Consequently, the Eiffel Tower cannot guarantee access for this tour. We will continue to accept sales and replace the Eiffel Tower with the following substitute on all departures. The elevator may open at any time so the tour guide will notify you upon tour commencement if the original itinerary is possible.

Paris city tour and Seine were very good. We took the river tour the next day at night vs the same day as the bus tour and Eiffel Tower. The price of the package was well worth skipping the line with only one elevator running it would have been a 3hr wait. Pay the extra for the trip to the top.

The tour guide was wonderful on the Seine River Cruise.. Unfortunately, there was a very loud group from a school in Ireland, they were very disruptive. The chaperones did nothing to keep order. The city tour and Eiffel tower was great. My only complaint is that there is a problem with the elevators at the Eiffel and they have been out for awhile, you should let your customers know so they could be prepared for the long wait.

Long wait to get into the bus and the tour resources could not correctly tell us which bus we should be waiting at. At the last moment they made our group should go to a different bus. A little disorganized as there was some confusion about the tickets for the Eiffel Tower and we had to wait for the tickets while the rest of our group aleady had the tickets and were already in the line.

Loved this. We were so lucky wioth the weather in Paris as it was 10 degrees above average. The tour guide was fantastic. Best part was getting up to the artist colony behind the Sacre Cour Basillica.

City tour was informative and boat ride on Seine the following day was relaxing and enjoyable. It was nice to have the option to go on the river cruise a different day. Disappointment at the Eiffel Tower since after waiting 2 hours in group que the tower was shut down because if protesters on Level Two. Our group tickets were not recognized the following day and we were told to ask Viator for refund. We had to pay again to go into the tower but we did so.

overall this tour was great! Liked the boat tour and skipping the eiffel tower lines(long lines if your waiting). the bus was good just wished you could get down or atleast roll down windows to get a better view. Overall great!

This is the perfect introduction to Paris - a short bus tour which passes all of the important sites with audio guide, and then speedy entry into the Eiffel Tower. The lines were incredibly long considering it was only late March, but we bypassed all of them with this tour. The boat trip afterwards was a great ending. .

Some of the lift for Eiffel Tower was broken so the tour company - just went ahead and change it to another tower without offering any advance notice or date change for the tour. DO NOT sign up for any tours with them. The tour guides are terrible and the office people are rude.

Didn't love the bus tour portion - half the bus fell asleep but we did get a decent overview of the city. Best part was the skip the line for the Eiffel Tower which saved over 90 mins in the queue.

Loved this tour. Great way to get your bearings when first in Paris and skip the queue at the Eiffel tower. The tour ended at the Eiffel tower, so you can choose to go to the summit if you wish, just buy a ticket on the second floor. The cruise was nice, we did this straight after the Eiffel tower during the day, however you are given tickets for the cruise and can use them whenever you like, which is good...think this might be nice activity to do in the night and admire the city lights. Highly recommended.

enjoyed this trip but very disappionted with the tower part of the trip as we were told we would have to walk to the first floor as the lifts were too busy and we would miss the boat trip. we had paid to travel by lift so there should be a refund given for this. The boat trip was very enjoyable and the coach around paris, too.

Bus was comfortable, narrative was fair._br/_ There was a lack of communication between the tour guide/company and the tourists. The bus stopped at the Eifeel Tower and the guide took us up to the second floor then he disappeared. We were given little or no explaination. We thought the tour continued after the Eiffel Tower, but it ended and the bus left. One person on the tour was quite upset when she exited the bus but could not get into the tower and the bus left her there apparently stranded._br/_ Very poor communication with the customers, we were basicly left on our own with no direction or explaination. Some stayed on bus and some got off; it was not explained to us who should remain and who should get off and does the tour continue?

