorite part. Both parts of the tour included automated recordings but for the price, we thought it was pretty good.

our tour guide cum driver was one knowledgable, witty guy named Robert. He had a lot of humor and took us around Paris sites. He was also a careful driver, only complaint though, there was very little time to take good photos as we didn't stop long enough in one place, except in Notre Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower._br/_ The River Seine Cruise was also excellent and highly recommended, although next time I will probably take the night cruise as there was the sun shining on my face because of the glass panelling and roof top of the boat. This was a great way of touring the sights of Paris accompanied by good music from the stereo with annotation from a recorded guide in the language of your choice. Will higly recommend to my friends and relatives.

People on the tour should be left off at the same place where the tour started. The tour was fine except for the fact of finding your own way back to the hotel afterwards, and the only pictures were from the bus window (except the Eiffel Tower).

Nice relaxing tour by experienced bus operator. Bus then boat is three hours long and has no provision for toileting. Bus should unload at toilets then a short walk to the boat. Cruise was very pleasant, easy for photo taking with generous room to walk around. Caution; I cut both knees on the seat bars as the corners are quite sharp, crew could not find a medi-kit for a while then when found, discovered that it had no supplies in it. Not great for a licensed company. That need to be fixed or bring your own supplies they may buy them from you. Went back to hotel for medical supplies, then taxi back to the Eiffel Tower to resume our scheduled day. Good service but do not expect great level of planning.

Tour was fine but very difficult to find location of bus. Should be more details of location instead of across from train station - it's a HUGE train station with many exit points. Nearly missed the tour while in area running around frantically.

We had a great time. We had read the previous reviews so we knew what to expect. The officemeeting location was easy to find and the staff were very pleasant. The bus departed on-time and the tour gave a broad overview of the major sites. The double-decker bus was very clean and the headphones worked great. The tour ended at the Eiffel Tower, at which point we were directed to the boat for the Seine River cruise. You walk independently to the boat but it's easy to find. The river cruise was also very well managed -- on-time, clean and informative. It provided wonderful views at sunset. We enjoyed both the bus and river cruise. It was a quick and easy way to see the major sites.

The tour was interesting and gave a really good overview of the city. The boat tour was very enjoyable. We should have added on a trip up the Eiffel Tower with this tour and it would have saved us time waiting in line to go up. Skipping the line would have been helpful.

Paris City Tour was via a double-decker bus. The driver maneuvered around very busy Parisian avenues, and the tour guide would note important aspects about the sites (there's also a recorded guide, headset provided). The Seine River cruise was extremely amazing, lasting about 1 1/2 hours. The guide noted important facts of various different sights as we cruised along. Highly recommended activity while in Paris.
