Meet Parisian locals in their own home, and share dinner and great conversation. Sharing dinner with Parisian hosts is a unique opportunity to meet Paris locals, discover how Parisians live, see inside a private apartment and maybe start a new friendships!

Your Dinner with Parisian Hosts are part of a network of English-speaking Parisians who volunteer to welcome foreign visitors from all cultures. They are not paid to participate, making the evening a relaxed and authentic way to discover a new culture and meet new people.

Meeting at around 8:00pm at the home of your Parisian hosts, this cordial encounter will last two hours, or more according to the wishes of both parties. The evening can be customized to suit a single person, a couple or a family with children.

A typical four-course French dinner is prepared and delivered by a caterer for your enjoyment, including an entree, main course, cheese, dessert, wine and mineral water.

It was a rocky start as we did not receive a confirmation from Viator and had to spend time trying to find someone to confirm with to find out where we were supposed to go. That was frustrating as we had paid in full before we left for our trip. We finally got a hold of someone via our cell phone in Paris the day before our booking. The couple that we had dinner with were charming and gracious. We had a lovely dinner and a great night all together. We have been in touch with the couple again and they made some excellent suggestions of things to do in Paris that we would not have known about otherwise. We were well matched as a couple. I would suggest that you make sure all confirmations are in place and that we as customers are contacted better as this is an excellent opportunity to meet people from different cultural back rounds in a nice easy setting.

The couple was lovely. They spoke wonderful English and were welcoming and gracious. I would suggest that you include a hotel pickup and drop-off. It was difficult to find unless you took a taxi. However, our host's home was quite a distance from our hotel. Quite costly in a taxi. The meal is provided by a local catering company. Not very tasty. Get a different company. France is supposed to be the country of top cuisine. The meal didn't reflect this. However, if you just want to chat and get to meet some locals, this is worth your time. As I said, our hosts were lovely and we completely enjoyed our evening with them.

It was nice meeting a French person, but the food was not good at all. I was really interested in having a wonderful meal. If the food had been good, the meeting would have been great.

This was one of our top things we did while in Paris. We rated it higher than any restaurant - and we went to some top ones - or museum, actually. I would recommend it highly to anyone. We were able to ride the Metro with one exchange, but got a little lost as we ended up in unfamiliar territory. Still, it was great! We were able to have a great exchange of ideas with a wonderful couple. It was just so nice not being in a restaurant or hotel - very comfortable. The meal was perfect; it was filling and tasty but not too fussy, and we had a variety of sweet desserts! We feel like we got to know about the real Paris. Definitely worth the expense.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They catered to our every need. We had an amazing evening, learning about their way of life and hearing about their day to day events, which were not very different from ours. The food and wine was simply delicious. Two days after our dinner, we received an email from our hosts, and their comments to us were that they also enjoyed meeting us and hearing about Australia and the way we live.