It was terrible. We arrived early and then found out that the adress we were given on our ticket, was not the right one and only found out when we tried the door and a security happened to be there and pointed out a sign in the window (not the door) but over a bit. We may as well have gone on our own. Half of the things on the bus tour we could not see as they were on the other side or another bus was beside us and we couldn't see. Sometimes we couldn't hear the guide. When we got to the Eiffel Tower we stood out in the wind to find another guide who spoke in 3 or 4 languages to explain that we would walk to the tower. We followed along half the time not even being able to see the guide or her umprella (she should have had a brightly coloured umbrella in that was her sign) and then stood in line. When she gave my husband his ticket, she had none left and was quite annoyed that I didn't have one and that she had to look to find one for me. No apology, just rude. Then I think that she just left us to stand in line for over 1 1/2 hours. No information, no anything. We found out from another person on the tour the general direction of the river cruise. And after asking several different people along the Seine we found the right cruise boat. Then we had no idea how to get back to the Metro as we were completely turned around. The earphones on the bus were far too big to get into the average ear, one set didn't work at all so my wife had to share mine. The bus tour didn't include a view of Notre Dame! The commentary on the river cruise was very poor, many important attractions were missed completely and the commentary was interrupted by a girl who's accent was too strong to follow. The Eiffel tower organisation was chaos, and there was no commentary. Very disappointing.

Good tour, wonderful Tower and cruise. The guide mainly catered for the french speakers the only disappointment was the lift was out of order so you could only go the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. One word of caution if you are going out of peak season be sure you go in plenty of time to catch the coach because the details given for contact point had changed to another site.

The eiffel tower looked so big in real as it seems to be small in pictures. We could go directly to the elevators and avoided standing in the line thanks to Viator. We had a wonderful view of the Paris city from the top of the tower and it is overall very pleasing.

Tour was quite good but it is not 5 hours as stated on the website. The bus tour is 1hour 30mins plus your own time at the Eiffel Tower and river cruise. The company seemed quite disorganised when we arrived.

I took a tour with you last Friday 24th February. We were given a sticker at the beginning of the bus tour and our guide told us that if we didnt wish to do the Seine cruise that day we could hold onto the sticker and use it another day so we decided to go back the following day for this. Upon arrival at the departure point the next day with our stickers in hand the girl at the desk told us that our guide should have given us a ticket the day before. I therefore called the local office to explain to them what had happened hoping they could help. They girl I spoke with could not have been more rude and unhelpful. She proceeded to get quite annoyed with me and said that all of their tickets had tallied from the day before and we must have been given our tickets for the cruise - how does she know that I'm not lying to her to secure an extra set of tickets for the cruise and that she didnt care that I had paid €104 for the tour, she would not do anything or give me a partial refund. I offered to go across the city to their offices to pick up some tickets but I was firmly told I would not receive any. Unacceptable customer service and I have submitted a very negative review on tripadvisor. Luckily we met Dominique from another tour and she was very helpful and gave us our tickets - the only helpful person at the local operator's office! Please also be aware that in your confirmation email you advise to emerge from Tuileries metro and go left - this is in fact incorrect. You should turn right. I will never take a tour with this company again.

We booked the city cruise and tower excursion online it was fantastic easy to find and the tour was great. The best part we were tired after the tower and were able to save the cruise on the Seine till the next day as that ticket is good for a year. The cost was well worth it as when we got to the tower there was a long line and we were able to go straight up that alone was worth the money. I would highly recommend this tour I can only imagine it would be as fantastic at night.

I felt the bus drove too fast through the city so you could not appreciate the points of interest or have time to take photos. Eiffel Tower drop-off was disorganized as people had 4 different kinds of tickets and the tour guide had to explain each one in different languarges (wasted time). Tickets get you to front of the line which is nice and then you are on your own to explore Eiffel as long as you want. The tower lights up around 5:30. The river cruise was also on your own time so no pressure and gave a nice leisurely trip down the Seine.

A fabulous introduction to Paris and with the Louvre Tour makes the Paris Pass a little redundant. The line at the Eiffel Tower was probably 500 metres long and this was the secomd week of January so I can only imagine what it is like in Summer....my daughter high fived me because we did not have to line up and the look on the faces of all those that did have to line told me the price of the tour was money well spent

Bus tour was good but once you get off the bus as the Eiffel Tower, you are left to go up the tower alone and go to the boat alone too. Could have booked these aspects cheaper ourselves.

We absolutely loved this because it gave us an overview our first day in Paris, got us up the Eiffle tower otherwise you might just come and see it and decide the wait isnt worth it to go up and we took the boat trip on a different night which was convienent and beautiful to see the tower lit up!
